Some people are just made for the stage, to stand under the bright lights, to sing and dance and pour their heart and soul into their performances. Jisung is that kind of person, with the sort of confidence that comes from an innate knowledge that he were made to do and be something. On top of that confidence is the fact that Jisung oozes charisma, drawing attention to himself and his projects. When he talks, people listen. When he performs, people watch. It what makes him a good secondary leader to Daishin, and what makes him such a good performer on stage.

perceptive, know-it-all
As an individual situated in the middle of a large family, one often left in charge in his parents absence due to a responsible nature, Jisung has since become rather sensitive to those around him. He’s perceptive, quickly picking up on the needs of those aorund him, often before they themselves notice it. When the younger Misfit members need a hug or a shoulder to lean upon, Jisung is there -- a common enough occurance that it began lending itself to the reasons the boys called him Mama Ji. But more than just being perceptive of the little things, Jisung is on top of the big things to. Have a question? Jisung can probably answer it. Have a comment? Jisung probably has an addition to go with it. This happens so often that it’s earned Jisung a couple nicknames. At times, his additions can be a bit much or overwhelming -- his commentary isn’t always asked for, after all. But sometimes it really is helpful. (ie. Jisung knowing how to sew shut a rip in someone’s pants or get pen ink out of a white shirt.)
 

practical
Jisung is a practical individual in that as he collects all this information -- information that might otherwise seem irrelevant and otherwise useless -- he finds ways to glean the important pieces and details from it in order to apply what he’s learned to his own life and to the lives of those around him.
 

protective
Jisung is protective almost to the point of being scary. He’s not just Misfit’s mom in title and age. No, he’s the mom in application too, shifting from mother-henning the younger Misfit members when they need to eat or rest to a fierce and furious lion(ness) protecting his cubs when they’re hurt or scared. It’s salso important to note that while Jisung isn’t a violent individual, he gets angry, and then he gets even. And heaven help anyone that dares upet or hurt one of his boys.
 

blunt, insensitive
Jisung is perceptive. He’s smart. He knows a lot. ....and he has about all of the tact as a bull in a China shop. That is, maybe a pinch of it. (Or none. At all. More like none at all.) He’s blunt and he doesn’t see the point in tiptoing around issues when it makes more sense to him to tackle something head on. This can lead to him being viewed as insensitive. Which....isn’t exactly wrong. He doesn’t mean to be insensitive, and he doesn’t mean to be so blunt and obvious, but they’re idols, and they only have so much time and energy to expend. Why waste that time and energy when it’s something he can try to take care of immediately?
 

stubborn, argumentative
Jisung is stubborn, quick to hold his own and stand his ground. It’s a aquality that can both help and hinder, especially as an idol. It means that Jisung has absoley no problem standing up for something that he believes in or thinks is right and deserves his backing -- like the Misfit boys getting an extra break during a particularly grueling dance practice, or someone staying back at the dorm instead of attending a schedule when they’re so sick that they struggle to remain upright. But sometimes it also seems like Jisung is arguing just to argue -- with management, with poor (Tired) Daishin, with anyone that he happens across, and for reason that no one but Jisung seem to understand. Most of the time, it’s easy enough to get him to back down (or at least stop arguing), and that is to fetch Daishin or the maknae. Because if there’s anyone Jisung is weak for...it’s those two.
 

impatient, impulsive
Patience is a virtue, and one that Jisung routinely struggles with. Despite the whole helping raise his siblings thing, he’s actually rather impatient. He has a lot of things to do, and little time to do them in, so that time is precious. He understands that some people need more time than others to think and consider options, but Jisung is confident in himself nad his choices, and it drives him crazy when other people can’t hold that same sort of confidence. He’s also an impulsive person, jumping into situations and making guarantees that he doesn’t necessarily have the means to back. Of course, once he says he’ll do something, he’ll do it no matter what it takes, but Daishin in particular must get awfully tired of Jisung’s hasty choices and the repurcussions they bring him in response.
