I need some graphic advice...

I'm going to do a dark/fantasy story and I want like a breathtaking, epicly amazing poster for it BUT I have no idea which graphic artist/shop I should work with since I do have specific graphics that I want to be incorporated in it.

The design as a whole is completely up to the artist, of course, but I have specific things I want in it and I know some artists may not like to work with that. But I dont know. Lol... HELP!
