daekwan is kind toward others, he is always there for his friends whenever they need him, the type of person that will feed stray animals on the street and give money to homeless people. he is one of the most impatient people that you will ever meet in your life, he has the patience of a kid who is excited to go to an amusement park. don't make him wait for more than ten minutes because then he will leave without you.
if asked about his hogwart house then it is definitely hufflepuff due to his loyalty toward others. he will never betray anyone who is his friend even if they did something bad instead of leaving them he will confront them about it, he will always stay by his friend's side until the end. daekwan is the exact opposite of someone who is an "extrovert." in fact he is an introvert. going out, meeting people, or partying is not exactly his thing he simply doesn't like to interact with people, it really does takes time for him to get comfortable around other but when he does he will treasure them and treats them as a family.

BACKGROUND he was born and raised in seoul, south korea as an only child to a rich household. people would have thought that he was lucky to be born to a rich family however that was not the case, being a child model he didn't have the freedom that the other kids had, he was a doll being controlled by his parents. as he grew up his parent's control got worse, he was not allowed to play with other kids, everything was decided by his parents nothing was decided by his own. that is when his depression started he grew tired of his lifestyle, nothing made him smile any more he just wants to go home and rest. one day he couldn't handle any more pressure coming from his parents so he decided to quit his modeling career for the first time in his life he decided his own decision. at first, his parents were mad but they couldn't do anything about it because he is their only child.
when he was fifteen years old he saw
a busking group dancing street he watched them noticing that they looked happy and enjoying themselves he went back home and decided to try dancing he put on music and danced it was the first time that he felt genuinely happy and free, due to that reason he started to take dancing seriously he would put on dance choreography videos on youtube and tried to copy them he would practice dancing every day. at seventeen years old he got scouted to yg entertainment when he was walking in the street he decided to try it out because he wants to improve his dancing skills.

personality He is awkward with his own friends and ikon- so for a fact that meeting new people is awkward. He tries his best to hold conversations and outings but he can barely keep himself together. He does things that just make it more awkward or a great laughable moment. When you are close, he is such a honestly, always giving the judgmental look, jokingly criticizing but in a loving way. If somene he cares about is hurt (jokingly too), he honestly wouldn’t know what to do. He would just stand behind them and try to give them a hug and apologize but he does not really know how to express himself. If they were joking, he would be slightly ticked off, saying “What the hell. I thought you were actually mad. I thought you were going to ignore me. daekwan was practicing late at night, he was frustrated he kept messing up but he didn't stopped until he heard footsteps approaching him from behind "do you need any help?" asked a stranger daekwan turned behind him to meet a boy who looked the same age as him. "i don't want to bother you." replied daekwan "it is okay, i can't ignore someone who needs help." june started to teach the choreography step by step becaus he felt bad for him after they were done daekwan was so happy that he learned the dance he couldn't hold on his excitement as he hugged june to thank him.

june and daekwan started to train together, whenever he missed up june slowly taught him the step daekwan started to help june with his vocal training. the first time he realized that he liked june was when june was teaching him a step daekwan's legs tangled together which made him about to fall panicking he held to june's hand causing june to fall on top of him, both of them are shocked no one moved june on top while daekwan was on the bottom they kept staring at each other's eyes june regained his sences and was the first one to move after that they act like nothing happened and continued to practice. june started to like daekwan after he took care of him while he was sick, it was like any other day both of them were training together when june started to feel dizzy he collapsed daekwan carried on his back to the dorm, he took care of him, bought medicines, cooked for him, and stayed with him until he got better during that day june was touched by daekwan and decided to stay by his side no matter what.
