siyeon carries herself with confidence and it shows when she performs she gives zero s about what other people says about her, and knows very well that she is pretty and has the skills so why does she needs to care about what people says about her? she is living her life and enjoying it  she knows that the people who bad mouthes her behinds her back are just jealous of her so why bother with them. 

siyeon is a caring individual toward those she likes and animals, she tend to be very obsevent about people's actions thus she knows when one of her friends is not feeling well so she tries her best to show that she cares, you can tell that siyeon cares about by her actions more than by her words she is the type of  person that will try to make you comfortable around her and makes you feel good about yourself.

she does have troubles with expressing her feelings and her emotions thus she can be a bit insensitve as she simply does not know how to comfort them but she tries her best singing often times helps her with expressing her feelings but she just feels awakward sometimes and her blunt honesty does not help with comforting.

siyeon is not the most optimestic person out there, in fact she is quiet the oppisite she is a pessimestic. she does not hope like ever, because when she hopes for something she usually ends dissapointed with the result thus victoria tries her best not to hope even if she was confident enough that she will get a high score siyeon learned the hard way that hoping for something and not getting the result that you hoped will make you nothing more than sad for months, other than hoping siyeon always likes to remind herself that nothing in this world last forever and we are all going to die anyways.  

due to siyeon perfectıonıst tendency from time to time. she tends to have higher standards for herself, she want to be capable of herself and  often times people sees her as a workaholic person, she does have a habit po overworking herself while she knows damn well that she is a skilled singer however when it comes to her dancing not so much, thus she practices a lot to improve her dancing skills.

siyeon  is someone who is independent to the bone, she does not like asking help to others while she does enjoy being around her friends and members asking for help from them is a difficult task for her to do so siyeon is also someone who does not share everything about her she does enjoy telling her opinions and her desires to her friends however she also enjoys her privacy when it comes to her actual feelings thus she does have a boundary when it comes to talking about herslef.
 

BACKGROUND

siyeon was born and raised in seoul, south korea to a single mother, growing up without a father was hard for both her and her mother. she always hopped that maybe her father will come back and envied those who had fathers however as she grew older siyeon realized that her father will never come back and the one who she truly cares for and love is her mother.

as a young child siyeon was always interested in dancing. she would often dance around whenever she hears music playing around, she would copy dancers on tv to her danciing was omething that made her feel happy as well as free, her mother always thought that this was just a phase and he love for dancing would eventually fade out however as she grow older siyeon love for dancing only grew thus her mother decided to enroll her into a dance academy. 

siyeon took dancing seriously, she would always practice whatever choreography that she was given as well she would try to create her own. she experminted in a variety of dance types however she found her style which was hiphope as well as street dance, siyeon truly enjoyed dancing it was something she loved as well as she was actually good.

at tweleve years old, siyeon was joining a dance competetion in which she performed and won the competetion during the performence a scouter from sm entertainment was watching the show and saw her performance thus after it eneded he came up to her and gave her the company card however because she was afraid that it could be a scam she and her mother both went to the company together and attended the audiotions. luckily for siyeon she was accepted as a trainee and her journey as an idol trainee under sm entertainment begun.

lee jeno, cousin, idol she athink of jeno as the older brother that she never get to have, and since they are close in age they are very close to one another and often hung out during their free times, siyeon often visits jeno in sm and he is very protective oher her.

TRAINEE YEARS three years at sm, two years at dal media.

TRAINEE LIFE siyeon joined sm entertainment when she was twelve years old, training was difficult for her during that time because not only did she had to attend school, she also had to balance out her training sessions with her school days so it was difficult to handle both however eventually siyeon managed to get used to it and a year later in sm she was a well known trainee and was even part of sm rookies. however after red velvet debuted she stayed one year in sm and left the company, because she knew if she stayed she would not have the chance to debut with so many other trainess and so she decided to look for a smaller company, after she herard of dal media from a friend she went to audition and got accepted.
during dal media training was not as difficult as sm because she already got used to it so she partly focused on dance practeces and making her vocal skills better.
