1. highlight the desired text and click that little earth thingy icon up there that I circled.

2. now. suppose you want to link those highlighted words with this very smexy pre-debut pic of Tao. open the pic in a new tab and copy the url of the pic up there.

3. when you've clicked that little earth icon, this should pop up. (I have no idea why my google chrome is in Chinese I can't seem to turn it back into English .v.) paste the url of the pic into the box. click the green button.
