Was it really down for 8 hours? I thought it was down for only a few hours. Usually the site goes down for 5-10 minutes when there's server maintenance, but I don't think I've seen it go down for 8 hours?

They might be updating the site. Idk

yep sometimes aff server went down for some reason, but that was the longest i've seen.
makes me feel the need to archive my stories somewhere else before aff really shut down one day-
