Brief Personality: Chloe is loud, fun, out-going, and just totally out there. She's a happy-go-lucky girl that embrace the world and heads straight on, facing it. She's childish, always a kid at heart. Doing this and that, not really caring about the consequences of doing it at that moment, but later on, does she notice what it causes. She's hyper, bouncing from here to there, even early in the morning... and even when she hasn't had any kind of sugar. That girl is just a sugar rush of her own.

Chloe is a bit noisy as well. She's talkative, because of this she talks and talks, and it could be about anything and everything. It doesn't have to relate even, and sometimes she doesn't remember what she was talking about in the first place as the conversation skips from one thing to another. Also, Chloe likes to disrupts people's conversation, and just coming in out of the blue and wonder what they're talking about. Although it may seem rude, but for Chloe, it's just how she is and wants to join in on the conversation, even though she can't read the atmosphere that what she did was not nice.

All in all, Chloe is a fun, cheery, child-like person, that enjoys life to the fullest, and rather make happy days for herself and others, instead of sad ones that just ruins the mood. And so, her hyper, bouncing, and happy self, is what motivates her to do what she loves to do. If she can enjoy everything that comes her ways, even if it's a big obstacle, then she won't give in so easily and strives on, no matter how tough it would be time by time, because through struggles can you find the happiness you deserve.

Chloe is someone that doesn't show her emotions easily or to anyone at all. The only one who would know her real self, is her own person family, and best friend, as she release everything out in private and at home. She has a strong mindset, is strong-willed, and so is stubborn. She doesn't back down easily, and will keep her ground, even if she's wrong, but she hates losing face. She has to keep up her pride, her integrity, her appearance so that she won't get taken advantage of. She hates losing and being defeated, period without a fight.

Chloe is independent, strong, firm, and responsible. What she sets to do, she will finished. What she sets to do, but loses interests, she won't finish at all, and start all over again. She's intelligent, mature, a bit harsh, a little rough around the edges, but what she does and says is straight to the point, blunt, to help others, she doesn't sugar coat her words to ease the pain for someone. She rather tell them the truth and suffer the pain of it right then and there, instead of finding out about it later, and just suffering it further.

All in all, Chloe is just someone that grew up a bit fast, hasn't really slowed down, and is just mature and seen things beyond her age. But deep down inside, she is waiting for a stronger person to care for her that isn't family. She wants to rely on someone else for a change, and be dependent on them. She wants to be weak for once, and just has someone to care for her and tend to her, instead of her being strong all the time.

Family Background: Chloe is full Korean, but she's an Australian born Korean, and a Korean-Australian growing up in Japan. She was born to first generation Korean-Australian parents, but at the age of the 3, she lost both her parents in a car accident. So, her mother's sister, Mia adopted Chloe as her own daughter. This also led Chloe keeping Ahn, which was her surname, but now her middle name, and having Ryan, which is her uncle's last name, as her own last name instead. Anyhow, her uncle, aunt, and cousin became her second family.

Chloe lived in Australia until the age of 5 and moved to Japan due to James' job relocation and Mia's job transfer. She spent the rest of her childhood there and although had a difficult time along with Emily, the two stuck to one another and helped each other get through living in this new enviroment, and grew to love it. When she was 19, her and the rest of the Ryan family moved to SK, because of another job relocation and transfer, but it was a permanent move and they were there to stay, although Chloe missed Japan, she was happy to know that she was where her roots were.
