+ princess/gongju 공주 ; if you take his last name and the beginning of his first name, you get the word "gongju" which translates to princess in korean.

+ duality king ; his fans have dubbed him with this name, saying that he has a charm of practically being two sides of the spectrum. on stage, he oozes charm and charisma and offstage, he has such a natural cuteness that no one would ever believe it was the same person. (ex. the absolute dISRESPECT that was this stage yells bc how can he smile so cutely in the middle and then continue dancing like that)

+ mom ; the members like to playfully address him this way, saying that he's their mother figure in the group. the one who's nurturing and spoils them but nags them from time to time.

+ boomer ; the younger members like to call him this simply to poke fun at his age and it's amusing to see his little whiny reaction when he tries to convince them that he's still young and hip

+ king of slapstick ; he's always falling over, running into things, or just flailing around and his constant clumsy actions have earned him this title ; one two

+ joomoney ; he has this ridiculous and comedic desire to be a rapper, always making up his own funny raps and trying to follow along with the actual raps in their songs. the nickname is kind of linking him to the show "show me the money" + his name ; one two three

— ice cream, especially popsicles. if he could, he'd eat at least one a day. it's his go-to snack. the only drawback is that he gets brain freeze really easily so he's stuck between wanting to eat the treat and saving his poor head from the pain.
— physical affection. only from those he's close with. it makes him feel loved, even if it's just a high five or a pat on the shoulder.
— ballads. as much as he's an aspiring rapper, he absolutely loves getting into the emotions of a song and being able to portray them. his karaoke sessions usually end with a really sad ballad, joowon belting his heart out like his life depends on it.
— folding laundry. it's weirdly calming for him and he likes the warmth of clean laundry fresh out the dryer. 
— fruit. his favorites are strawberries, peaches, and melons.
— romance movies. since he's never experienced it for himself, he enjoys watching it happen and maybe even daydreaming about his future lover. 
— music. "like" is an understatement. he loves it. he's never been able to properly express himself because of his mom so music frees him from that and allows him to focus on his emotions.

— exercise. to him, dancing doesn't count because it's so fun that it doesn't feel like a workout. he hates exercising or going on runs or anything physically demanding because his stamina is pretty weak, as well as his body, and it kills him.
— horror. he's a big coward and absolutely hates anything scary, especially jumpscares. if he's ever forced to watch a horror movie, he will cry.
— veggies. he'll eat it if it's cooked with other food but if he's given a straight up bell pepper, he'll make a face of disgust.
— social media. he does his best to update for his fans but he doesn't look through comments as much, too scared of hate comments.
— alcohol. the smell itself makes him want to throw up and he tries his best to refuse it. it reminds him too much of his dad and his home life that it triggers negative memories from him.
— himself. he struggles a lot, still trying to recover from a lot of hurt and scars. there are so many aspects of himself that he's disappointed with and doubts eat away at him whenever they can. he's grown so used to putting everyone else first that he's somehow forgotten that he's also just a human and needs love and care like anyone else. 

— embarrassed. he leans into the nearest person, trying to hide himself against their frame.
— anxious. he grips onto someone, needing something steady to keep him at peace. he also gets really fidgety.
— emotional. when he feels himself on the brink of crying, he'll dig his nails into his skin or bite down on his lip really hard. he doesn't want to shed tears in front of anyone and so he tries to focus on a different sensation to distract himself.
— panicked/flustered. when he's genuinely taken aback, his mind will go blank and he just ends up staring with confused, wide eyes.
— showers. when his mood is down, he tends to take long showers. he just sits in the tub, hugging his knees to his chest and lets the hot water run down on him. it seems hella extra and dramatic but it's weirdly comforting for him.

— cooking. he's terrible at it but he always wants to make something yummy for s to show he cares. it never tastes too good since he's not used to making a portion that big but that never stops him. not even 's pleas for him to stay out of the kitchen can stop him.
— painting. he's actually not very artistic but he enjoys doing those paint by number canvases. he finds it very therapeutic to be able to focus on something and not think about anything else.
— acrobatics. he's been learning from when he first started dancing, always having been amazed by it.
— writing letters. he picked up the hobby of penpal-ing, simply because he made so many acquaintances during his trainee years and wants to keep in touch. he enjoys spending his time putting together a cute artsy little letter and then going around to hand deliver them when he can. it's important for him to make sure the people around him know they're appreciated.
— reading. he wants to get better at writing lyrics and so he reads a lot to help expand his vocabulary and his creative thinking.

— is always the last one to let go in a hug. he doesn't want to pull away too early in case the other person needs to be held for longer so he stays until they move away first.

— isn't good at doing aegyo. people assume he would be good because of his natural cuteness but he can't do it on command because he gets too embarrassed.

— knows how to wake each member up. some of them require him snatching their blanket away. others, he can simply tell them to wake up and they do so. some, he has to turn the lights on. etc.

— he is the biggest bts suga fanboy. whenever he talks about him, he gets really shy and giggly.

— because he's very light, he's quite easy to lift and manhandle, frequently carried around and teased by those around him.

— is usually found with a stash of snacks somewhere. he has a pretty fast metabolism and enjoys snacking so much that he tends to get full before mealtimes. he's been scolded for this more than once. 

— is a concerning all things romantic. he's never had his first kiss, first time, never dated, etc.

— fans usually ask him to do embarrassing or cringe-y things for them during fan signs and though he'd do anything for fans, sometimes he wishes people would ask him about his thoughts or his music or just anything more intelligent than asking him to bark. he feels bad the minute he thinks that way, though, worried he's being ungrateful.

— cannot multitask. if you talk to him while he's focused on something else, he probably won't hear you. he's also messed up his autographs multiple times if he's talking to fans while writing. (ex. goowon, a1sauce, jooa1won, etc)

— when the members are out practicing or doing their own thing and he's left alone at the dorm, he likes to sit in front of the door, waiting for them to arrive.

— despite not being a dance position, he's able to memorize and understand their choreo the quickest due to his years of training.

— always manages to lose at games beacuse he has zero luck.

— he's terrified of being hated. it stems from his mother and her constant words of hatred towards him.

— even though it's normally custom for the older one to eat first in korea, he always makes sure to serve the younger ones first in order to dispel any feeling of hierarchy within the group.

— he doesn't go home during the holidays and instead, spends time with the foreign members who also are unable to go home.

— he always tells the members it's okay not to do something when they're on variety shows if it's dangerous or it makes them uncomfortable.

— when he first found out he would be the leader, he bought a book on parenting.

— his pet peeve is when someone condescendingly pushes his forehead back with their finger or smacks the back of his head.

— he gets cold really easily. esp his hands, feet, and ears.

— during his trainee years, he was known as the practice addict.

— as a leader, he wants to be strong for s so even though he's emotional, he refuses to let s see him cry. he'll usually hide in the bathroom to cry or cry in the shower.

— he actually has nicely defined abs but gets shy about showing his body.

— he likes watching s' vlives but gets embarrassed when they tune in for his.

— spends a lot of his free time memorizing the raps of their songs and is always excited to "perform" it in front of the group rappers. he has been judged many times by chanwook.
