I just want to rambling and talk about Infinite (because I miss them) and Golden Child (because I like them). I almost always stan a group based on their dynamic and personality and not necessarily based on their music. Like I love love love Hongki's voice and almost all of YG group's music (except for iKon and Treasure) but I can't stan them (well I almost stan Winner, but YG did them dirty and the momentum just passed). Infinite and Golden Child, no one can denied how talented they are, but their music is just not my taste at all lol. It is more of a Woollim's music at this point. The Woollim's group music I like the most is Rocket Punch's tho, and they have (so far) the most different sound under Woollim.

But this Blog point is, I want to talked about Infinite and Golden Child member and how each and every one of them could steal my heart, like ALL of them. So I will talked based on age order.

Kim Sunggyu : He is Main Vocal, stan atractor, have a witty sense of jokes, and have a  great mannerism toward his sunbae. The most prominent trait only Sunggyu have, I think, he never plays boyfriend role to his fans. He doesn't want to encourage fans to be delusional. At early debut of Infinite, he despise, and I qoute that again, he really despise Sungyeol. Idk what beef going on between them, but he doesn't like Sungyeol and he shows it. But Infinite is one hell of a professional group and their personal problem never really shows. But Sunggyu is deep down just one hell of a sensitive man. As of late, he likes Sungyeol the most. Granted, because Sungyeol is an easy going person, and he likes Sunggyu too. Because if Sunggyu likes you, he is a hell of a loyal man. Sunggyu and Woohyun have an interesting dynamic, they are so polar opposite but they trust each other so much. And they both are the member who wants to protect Infinite the most. Sunggyu is member with the most loyal and the most abundant solo stan in Infinite. I think with fame he has a bit of a foxy trait to him. But once again, deep down, he is a kind and unproblematic man.

Jang Dongwoo : He is just pure, kind, and smart but air headed at the same time. He is very very very innocent, I hope he doesn't stumbled with bad person anymore lol. He is kinda going with the flow and has no greed. He loves Infinite member, he basically loves life. He never gives me a vibe that he have a bad side to him. But maybe his weakness is because he is too kind. He is very wise and mature despite being innocent at the same time. I can't say much about Dongwoo except he is  a literal angel. He is so one dimensional (kind) that I have not much to say lol. Ah, an interesting thing about him is, he is main rapper and main dancer on top of that, he is good at singing too. But he has a bad sense of tempo? Rythm? what is the correct term.

Nam Woohyun : He is one hell of a puzzle for me. He is kind, adorable, caring, but have the manipulative trait going on. As I say before, he is polar opposite from Sunggyu, and his most prominent trait is his strength of playing boyfriend role. I think it is not wise, but that is apparently what his fans love about him. Him, along with Sunggyu is member with the second most loyal and abundant solo stan. This is apparently quite a problem because his solo stan and Sunggyu solo stan often clash. Unfortunately for Woohyun, Woollim favor Sunggyu more, because Sunggyu is more known to the public. And so as a result Woohyun stan became quite unbearable. Sometimes his solo stan makes me wonder about Woohyun real personality, because I can assure you that the saying that "Like Idol, like fans" is 100% accurate. Sunggu solo stan never annoyed me but Woohyun stan, oh my God. Woohyun is kind and care in general, but I think he doesn't really connect in a personal level with his other member. It is actually quiet puzzling for me, because Woohyun is easy to be around, he is close with all of Infinite member, but he has no closest member in Infinite.

Lee Howon : He is rigid as hell, but he is professional as hell. He is really independent and has a lot of greed. He is quite distant with the other Infinite member, but because Dongwoo is such an angel, he is often playing along with the flow. He is also very smart, hard working, witty, and talented. He is quite interesting. He remember every little detail TMI about Infinite and , so at first I thought he is quite a tsundere type. Initially I thought he act like Infinite is his job and he work professionally, but secretly loves Infinite so much. But then he go and didn't resign the contract lol. I am hit with a mental crisis then. I think the main problem is, Hoya despise Woollim so much he wants to free himself as soon as he have a chance. Idk how the terms going on then, but considering Myungsoo decide not to resign with Woollim but still be a part of Infinite, I wonder if Hoya didn't have the same choice back then. But then again, I know he is the independent type, and I understand that being in a group is kinda torturing for Hoya. But at least he kept his name stage, and I am glad Woollim didn't like, claim his name stage. 

Lee Sungyeol : Ahh he is my ultimate bias and the main reason I got into Infinite. He is the last member to join Infinite, and he has the weakest vocal on top of the mediocre dance. Actually he is the fastest in remembering the choreo according to Hoya, but he really is an humongous insecure ball that he always underplay whatever his strength is. I like his vocal colour (yes I am bias) but aside from given the least line, he is also very insecure that I am quite sure even if someone give him their line he will refuse. But the thing is, he is very charming, so eventho he is so insecure (and it shows) he is actually one member with the most solo fans in Infinite. He is one interesting character, because he is one of the most handsome member, but he plays the funny role in the group. He is the very first visual with funny role in Kpop I know of. He is very immature but very mature too. He has a big heart and he is so kind and outgoing. Every good thing about Sungyeol revealed through other member tho, he never say a good thing about himself. It is quite heartbreaking almost. Oh and his most prominent trait  is his honesty. The most interesting thing about Sungyeol is, he is good at everything except for singing. Sometimes I think fame get to his head, but then idk why I reach that conclucion. Because he is so insecure, he think he is nothing without the other member. I think he loves Infinite, but he think he has no power to keep Infinite, he has to has the other member to keep going.

Kim Myungsoo : Thank God Kim Myungsoo is such an odd ball. He is so handsome that he looked surreal. I am so relieved he is not perfect. He is kinda live in his own world. He just does whatever he likes. But he likes Infinite and he likes the member, thus why he resign the contract and then not resign with Woollim but want to keep going as an Infinite member. I think he is not greedy, he just likes to give his all in everything. But the thing is, I think he is not the type that put effort in communication so I kinda worried he could drift apart easily with the other member. But then again, he likes Infinite and the members, so he puts effort in appearing in other member schedule. I think he is not the type who has to keep in contact regularly to be friend. The interesting thing about Myungsoo is, he is best friend with Sungyeol. I feel like they have nothing in common, even their personality, so it is interesting that they are best friend. The thing about them is, they are the only chingu relationship with different year born. Even Hoya with Sungyeol who are same age are not really close. So Sungyeol once talked about his and Myungsoo fight pre-debut and how after that Myungsoo accept him and they became best friend. The thing is, Infinite never talked about their TMI in detail. But I know that they once fight because of socks and boxer. And I ship Myungyeol so hard nothing beat them (well maybe Gyuyeol or Daeyoon if they actually give me content).

Lee Sungjong : He is playing Idol role so well. He is an 'ideal' Idol if I must say. He is really confident about himself. He knows his weak and strong point and he used it confidently. He is also playing maknae role really well and sacrifice himself to be a of the joke. But he is the type of people who you want to tease to no end. He is very private about his life apart from Idol life tho. Maybe because he is so young when he debuts, his whole life centered around Infinite. I am quite worried what his life will became after Infinite have no schedule. Because he can't act for life. He plays well with other member tho, he often tag along with the other member in their free time. I think he is very considerate because he is maknae in Infinite. But idk why sometimes he likes to annoyed Dongwoo and Woohyun, but not the other member. 

Infinite dynamic : Their combination is the work of God. I never found a group with a really perfect combination of charm, talent, character, and dynamic aside from Infinite. They complimented each other so well that they are so perfect together. So when Hoya left, Infinite will never be the same anymore. The interesting thing about Infinite is, they are so balanced because eventho the overall group is kindhearted, they have this cunning and brash quality too. So they kinda have a yin and yang if it make sense. If I could compare it, Golden Child for example, they all just kind and funny. They are all too kind and submissive. Well Bomin actually have a cunning quality, but he is just one out of ten, so he doesn't balanced the other well. And he is quite close with the other member too so he kinda go with the other flow in the end. And their debut time kinda have an effect too I think. In Golden Child time of debut, netizen scrutinized Idol much more harshly that Idol Group tend to lost individuality. And then other interesting thing, in Infinite time, shipping culture is very encouraged by agency. Woogyu, Myungyeol, and Yadong is not only made up by fans but encouraged too by the agency. Woollim didn't do it anymore with Golden Child. But the different thing (again) Golden Child is very encouraged to share TMI, and otherwise for Infinite. Infinite rarely talked about their off screen group dynamic, but the interesting thing is, they talked quite openly about their family. The opposite happened with Golden Child, they rarely talked about their family, but they always talked about their off screen group dynamic.

Ah one more interesting thing about Woollim group: they are well known, respected, but undervalued all over Internet. Even in South Korea, Infinite is LEGENDARY, but nowadays, they rarely mentioned, even group from their time with less recognition still mentioned time to time, but not Infinite. It is quite puzzling for me. Woollim stan have one unique trait: they usually fall for one group and then love all of Woollim family in the end. Just like how fans usually loves one member of Infinite and ended up loves all the member in the end. It makes the other negative result: Inspirit are Lovelinuss, Goldenness, Ketchy and Drippin stan all at the same time so the number didn't increase one bit. The fandom with the most divided crowds are Inspirit and Lovelinuss, the rest usually doing the double or triple fandom thing with the hoobae. I think the most prominent trait of all of Woollim artist are their character. Not one of them have a bad character except for made up rumour and netizen reaching so far. And they have 4 active group (soon to be 5) so there are really a lot of individual. Not even JYP escape the bad character artist. Woollim actually is a decent agency, but fans have this love to hate their favorite artist's agency because they didn't bother to make a comparison with other agency. Woollim did a good job treating their artist and their missmanagement is the least wild compare to other agency. Of course Woollim is the worst at handling rumor, trying new things, and marketing (thus why they merge with SM C&C but SM C&C didn't do their job so they part way again, but others love to state that Woollim success is thanks to SM, please just shut your mouth if you didn't know any better. SM will not bother to make SM C&C merge with Woollim if Infinite is not such a massive succes that they own South Korea at that time). At least all of Woolim artist have a healthy income and mental state that they can badmouth their agency quite freely.
