Random?

Hey guys I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving (if some even celebrate it but if not I still hope you had a great day :3) ^^ I had a pretty good one actually, had dinner with the family, my cousin stopped by for a little bit and I just relaxed for the rest of the day watching my 'A Haunting' dvd series ^^

It's a program from the Discovery Channel that I used to watch a lot but they don't show it anymore sadly, so yeah. Decided to buy the dvd's. If you're a fan of paranormal stuff I highly recommend this series very interesting ^^

 

And I've been thinking about advertising one of my fanfics, but the thing is I don't want to be labeled as an 'attention ' as many advertisers are called (Really would you call people who advertise their products on TV commercials 'attention '? Probably not) and I don't want to seem desperate here, but I do enjoy getting comments. Nah maybe I won't end up advertising, plus the amount of karma you have to give it's a crazy amount.

I mean karma I don't really care if I don't have a lot of karma or not, but I am proud of how much I've earned of it throughout my time on here. Ah I don't know and I am curious how it works :shrugs:

So I"m just curious here: Would any of you judge me or think I'm too 'desperate' for advertising? I know I won't get anything out of advertising, but is it really that bad to advertise your fanfics?

Okay er, scratch the advertising thing. After hearing about how some users actually get ticked off at you if your story gets bidded on the most...yeah no thanks O_O *rolls away*

Of course not. I don't mind advertisements, I don't know why people hate them. I mean like you can always delete them if you don't like them. What's the big deal? Some people just need to cool down, seriously.
I like the rush of the bidding. It just makes me laugh at how two or even more people try to out-bid each other.

I had !F(x) TV! advertised.
Acutally a girl came up to me today, and she advertised her fanfic on my wall, we got to talking, and now we're working on an RP. (or we're supposed to be)

I had a lovely thanksgiving. My brther came in, and had dinner with us.
As usual, I helped me mom with the deviled egs. She made red velvet cupcakes, which I had about 4, or 5 of.

But you won't be labeled as an attention .
I don't see the harm in it.
BTW, I love getting comments BTW, shame I don;t get more of them on my FF's.
