Desperately ask for help.

"The mass production of insects as a food source could solve the problem of world's hunger. Do you think this is a practical solution?"

Mind helping me?

My current state – mental breakdown.

The essay needs to be done tonight and I know nothing about it.

lots of people eat insects worldwide, they're a viable source of protein, very plentiful - there's like 10 billion insects per person or something!

I can't say much or help you for this, but FYI, there are people in Indonesia who ate insects (e.g. grasshoppers) and some even made them as their main consumption. I don't know about the other insects but grasshoppers do have lots of protein.
