Luminous Night {Original Piano Composition}

I started on a song since May, 2013, but I didn't work on it much. When Summer hit, I stopped working on the song because I lost inspiration to continue that song.

But just yesterday, I came across it and clicked play. The song played. Funny, really. I suddenly felt like I had to finish it. I suddenly had the motivation to finish it. My own song gave me motivation to finish it. Funny.

So Yes, I finished it & of course, being the beginner I am, it's not perfect. It's no where near perfect, but I gave a try at it. To my ears, it needs a lot of fixing, yet, I shared it around anyways. I need advice & feedback to do better on furture projects. That is the reason why I had shared it around when it didn't sound perfect to my ears yet. I will probably do more fixing to it later on, but as of now, I'm leaving it as it is. I have a lot more to learn, and when I feel that I have the potential to make even better songs, I will come back to this one and fix it for the better.

Why not start with advice & feed back from you guys? Do you mind giving me feed back for this piano piece that I composed?

Title: Luminous Night

Artist: K.T

Length: 3 minutes & 7 seconds

Story: Every one has a special star. Mine just happens to be lost.  Out of the gazillions of stars up in the night sky, my star is there within the crowd. Every night, before going to sleep, I would go out in search of my star.  Every night, I see the same stars over and over again. They shine the same. Their lighting is weak. They look the same. They're all the same. All of the stars that I pass are the same. There is no difference. They're not my star. They don't light up my world. They don't light up my path. When I pass them, they don't follow me. When I pass them, I pass them. They don't shout for me. They don't come after me. They don't even glance at me. They're not my star, and knowing this, I usually return to my bed without having to find my star.

But that night was different. On that Luminous Night, my world suddenly brightened. Like many other nights, I had left in search of my star. After passing many stars, I felt like giving up. I had passed so many, but no such luck. As soon as I turned to go back, I noticed that my path was lit up. It wasn't as dark as usual, and in front of me stood a bright star that smiled at me.

"I was calling for you," the bright star had said. "I finally caught up to you."

And just like that, I met the brightest star in my life. I finally found my star. My star is the brightest star out there and it's not like the others. Where ever I was, my star lit up my world. It lit up my path. Where ever I went, my star followed me. My star was always by my side. My star was the brightest star in my life and it is my star. It made ever ynight a Luminous night and everyday a brighter day. Only my special star can do that. I finally found my luminous star on that Luminous Night.

{I suggest you to turn up your volume because it came out to be very quiet & I'm sorry for that.}
