Style : When she's at the dorm, she just wears a huge t-shirt and track-pants, in other words huge and comforable clothing. But when she takes time to look for clothing she wears this (minus the bag and jacket), she usually wears it when going out in public. When she's out on dates or at a formal event (like MAMA or any of the like) she wears this. When she's sleeping she wears a Pikachu one-piece PJ. When she trains, she wears this. It's all about you

Back Ground : When she was younger she was always sick, so she was mostly home. And because of that, she was home-schooled. But as the years went by, she was finally rid off of her sickness. She wanted to go to a normal high school, just like everyone her age. Her parents opposed of it, but Jae Yun is pretty determined so she got her will. When she started, she started she had already learned what she needed and more, so she skiped a few grades. she was supposed to begin in 1st year of middle school, but stared in 1st year of High school. She became friends with the schools queenka, Hyunah, as everyone calls her. Towards Jae Yun, Hyunah seem like a nice girl, but in reality she's a huge . She likes to torment her hobaes and she takes great pleasure of "making friends" with them before breaking them down.

Hyunah knew that Jae Yun wanted to audition for CUBE Ent. so she auditioned herself. She also saw to it that they sung the same song, and that Jae Yun couldn't sing. In the end Hyunah got in and Jae Yun... well you get the rest. To say that Jae Yun was devastated was an understatement. She was absolutly crushed! And to know that Hyunah was the reason behind her failure, was just fuel to the fire. She thought that Hyunah was her friend, but it seemed like she was just used, played. After that she didn't trust people easily anymore. She became isolated and a wallflower, beacuse people would tease and torment her because of her failed audition.

When Hyunah left to train for CUBE, Jae Yun slowly started to come out fo her shell, but not completely. She still had problems trusting people. And while she still was in school, she studied hard to get good grades and got into the best art univerity in Korea, Seoul University. There she studied music, composing, dance and acting. She feels, when she does something that's "performing" she can let go of her "normal" life and be whoever she want to be. That way she can forget her worries and problems.

One day the school got a visit from a famous man, JYP. He wanted to come to the university he went to when he was young (I HAVE NO IDEA IF IT'S TRUE, let's just pretend he did!), now te reminice in the past and to have a look around. When he was walking with the principal through the performance department of the university, they heard singing coming from one of the many music-rooms. As curious as they were they went to the room where the singing came from. And they saw Jae Yun. JYP was awed by her singing, it sounded so much more mature than what she looked like. JYP talked to her alone and offered her to come to his company to check it out if she wanted to become a singer. She said yes.

The next day she was there, she was introduced to the other idols and the staff members. Jae Yun and JYP discussed about a contract with them. Jae Yun signed it, but only if she could continue studying in univerisy, she could need it later. They agreed and Jae Yun found herself finally achieving her dream. But she never gorgot her best friend she's known since they were in diapers, Han SangHyuk or now known as Hyuk, the youngest member of VIXX. He's been with her in her hard times and he's the person who has given Jae Yun a reason to live.

Personality : She's kind, but only to people she likes and have a relation to. She can be cold at times, but only when she's pretty upset, it's best to leave her alone when she's like that. She's very loving toward her members and is helpful in anyway she can. She's out-going. She's also very brainy and and loves to read. Especially crime and mystery! Though she's quite innocent, she's not easy to scare. If she saw a ghost in real life she would hug it, no matter how scary it looks. To love, that's a different story. She's not dense about it, but she's insecure. She doesn't know what she would do if someone confessed to her, or if she fell in love.

It's easy to make her cry, if the members argue or if she gets scolded, she starts to cry while putting up a strong front. If it's too much to handle she goes to her room and cries. Then it's fortunate that cheering her up is easy. Treat her to ice-cream and it'll be fine again. Her favorite is strawberry. Another thing to do if she's in a bad mood is to play video games. She loves Amnesia and other "jump-scare" games. She's very childish almost all the time, but can be serious/act older at random times.

On-Screen: Jae Yun is up and abouth the place, she loves seeing and doing new things. She's hyper and happy-go-lucky, but is genuinely having fun and enjoys what is happening. She's always seen smiling with huge eyes which makes her seem younger and much cuter. Adding to her childishness she's the epitome of innocent.

Off-Screen: She's still childish, but not so extreme. She's always seen reading a book, a different one every time. She talks, but not so much, she's more of a quiet observer. She is still pretty lively, but only when she's in the dorm. When she's out in public she's shy and hides behind her unnies.

How did you guys meet ? : They first met for filming for a VIXX's music video "Rock Ur Body", Hyuk didn't know she was a trainee until they met there. Hyuk introduced her to the members and N fell for her, but didn't think they would meet again. BUT Hyuk had recommended her for a role in their music video "On and On" she got it and N and Jae Yun met again! And now Hyuk is trying to get the two of them together.

How do you treat each other?: They're both pretty shy, and they don't know what to talk about when they are together, but they are getting better at least. N is also a romantic guy, when they meet he always has some kind of flower, mostly white roses (he heard from Hyuk that it's her favorite flower) with the occational red. Jae Yun is a little skeptical towards N, but tries to let him get close to her. Hyuk is protective of Jae Yun, he wants the best for her. And since Hyuk knows N, he knows that N is the best for Jae Yun.

How do want your story to un-fold: N goes tired of just being freind with Jae Yun, so he asks help from Hyuk to arrange a meeting between the three of them, but Hyuk is "sick" so he can't come. N confesses to her there and they go on a date then and there. After the date N follows Jae Yun home and kisses her on the door-step to her dorm.

Trainee years : 3 years

How was your trainee life : The trainee life was very hard, but it's always rewarding. Since she was 15 when she started she was one of the yougest trainees ever in JYP Ent. Because of that she had a pretty hard time, her trainers and teachers expected so much from her since she was so young and was so good at what she did. It put a lot of pressure on her, JYP saw that and decided to train her himself. It instantly got better and more fun to train.

Pre-debut info : She's been a shopping mall model (even though she's horrible at it, to get experience) and has been in VIXX's music videos "Rock Ur Body" and "On and On".
