Besides being an overall kind girl, there are certain traits that stand out. First, she is very hard-working. She puts her all in everything that she is assigned to or given, not holding back any of her potential. Although sometimes, she would lose sleep over certain tasks, the hard work truly pays off. It all comes down to whatever she does and she does not give anything less than her best. She is also very punctual. She likes being on time for everything, because she does not to make the others wait or delay a process because of her. It is simply impolite and she does not want to make a bad impression when she finally debuts. Lastly, she is very polite to the point you want to push her to speak informally. It's really hard for her to do so, due to the fact that it has been embedded in her mind ever since she was born. She is reluctant to speak informally, but she tries so she can hae a comfortable relationship with others.

On the bad side, she can be critical. Despite being hard working for all those years as an SM trainees, she always pushed herself to her limits. She would always think that she could do better. Some may say that she is a perfectionist, but it is mostly she wants to show off nothing but the best. She does not want to ruin SM's reputation from her lack luster performance. She is also a very stubborn person, which can make it hard to change her mind. She can be very fixed on something, so it will take more than words to take her out of her dazed stupor. Lastly, she can be very very inhibited. It does take a while to allow herself to come out of her shell because it is mostly due to be uncomfortable in a new environment. She was training to be more spontaneous and outgoing, but there are certain parts of her that tend to stay reserved. It may be a struggle, but she will never stop trying to solve that problem and be more of an eager participant in new things. I mean, if her older brother Donghae can do it, after being in Super Junior for over seven years, then she can too.

background.  how did their background influence them?

Jangmi was born in Irodong-Mokpo, which is a town within South Korea. It wasn't a highly populated town like Seoul, but it was a little homey town that housed a percentage of the korean population comfortably. She was born under her mother, her father and became the little sister of Super Junior's Lee Donghae. However, she wasn't developing and coming into her own, until he was casted as a trainee for SM Entertainment, which is one of the biggest entertainment companies in the korean industry.

He was casted at fifteen years old, while Jangmi was five years old. It was disappointing for Donghae because he wouldn't be able to be there for his little sister, but even at a young age, he had a feeling that she could hold his own. Besides, he has seen her and her outgoing personality from time to time. As four years passed of her big brother training, Jangmi was surrounded by musical influences. She loved certain artists that came from the 90's like Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears and even older artists that spurred her desire to do music. 

It all began in elementary school. As she was simply going about her day as a young kid, she was simply playing around, dancing to her brother's music and even singing. It was rare for a young one like her to sing, but it was seen by even her teacher's. noting on how her passion for music was clear as day. Although, in her point of view it was simply a hobby to have. However, after she turned twelve, she began to take music more seriously. She began singing in the school choir, school talent shows and any public events to get her name out their. From time to time her brother would visit back home, only to notice that his little sister was following in his footsteps.

He was a little hesitant at first because he knows how toxic and dirty the industry would be, but he did not want to stop her from chasing the dream that she has had for such a long time. She along with her family, visited Donghae for his group's concerts and even SMTown concerts. It was a huge spectacle for her, simply watching her brother own the stage so effortlessly and fluidly. It was like she was made for it, but it did not take long for her chance to come to her as well. She continued to perform for many years and even develop her talent for song writing, until she was spotted at a public event singing for a fundraiser at her school. She sang a motivational song, that was an original to actually bring a positive feeling and enthusiasm to her town and inspire them to do bmore and progress. She was sixteen years old, which made her the proper age to be a trainee.

A trainee at SM Entertainment?! What?!

That was going through her mind, as she was trying to process the fact that a scout approached her on the street and casted her to be a part of their agency. It was like her dreams were finally realized and she was preparing for the next step, but she had to make sure her parents okay with it. They were a little hesitant as well, since they know how harsh it is for girl idols to behave and look like in the industry, however...since they knew that Donghae will be in the same company with her, they okayed it.

It was shortly after that moment, she moved down to Seoul City and began to train as a trainee for SM Entertainment. Years passed with new groups forming and set to take over the world. Girl's Generation made their debut in 2007, SHINee made their debut in 2008, F(x) made their debut in 2009, Exo made their debut in 2011, Red Velvet made their debut in 2014 and NCT makes their debut in 2016. While making friends with the fellow trainees that she has grouped up with, she has interacted with EXO member Sehun.

Sehun was a very intimidating being at first, but after EXO visiting a few trainee groups to show support from time to time, she has grown to be very comfortable with him and even support him within company walls. On her spare time, she would catch up with her brother and even meet the fellow members of Super Junior. After a while, they all became her idiotic-yet-lovable new brothers who have become extremely protective over her. It was a little wacky to gain new connections with people who grew to like her....but she wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world.

She was very busy with preparing herself to strengthen her skills, until she was told that she will debut in a group called "IXT". With a surge and spike of excitement, she knew that it was her time to shine. With her brother as her inspiration, the influence of music that helped her grow throughout her life, it was time to show the world what she is made of...while facing haters along the way.

appearance. You see her as one of the short members of the team, despite being in her early twenties. She has brown eyes, an oval shaped face along with a small nose with a curve in the middle. He doesn't want to stop her from reaching her dreams, but he doesn't want her to get hurt either.

trainee life. Jangmi's was the usual kind of schedule. It was all full with little or no time to rest. She had dance practice in the morning, vocal classes, acting classes, public speaking classes, ual education classes and everything that comes with being a korean pop idol in the music industry. It was straining on her mentally and also physically, but she never complained.

She never complainedbecause there could possibily be someone who has it much worse than she has. Jangmi doesn't mention that she is Donghae's little sister, but then in the back of her mind she did not actually think it would matter...people will still reat her the same way. Some fellow trainees liked her and some did not like her, but that did not stray her from reaching her goal.

what do you feel about debuting in a group with such a concept.

It is definitely a risk to take. I've watched how EXO operated with twelve members, but also noticed how certain members within the group...who were foreigners. I hope that does not happen with IXT, but the mistreatment for foreign members is inevitable due to the intolerance from a certain percentage of the public.

how would you describe your relationship with the other ixt members.

I would say that I am very easy to get along with, due to my easy going personality. The other members would mention how friendly I am and how easy I am to talk to which is no lie. I am also someone that they can count on because I will always support my members in their individual endeavors.

briefly describe your relationship with the nct members.

They are very goofy brother figures that I am close with, especially with Mark. Overall, I tease them for their "rude" stage appeal and it confuses them. I do not intend on telling them and let their international fans let them know XD.
