FIRST ONE!

It depends on where you're going, really. The 1st one is posh and nice for a dinner or something. The second one is more for summer and casual outings. The third one is more of a "late night out dinner with the family. Or just a nice event." They're all nice :) pick the one you think suits best for your event. Since it's your mom, I recommend wearing either the 1st one or the 2nd one. But it's your choice :)
