Personality: She has always had always two-face, maybe not a personality wise, but the mind and looks. Her face is as pure as a five year-olds, but underneath that, it's all ertedness and cockiness - In front of strangers at least. Though she is erted like that, she hides it in front adults with her school attitude. She's always been a Straight-A student, never did fail once. The thing about her is that she always has to succeed or else if she fails, she'll slowly cry on the spot. she has great attendance and plenty of awards. Because she's always the teacher's pet, she thinks highly of herself, sometimes. If people were to annoy her or piss her off, she doesn't take anybody's bull at all, she just comes back with a straight-up rude remark about that person. Sarcastic too. she's a kind person too, she'll do any favors for anybody. But doesn't want anything in return, - unless you ask her so frequent. She likes to change her mind often every couple minutes, sometimes just to make people angry. But that's her own charm, at least she thinks so.

She's a flirt, too. Just like her dad, Like Father Like Daughter ~ She doesn't flirt, - or try too, but it always comes out that way. So people would think she's leading them on, but nope. It's just a misunderstanding. She had many relationship problems because of her personality, so it's not really knew to her if she gets into a break up. Many people, including her family (aunts, uncles,etc.,), saw her as a bad influence. Because 1) she doesn't do her chores (even though her parents created the rule, 'If you get good grades then you don't have to do chores.', 'If you get bad grades and do chores, it's fine.') 2) she tended to daydream about the stupidest thing (in their opinion) that was worthy of to be thinking about.  3) she had opposed everything her parents would try and do for because they thought they knew what's best for her. But they didn't, since she knew her ownself more than anyone else. 4) She will debate with anyone in any type of conversation and will shoot them down enentually until she wins. She always lived by two quotes, "Act like a Lady, Think like a Man." - Steve Harvey and her's, "If you weren't here during my struggle, don't show up during my success." But in the end, she's just a sweet girl with a tough attitude.

Family Background: Nam Jin was born in Garden Grove, California to a Vietnamese mother and Korean father. She was a child prodigy (?) at a young age for her modeling and singing. Modeling was something her grandma had signed her up for. At age two, she was taken to pagaents, and later her grandma had signed a contract for to become a model for children's wear over in Asia. She stopped modeling at age eight, due to her grandma being old and wasn't able to take her a lot. She later debuted in a girl group from ages eight to eleven, then disbanded after a year and a half due to school for the older kids. She then did a solo with her cousin and disbanded after a year due to constant fighting of who should get which part of what lyrics, etc.

After that, she rested for a couple of years just focus on school, at the age of fifteen, she flew over to Korea to live with her other grandma there, while she went to school and auditioned in companies when she realized being an artist was her dream. 

How she got into the agency: Originally, when Jin had come over to Seoul to live, she auditioned for the smaller companies, she didn't try for the big company because she didn't know what she may have been lacking in. She first auditoned for TS Entertainment, she got in after five rounds. After a year and a half she was let go. But TS had contacted WM Entertainment, to have them look her over. She auditioned there after six rounds and was finally accepeted. Dudring her trainee years, she didn't make much friends, because people hated her of her talent, but she didn't care. She only came to achieve her goal.

Perspective about music: Jin grew up in an music-influenced base family. Both her parents side, everybody played an intrument and was in a band before. She loved music a lot, it gave her a meaning to a dull life. Music was a way to express how someone feels, sad, happy. Anything. She liked it plenty that she composed her lyrics, rap in the shower. She taught herself how to rap and dance. Music influenced her so much that she would get lacks of sleep everyday just trying so hard to be an idol one day.

Lifestyle before debut: Jin had many friends as she grew up, may have gotten bullied sometimes, but that wasn't something she worried too much about. She didn't care about what people thought about her even if sometimes it hurt her really hard. She was a little ert when she started middle school, she had really erted thoughts whenever someone said something and somehow that automatically got her friends because she was funny. In a way. In the first year of highschool she had many friends too, and like in middle school, her relationship with guys were bad because she was flirt. She lived a normal life like any other kid, excluding the fact she modeled and sang.
