It honestly looks more like veins/a bruise to me, I have a few tattoos and have covered them before and this just doesn't look right... not saying that there isn't a possibility it just doesn't look like it to me. Also if it is a tattoo depending on how long ago they got it the cover up would be terrible for the actual tattoo.

apparently they covered it with makeup so the sweat must of smudge the makeup thats why you can see the outline sorta

Ya, I think they tried to cover it with makeup... Maybe some of it washed off with the sweat...

just saw this on tumblr too.. but his tattoo looks so weird.. like a vein..
or maybe sm told their make up artist to cover it? that could be the reason kekeke~
