When it comes to Raven Nakamura's personality, she would be shortly described as strong-hearted. She is not the kind of person to let any kind of nonsense or bull to get passed her. She is more intelligent than you think, when you see the tough, tatted-up exterior. She had people leave her, as she was growing up. Thus, helping her grow a thick skin, and to be more cautious around other's who try to enter her life. If you really know well, she can be described as the "ultimate friend" , or the "protector" of the group that is associated with her. She is outspoken, honest, and not naive when it comes to strangers. So, if you are a stranger to her chances are that, she may or may not like you for a few days. It would only take some of the most patient, and loyal people to become her close friends. This explains why, she is not a social butterfly. One reason because, she had "plenty" experiences around fake people. She knows that she is genuine, about how she feels, and how she acts around others...so you would never hear a lie coming from her lips. She is independent, ambitious, and self-efficient, when it comes to living on her own. She refuses to depend on anyone at all, because she knows that people will want something from her. She is a very respectful person, when you get to know her...she will only return the respect if you give it to her first. She may not be the warmest person, but only only on rare occasions you will see her "soft spot" for people who need that kind of "comfort" "love" or "security" from someone else. She makes it her mission to watch over others, when they needed. However, she needs to make sure that she can trust you first.

Back Ground

~Birth - Age 5 (Born to two Japanese Parents, and lived in Seoul her whole life )

Everything was pretty normal for her, as she was in her toddler stage. She was happy, and she was sheltered , protected by two parents whom she "thought" that loved her. Growing an immediate attachment, as she was first experiencing the new world. She was indeed curious about the new world, and it wasn't that long for her to discover things that no ordinary toddler should see. When she reached the age of two years old, she would notice the discord between her mother and her father. At first, it was simple arguements. The normal ideal, when two couples did not get along...then resulting into forgiving each other. That lasted for a few years, until after Raven's fifth birthday. Which shortly meant, that her life would be crashing down at that moment. That was the day, when her parents got divorced.

~ Age 6 - Age 11

It wasn't until she was at least ten years old, that she figured out the reason for her to not see her father any more. He just didn't care about her mother and her. When you see the phrase, "Young children, can see more than you think" , then you can connect it too Raven in a sense. She knew that something was going on with her parents, and she would ask simple questions like. "Are you guys fighting?" "Daddy are you mad at mommy?" The whole nine yards. Her parents would not tell her anything, because they thought she was "too naive" or "too young" to know that kind of thing. However, she had a mind that contrasted from the regular "innocent kids." She thought that her father loved her, but all she knew was that he did not want to settle down just yet. So, he decided to go away on "vacations" with his buddies to run away from responsibility. You think it was just a vacation, when it really was him bring other girls' to his bed, and looking like he wasn't even married to her mother at all. In the end, that discovery resulted into Raven resenting him.

~ Age 12 -  Age 17

After a few years of her father walking out of her life, she learned how to take care of herself. She knew how to protect her mother, and made sure to provide for her when it was needed. She took the time to go to school, and she made sure to pass with satisfying grades. She was a top student, and she made sure that she can find a job that could help her have a stable life. She made sure that her mother was fine, and looked out for a job to ease the void of not having a father, Sure, she hated him, but she wanted to do something to take her mind off of him. So, she decided to join the police academy, and work towards becoming a police officer. There was a rare amount of women joining th force, and she thought maybe she could change that. So, she knew that it would be good for her.

~ Age 18 to Now

After she reached the age of 18, she graduated high school. She was now apart of the police force, as her part time job. She moved to an apartment on her own, and she rooms with a female classmate name Jung Mi Hwa. Now, in regards to Raven's uality. She is biual, and she does not discriminate between men or women of any kind. So, she thought "what the hell" and just be with a woman. Now, during high school, she had her share of men. However, she allowed herself to give up her innocence. Only to be heart broken. So, she started to go with a woman. Things are looking good between the two, and she is doing what makes her happy. After she turned 22, she would hear things on the news about some saftey warnings. Only to make sure to take precaution. Mihwa and Raven, were both cops so they had a closet of weapons. Just in case something happened. They knew that they were prepared, but the whole fiasco caught them off guard, as the screams of scared and frightened people filled the air. She looked out the window to see a mass of people running away, and that made dial her number to see if she was okay. At first, she knew that she reached her when she heard her scared voice....but her relief did not last long as she heard a blood curdling scream...and a dial tone. Things would go from bad to worse, as she lost her mother. Now, she had to look after Mihwa while she still can...and hopes that she will stay alive through this time of chaos.

Note: They did not fall in love instantly, because she was still with Mihwa at the time. Kris promised to watch out for her and Mihwa, (Raven more importantly because he took a liking to her.)

Scene Request

• The group was running from a heard of walkers, as the gate was about to close on them for quarantine. All got out except for Mihwa, and Raven was going to risk her life for her. However, Kris stops her and pulls her into another direction in order for them to stay alive. She experiences another loss, and later finds comfort in Kris's arms. Raven makes sure not to forget Mihwa, as she tries to move on with Kris.
