► Shoulder length hair, with her creamy-blond hair. Pale, milky skin, with deep blue almond eyes. With cupid-bow lips, small stature of a body, standing short at 162 cm. She has a small scar placed on her left thigh due to an accident she had when she was a child. Sadly for her, she is actually near-sighted and doesn't like to wear glasses, she usually wear her prescription of contact-lenses everyday in classes. She usually use blush as her everyday makeup, with a little bit of lipstick. She isn't too much for makeup either as she only use a simple blush and lipstick to go on with her day. She usually goes for a more pinkish lipstick, a mascara and her favorite rosy blush (although she already has a natural rosy cheeks it isn't really evident on her cheeks often times.)

► Katherine doesn't really lean towards any fashion. She mainly wears wintery clothes, that looks and feels comfortable to her style. She often wears a lot of piercings on her ears though, despite the look that she is giving, She has four piercings on her right ear, and another piercing on her left ear.

► At such a young age, Katherine has always been a dependable kind of person. Being the Eldest in a family of five, She already took the intiative of being dependent. Taking care of her brothers, going to school on time, taking care of her mother's needs and basically being dependent in other things even outside of her household. Everyone seems to be dependent on her and she actualy likes that everyone is solely looking for her in things she can help with being the hard-working person that she is. Katherine's industriousness is admirable to say the least, not giving up until a job is well done and finished, not even taking a smidge of break, she does everything in her willpower to do the task at hand, albeit a little bit tiring, it's not on her mind as she puts it past her for the sake of her family, and everyone else around her. She sacrifices a lot due to her tendency of over-working herself, that being fearless isn't so questionable when it comes to her, out of everything else, she doesn't know what kind of things or even situations she will face in every task given at hand. At the end of the day, if she's gonna be rewarded by something that she can bring home and that she can deem important for her and especially her family, she'll gladly take the risk.

► It's no surprise that Katherine is such a caring person. After all, even dating back to when she was a child she harbor such a need to take care of everyone else around her. Family, friends, neighborhood, so on and so forth. And being caring as she is, it's sometimes hard for her to take care of herself, she always forget that she has herself to look after for as well. It was something that she is working out at the moment, but when she is already built to care for other people ever since childhood it doesn't really go away, especially being protective. Protectiveness is a strong word that can describe Katherine. It's what she built herself into since seeing her family for that matter drives her a sense of responsibility to protect them. It's not only her family, but everyone she meets and having been meet with them several times, she doesn't care about what's behind them or in the past the bottomline is the protective nature she has doesn't go away. Bringing into that fact that she has the biggest heart to boot, generosity runs into the family and it's strongly evident in Katherine's as well. Giving is all she ever do and can sometimes be a little bit too much, but she took it for everything she got, not complaining as she loves what she does and will continue doing so.

► Sometimes, the miscalculations that she makes in her life results into her own Over-confidence. She isn't really stupid, she's just over-confident. She has her own way of vision on how things will end up and she will definitely believe it so. Which results into impulsiveness on things that needed to thread carefully, as if she needed to prove something if ever provoked and she will gladly do so, not caring about the dangers of any situation as long as she can do whatever she needed to do for herself and everyone else that surrounds her. Even though at times it doesn't end the way she needed to see, so her stubborness gets the best of her or probably the worst of her in any given situations. She'll dive right in, never hearing anything that is logical despite of her being careful or even planning things out in her head.

► As soon as Katherine was born on the city of Gyeonggi province, her father's hometown. As by her father's wish, her parents moved and permanently lived in her mother's hometown in Manchester, England where she all spend her childhood in. And now, living in a family of five, with her Mother, two brothers and a father. Back then in those times where her family was still complete. Two brothers going to school, Katherine in high school, her mother owned a local gift shop near a tourist place and her father as a normal office man day and night. It was a normal family, with good morals that they lived by. Not until the dissappearance of her Father ruined the family immensely. Her two brothers were shocked, of course, being young the two didn't know what is happening actually to the situation at hand. Her mother couldn't accept what was happening, Katherine as well, so when her mother suddenly succumb into depression, Katherine couldn't gather any strength left in her to find her father. Everyone around the neighborhood thought he has a second woman, others think it was a bad drug deal for the money that they lack these days. Katherine was stubborn for not listening, she kept on searching for any right answers that will lead to her father's dissappearance, everything seems like a bad nightmare and she couldn't wake up from it. It didn't take long enough when the giftshop business shut down completely, her mother not moving an inch to open it, locks herself on the room, her two brother clueless and was affected the most by the sudden tragedy that hit her family. Alongside with their financial status declining massively, and balancing everything in school, everything else is in shambles. Clueless, tired and at the verge of breaking down Katherin sworn she would find her father all the while being the breadwinner of the family. So she did part-time jobs, studied until she can't even think straight just to get her family afloat with half of the jobs, being the honor student and extra curicular activities in school that she needed in order to gain back anything into it's normal place. Fast forward to today as she is enrolled in one of the most prestigious university school. All she knew is that she applied and got discounted for the tution fee, and as she is a er for those kinds of advantages she looks back at her family. Now that her brother's are growing her mom albeit slowly progressing, is still at her isolated place she can't help but to be a little bit wary of things, but then again she thought of her father, her father who teaches her to take the risk if one is unsure of itself. Surely by this she can definitely find him now, maybe after she finished her studies she can find a great paying job, get her mother the right treatment, and let her brothers study in a nice school environment. She just can't bare to have them suffer anymore, and although at this stage she might not see her father again (because of unknown issues who knows?) maybe this prestigious institute is her ticket to that peace she has been yearning for ever since then.

► Mother | Analize Ellington | 40 | Vera Farmiga | Analize is a soft, gentle mother, never once was seen with a frown on her face, compassionate and always loved the family she created along with her husband. The relationship between her and Analize is somewhat warm, Katherine would listen to her mother's stories that happens on their giftshop, she would also taste her mother's cooking in the kitchen while waiting for her father to arrive. It's simple for Katherine to remember those things. But when her father dissappeared without a trace, her mother's health declined greatly, Katherine couldn't save her mother despite the things she had done. Analize wasn't speaking to any of her children, she wasn't like she used to be, (soft-spoken, gentle, caring mother that she is) Katherine knew this yet she can't help but to blame it to her father as well. Katherine tried to speak to her, the air between them were hushed tones, comforting hugs and most importantly silence between them. Katherine and her mother communicate only by silence. and she knew that this won't do for her mother to be all healthy once again. But as time goes by, little by little, when Katherine said she's going to college, Analize looked at Katherine for the first time in that day, She has to get herself together, and to Katherine she saw that she's ready to regain the old her, but this time with a strong will for her children.

► Father | Jungsik Seo / Michael Seo| 35 | Park Hae Il | Through what Katherine can remember, her father was an honorable man, he was there when he needed to be, loving and caring to his wife, can be strict if a situation allowed it.Her father has rules to abide by, in which Katherine and her 2 brothers always lived by, and it was stuck to her. Michael has always been a one set mind kind of guy, always stubborn to a point where he makes spontaneous decisions(One of them is marrying Analize, his parents were furious and always adamant to not continue to marry, but his thick headed skull, and his soft heart won't and will not budge even for second, and then they have Katherine and as they fled to Manchester they stayed there permanently.). Katherine didn't know much about the latter years of her father, but she always sought him out for advice when she was little, growing up to see your father already shaping you the way you are Katherine always has been admiring her father and wants to be him someday. Michael is proud, puts a smile everyday behind those lips, and seeing his family living a normal life is something that he could ever wish for.

► 2nd Brother | Jerome Ellington  | 18 | Na Jaemin of NCT | There's one thing that can be said about the relationship between Jerome and Katherine: chaos. It isn't the type of chaos where voices are loud and you can't even decide which side you are on, chaos in means of silence. Jerome never really knew Katherine that much, and doesn't want to at least. He's reserved, likes to keep all by himself, not really talkative and most of all doesn't want to bother anyone else. Katherine has been trying to even talk to him, Jerome doesn't like to take the bait, among the stolen glances he usually takes when his sister is home at a busy part-time job she has (he calls it stupid, why would she work non-stop on days for this. She's just tiring herself.) at Some point he thinks that way, how her sister takes all the odd jobs she can take, how she goes back and forth going to school and take of his mother, who in no return to go back to normal ever since his father dissappeared on him, on them. Jerome took it the hardest along with his mother, he knew, and saw everything what his mother has gone through even though he would never say it to his mom, or Katherine for that matter. Now when he heard about his sister going to University, something strike into him, he suddenly took the olive branch to connect to his sister once more and although its all too late for it he still do care about her, he just doesn't want to admit it, and hopefully at the end of the day, Katherine won't dissappear on him the way his father did to them, he needs her and as much as he doesn't want to swallow his dignity. He will and always love her as a sister he always admire from afar.

► Younger Brother | Elijah Ellington  | 9 | Daniel Hyunoo Lachapelle | When Elijah is young he oddly remembers someone communicating to him, at that point Katherine always thought he was a weird kid. But she still adores him, Elijah is a sweet boy constrast to Jerome, Katherine always pampered him the most because of his needy nature towards Katherine and his mother. But one particular moment about Elijah is that he does seem like he has imaginary friend. Katherine thought it was something out of the ordinary, but then shrugged it off as kids can be as imaginative when they are their early stages. Elijah doesn't seem that way though as he knew and can 'see' everything beyond the eye. 

► Acquiantance(?)/Botanist Major | Marc Aiden Park  | 23 | Suga of BTS | Marc has always been the type to smile and greet people around him, a people person that he is, he took the opportunity to make friends with Katherine. Albeit Katherine is a little on the defense side, Marc took his time to get to know her better it doesn't take awhile before the both of them are in a sort of an acquiantanceship. Katherine still has her defense up though and Marc despite all of that is still on her side and hopefully someday can be more than just that.

► Occult Club Leader | Aurora Weiss-Moon  | 22 | Shannon Williams | Katherine knew she have to do that extra credit for her sake as well as she needed to be on scholarship full time,So whe Katherine first meet Aurora, she was stunnned and quite convinced about joining, not because she doesn't have a choice -because really she doesn't- but she was awe on how determined she is and how welcoming she is for new members Although Katherine find her weird, she is a good character in her eyes, Aurora seems to know this and keeps on encouraging her to join, but she has other plans so she usually (and shamefully) be friends with her so that she can skip meetings to meet the credits she can get, she can't just afford on doing club meetings because of her priorities and Aurora usually let her pass whenever she skips on mettings, but the guilt sometimes outweighs everything else in between her priorities, and somehow coming back to the occult isn't so much bad as time progress /this is still a wip, so uhm, PM me if you have any problems with these ;;;;;; /

► Enjoys: Reading books especially about happenings of witch trials which intrigues her because it reminded her of her mother's giftshop. Not used to technology a little bit, she always carry a walkman with her that she likes to listen a lot on her free time whenever she can (found the walkman on her mother's things back when they still had the giftshop), usually it contains a lot of tape recordings about  conspiracy theories and some music. Interacting with kids, riding bikes, is a er for spicy foods, sky-gazing, rain. multi-tasking. The color green. Likes the smell of candles.

► Dislikes: someone who talks a lot in domineering way, seafood, heights, enclosed spaces 

► Hobby: hanging out at the local library, has a way of collecting old memorabilias, baking and cooking, Cleaning, knitting scarves

►Katherine is known to be very quick and agile in everything, she was used to it as it already stuck to her for having multiple odd jobs that she had. Also likes cooking, likes experimenting a lot with her skills and would like to give out food she created to her friends.

►Katherine is afraid of heights, one of the reason she received the awful scar she had was when she was a child, she likes to help around, so when she climbed to the ladders, to help her father up on the rooftop, it suddenly gave in as she looked down to the heighest position she's in. Never again she promised to herself, it was the start of her phobia around heights.

final words / Here it is! I finished it, I had such a fun time writing this, it's my first time to apply so whatever experience is something I'll treasure because this is really really fun! Thank you so much for this fic idea! I can't wait for it to be written, I'll mostly read it because I love the concept behind it!

► I think banter between Marc and Katherine is gonna be fun to watch, Like Marc is a tease and Katherine is a semi-serious person so it'll be cute to see.

► Katherine struggling with technology, she does have a smartphone but she usually use it to call her family and her two brothers who knew much much more about technology. Also if Aurora likes video games i want her to teach Katherine it'll be a blast lmao.

► I'd like to think her father dissappeared as well and that I can use that because she is scholarship kid and that this is a mystery fic with college au applied, but still if you want to change my background about her family i'll be willing to change it! ^^
