=Taoris One-shot Prompt and Specifics=

This is hereby public domain as of 12/11/02.  The prompt was given by anonymous and I, Legna_angel, give permission for any aspiring writer to use the information below to write a one-shot story.  No money will be made from it, I don’t own EXO, and this information is fiction, to be used for fictional purposes.

=The Prompt=

Kris is sad because Tao doesn’t look/relay/inteact with him in public anymore? with a bit of jealousy now that Tao spends more time with his other hyungs.

=Setting=

Where:   University of Seoul, South Korea, a local café
Why:       Tao is now in his sophmore year there.  Kris is a part time Senior.
When:     Present, Alternate Universe
What:      The barrister, Kris, spills coffee on Tao accidentally.

=Main Characters=

Ages:       Kris is 21 about to turn 22, and Tao is 19

Tao: 

His family is very well-to-do and he is currently studying music at the University.  He is a child prodigy and can play any instrument he puts his hands on.  When he and Kris first met 4 years ago, Tao was shy and very introverted.  The only time he came out of his shell was when he would create music.  However, Kris changed that and introduced him to his friends.  Kris became everything to Tao and was someone he could always count on.  At one time, Tao even entertained the idea in his heart and mind that he was in love with Kris, but never told anyone or acted on it.  Now, in college, Tao has become very popular on campus and even had numerous offers for a career in the music industry.  Some of their friends have had similar offers and Tao is more often with them instead of Kris.

Kris:

He has had to work hard for everything that he has gotten in life.  Nothing has been easy.  He is studying to become a lawyer but due to his poverty, he has had to work two jobs, the café and delivering the newspaper, and can only attend part-time in this, his senior year.  The outlook for him is very dismal because he still has 3 years of schooling left and having to work while doing will make that even longer.  Tao was his bright spot in life.  Helping him bloom and become who he is today was the best thing that Kris had had for a long time.  But now that they are in college, Tao and their friends are taking a different path, and Tao is drawing away from Kris.  The pain Kris feels turns into anger and jealousy, although he is in denial about both.  He is struggling to understand himself, his uality, and his gnawing need for Tao that he can’t explain while doing his best to push for his dream and survive.

=Opening Scene=

Tao and his friends are celebrating at the café.  Kris turns all thumbs, his emotions in an uproar, and accidentally spills coffee all over Tao.  They head to the bathroom together to clean him up…

…and the rest is up to you:  The title, how it ends, who the ‘friends’ are, and the *cough, cough*, I  do request although it isn’t required :D, this is where your creativity comes into play.  Feel free to use all of my suggestions…or none of them.  The only ‘requirement’ is to follow the prompt and have fun!
