My mum recently installed this thing to our living room TV called 'TVpad'. I dunno what it actually does but it gives is free access to TV channels all the way from Asia - specifically China & Hong Kong (because we are duh Chinks living in an overly Westernised society of Australia. /bricked/). It also allows us to watch media off the internet...so like Youtube.com and the Chinese version of that: Youku.com.

I remember first time I was using the program I immediately jumped onto Youtube and started watching ep. 10 of Infinite's 'Ranking King' with my mum during dinner...ROFLMFAO!! XD ASHGVCASDJVCS OMIGOSH, THE GOODNESS OF WATCHING 'RANKING KING' ON YOUR VERY OWN TV. SDGFASJUVIFASD

 

Our dinner conversation that night (Cantonese):

Mum: Are those Korean singers?

Me: Yes-ah!!

Mum: Is it that SS band you like? (she was still refering to SS501 there, LOL!)

Me: Oh no, they're Infinite...the band we saw on TV last time we were shopping at Box Hill. I like them now. ^^'

Mum: What are they doing in the middle of the night?

Me: *attempts to explain the concept of RK in bad Chinglish*

Mum: But those ghosts aren't real...why are they so scared? o.0"

*Infinite's CEO & Dongwoo screams in the background*

Mum: *chuckles* Is he crying?

Me: *OMGOMGOMG YES MY MUM IS ENTERTAINED BY MY DINOWOO OMG YES YES YES*

 

AND THEN TODAY I was mucking around on Youku on my TV. Everything was in Chinese (damn it) but I could just make out 'music' on the menu. The first thing I saw was a VERY blurred snapshot of half a guy who vaguely looks like Hoya in a summer-like background. I had my hopes up...I played the video and GUESS WHAT?! IT'S THE JAPANESE MV OF 'SHE'S BACK'!! <3 Out of BILLIONS of Asian MVs out there (Korean, Japanese AND Chinese), Infinite decided to pop up on the first page. >.< SGIGVCUIASDB OMG THAT PRECIOUS MOMENT OF SEEING INFINITE ON YOUR TV...HIGH QUALITY!!

OH YEAH. AUSTRALIA IS FINALLY GETTING EXPOSED TO K-POP WOOT!! Twice in a row I caught Infinite's music/performances booming out full blast into the public shopping centre, namely Box Hill & Whitehorse. Thanks to the random little Asian DVD shops place awkwardly in the middle of the market...>=D My mum caught me standing in front of the giant TV that day - it was playing that Music Bank Special in Hong Kong and I was JUST in time to see Infinite performing ALL 3 songs...'Before The Dawn', 'Be Mine' and 'The Chaser'!! <3 <3 <3 But then my mum said they look gay wearing eyeliner...T^T

MUM. MY KOKORO IS BROKORO. Stop hurting my fangirl heart! ;~;

Ok I'll shut up now. >.> "NO ONE WHO CARE ABOUT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE."
