but everything changed after squid game blew up. hajoon became a huge success and every girl wanted him. he started answering her texts less, she expected him to be busy so she really didnât mind. he told her when he was busy and going overseas, she was really happy for him actually. but one sunday they made plans like usual and she was supposed to meet him at his place, she already knew the code and when she went inside she saw him sleeping with another girl in bed. instead of saying anything she just left, he didnât know she was there. later he texted her he was sorry that he didnât wake up on time, he was exhausted from a busy night before.
hayan responded like normal and acted like she didnât know anything. but just like him she stopped texting him as much, she felt betrayed that she opened up to him so much for him just to hurt her like that. everytime he asked if she was free she said she was busy so they never saw each other and she barely texted too. there were rumors going around about him that he sleeps with all his costars and goes to clubs often. she had to keep a front that it didnât bother her because no one knew they were together but when she was alone she cried a lot.
then the tables ce hayan was in twenty five twenty one and shipped with hyunwook often. after squid game hajoon went in a downward spiral of alcohol and . all because it suddenly came easy and he could. he wasnât proud of it but seeing hayan with hyunwook on inkigayo all happy and seeing all the comments talking about them all the time made him realize that he lost someone he really loved. a true connection, she saw him for him instead of that hot guy in squid game. hajoon was in a bad place and all he wanted was hayan but his drinking made him unstable. one minute he was cursing at her for cheating on him with hyunwook (which she wasnât), spamming her phone calling her out of her name. then he was begging for her to talk to him again saying he needed her. of course it hurt her to see that, she didnât like hyunwook at all and still loved hajoon. she didnât want to fall in love all over again she just wanted him but she didnât like what he became. but hajoon wants her back, he misses what they used to have and wants to get better so she can accept him again. heâd do anything and even wants to go public with her to prove his love.
