How Do You Do LAYOUT?

I've seen some graphic shops that has a nice layouts and kinda envy them... How you do it?

Do you need any SOFTWARES?

It's too amazing x.x

you can learn them by googling or going on youtube.
i have a giant book how to learn about html and css.

one word: html ^^ u can google them. and in youtube they even tell u how to use them. just type in what u want.
