I mean, I know how you can copy the adress link/url and past it on a fanfic but I really wanna know how do so#me author get tto

do this  and when you click on them the said anchor will go to another fanfci or a website or a yt video.

I've let this slip for months now thinking I can somehow figure it out but up until know, I can't OTL

I just want to do those things some authors does where thet add the title of their story in one of the chaps and it redirects to there.

and this # sign just keeps popping up when I click the link anchor text.

can any of you guys give me the step by step procedure 

or even just give me a site/link where I can understand 

anchor link text hover and all that htnml .

but just the basics.
