(+) yura is a party-goer. out-going as she can be, she doesn't really limit herself to the 4 corners of a room, she likes to go out a lot on her spare time. whether it'll be just a party she heard of, going to a club, or just hanging out with random people at most. also likes talking to people she meets along the way, it doesn't really matter what or who you are, she'll initiate a conversation almost quickly as soon as she sees you, talking almost cheerfully and engaging you in different topics when she can. in a way, going out and talking to people is her mechanism to just put her negative thoughts away. she tends to overthink a lot by herself, or when it's quiet she would always wonder her memories of the past that she would like to forget, maybe that is the whole reason why she likes to go out and drain herself by talking to a lot of people. she doesn't even have friends that she can count on or rely on, she only have acquiantances with names that she mostly won't ever forget because to her it's easy to know strangers and their own names instead of dwelling on herself for the longest period of time.

maybe that in itself is why she always look for the logical side of things. yura would always look for an answer that would make sense and not paint it in a fictional way or rather in a way she knows it won't happen. she already geared herself that not everything is gonna be all rainbows and pretty colors. sure it does happen for most of us, but to yura, she only knows temporary happiness. that's why she already knows the reality of things.

and although it may not be really on yura's appearance (as some people would say) she holds a protective yet caring atmosphere around her. sure she does say a handful if you ever did something stupid, or something bad happened to you but that is just because she knows you won't be there where she doesn't see you and she knows you're gonna be in great danger if you don't listen to what she says. she would often come by your rescue when she sense something is wrong, the type that would immediately jump into an awkward conversation or a troubling at that one and save your if someone is messing with you. she does this unknowingly too, the way she would scold someone, give them the utmost care it leaves you feeling fuzzy and warm.

yura would always hear this but she would never admit it, she would often laugh it off sometimes with a dumbfounded face and will say "i did that?" and would blush profusely at that only because she don't know how to handle feelings or remotely care for other people with words, she does it with her own way of giving a hard knock lesson alongside with the protective care she always exudes.

also the self-lessness is something yura has as well. she would always put others before her. she doesn't think much or even care much for herself but with other people she would always give way to them even if it's a disadvantage for her. part of it is because she thinks people who deserve a chance would be more deserving of something more. she's self-less to the point of not taking care and thinking for her own self, but sometimes taking care of herself takes a toll on her but of course she wouldn't really care for any of that. she knows she is always painted as that "" as everyone calls her. (what with her extensive knowledge of everyone plus with sharp tongued mouth but would sometimes be seen with different group cliques and whatnot hence why everyone thinks she's such an attention seeker) she knows she already has a reputation around her so she wouldn't give herself a chance, to her other people deserve and to be honest even without the thought of "people deserving things" and such she would still put others before her because in her true nature, saving people and putting them first almost always comes naturally for yura.

(=) for being as an out-going person that she is, yura is quite surprisingly reserved. she doesn't really mind other people, but when it comes to talking about herself she tends to close up and never really say anything. she likes to show her out-going persona rather than getting her to talk about herself which causes a lot of people to think she has this other side of her. she doesn't really mind, after all if she choose to show this side of her people would think negatively of her either way. 

another thing about yura is her mellowness. quite surprising considering how she looks intimidating at first glance but once she knows and trust you well enough you'll receive this side of her that she doesn't let others see. in yura's case she considers this her weakness, she hates feeling soft that's why she toughens herself up but with the way she unknowingly care for someone it's hard to break off the habbit itself. that's where her stubborness came to be.

you can't nudge, budge or even convince her of something that she knows won't ever enter in her head. it's one of those things yura has ever since she was a child up until now. the willingness she has with her stubborn act causes her to tread into dangerous situations, not stopping until she proves something is right on her conviction, though when provided with facts that she couldn't really argue about, she would shut up almost immediately and also shut the conversation down leaving her hating herself for the rest of the day or longer.

(-) having a sharp tongue is nothing new when you meet yura, especially when it comes to her bluntness. whether you're being annoying, pissing her off, or just downright rude or telling her what to do, she'll tell it to you straight without any filter. she doesn't hold back on anything. though sometimes her words can hurt someone as stated. she isn't the type who can choose words that well when faced with something she cant handle, or something she got pissed about, so on  the downside she ends up hurting the ones close to her. which in return she mask it with her passive-agreesiveness. she does this quite often when she can't express her feelings right. also hates confrontations so she hides it well with her with her passive-agreesive attitude. 

yura loves challenges that's why it's no wonder she's overly competitive. she can't and will not accept defeat once you provoke her or get on her bad side, really. though she isn't a sore loser herself, she just likes a good challenge and a challenge where she proves something and will win in the end no matter what stakes she's in.

with that in mind, yura holds the secret with her low-self esteem. being in a family where they uphold such high regard with their powers and their reputation, yura has none of it when it comes to that. she doesn't show it quite often, in fact she is subtle about it. she wouldn't praise herself and wouldn't allow credit to herself. she just thinks it isn't much worthy of getting herself a praise or a need for someone to say she's amazing or she's worthy.

t h e  b a c k g r o u n d .

childhood memories:

yura throughout her childhood lived with her parents and her older brother.

part of yura's quite fuzzy memory is that her parents were part of the police task force, ready to serve and protect people against crimes and would often solve cases that police teams can’t normally handle. But in hindsight her parents isn’t really one of those “normal” officers like yura thought they are. In fact, they are one with special abilities.

Her mother can control water at any sorts of ways she pleases, meanwhile her father possess superhuman speed that no ordinary humans could have. Yura knew this after the series of waiting at home for their parents because she always yearn for them whenever it’s in the middle of the night, that one time her mother lets out her power in front of yura’s small eyes and her father’s quick movements when at the doorstep.

It didn’t really escape on her really because almost every day her parents would practice their powers. Along with her brother, yura watched them as they honed, practiced and skillfully control all of their abilities to the best that it can be. They take their job seriously and you can definitely see the results whenever you see their faces flashing on the television whenever yura watches the news just to see a glimpse of her parents, even more so when her parents always put a lecture of how important powers and reputation to them, how they want strong powers to inherit their children and want them to succeed on the line if ever the time comes for their retirement. To yura and her older brother, they know they have to make their parents proud and ever since then that’s what they did, especially to yura.

To yura, her parents were her heroes. She knew she couldn’t brag about it at school, it’s not like she can though, because of how quiet and reserved her nature is. She was never seen talking to someone (or if she does it’s usually because she would help, out of her natural instincts) and is quite slow processing emotions. Still, at that time, she wanted to scream it at the world, wanted to say how her parents always caught the “bad guys” as they would often put it.

So she did what she wanted to do and discover her own powers at that time, the small little yura awake at night trying to pray for so many nights that maybe her power would awake any minute now. She wanted it so bad and fast that she can’t wait for it to finally arrive.  After all she doesn’t want to ruin the family’s legacy, also wanting to see the light in their eyes, the proud look that she often yearns from her parents. Because frankly speaking, even if they did call for the both of them, yura can’t help but feel slightly set aside. Though she wouldn’t mind as long as she’s inside a home where her parents would be, praising, caring, loving her older brother more, she wouldn’t mind. Her brother is after all smart, capable and eloquent in the way he holds himself. She doesn’t feel any grudge to be honest, in fact, what she feels is a little bit loneliness and jealousy that she needs to work on a lot because she doesn’t want to feel like this especially to her family that she loves so much.

Not until her brother got his power first.

Yura remembers it quite clearly, how her parents were so ecstatic about her older brother’s power. How he runs and showed off his skills, despite of it being out of control. Still they couldn’t care less about this as they celebrated. And yura remembers this: her, smiling from afar, looking at them celebrating the good news, she hears her parents saying how much of an important day this is, yura hid on the corner of the room (hid her awards that time from school.) she smiled while tears were falling down her face. from then on she knew she was unwelcomed, after all, if she still would remain powerless…would her parents accept her still?

powerless:

Life, as yura knows it, is different than before. The subtle ignorance of her parents towards her turns into never ending oblivious ones. Yura knew this as she was transitioning into middle school, her older brother now capable of doing things, amazing things, with his power. Often times, yura would catch at the corner of her eyes how her brother looks at her with pity and a sad look on his face. After that day of discovery, yura never once looked at her brother the same way again. The promise she holds about her brother is now long forgotten. Now, she despises (is it jealousy as well? Yura would never know and admit) him whenever they are in the same room, it’s suffocating to her as she doesn’t quite know what to do around him, perhaps she still remembers the way her parents likes to play favoritism among their children and as much as she wanted to feel loved too, she knows she’s asking for too much already.

Yura at that time wanted to give up, after years and years of waiting to have powers, she already got to the conclusion of her not having powers. (It’s enough evidence already as she sees it in her parents the way they looked at her with contempt and pity, looking like they did a mistake with her.) Besides her brother is already reigning in with all of the praises, she doesn’t need another noise coming from her own aching heart, she usually hides it now with fake smiles and rebellious attitude.

This is the start of something yura wants to begin as she doesn’t care enough as it is already too late. With her being the powerless out of the family, what more can they ever get from her? It’s not like out of nowhere she can lie her way so that her parents would accept her and praise her just like they did to her almighty brother.

Until at the age of 10, her powers suddenly awaken, and she regrets it deeply.

Seeing her parents disappointed faces were enough to make yura hide her power. She knew what she did isn’t the best of them all (making her  scared and poured a water on a innocent classmate is very heroic in yura’s defense)  she have to, of course, because her power is invisibility….it’s one thing for her to have powers but it’s another thing for her to have such a weak and lame one.

 

She can already picture her parents wanting more from her, besides they did hold up the reputation of being the strongest force out there. People looked up to them, even if they don’t know that yura’s parents have powers, they still were the people’s favorite of protecting the city from all dangers that are happening around. And with her brother adding to the line what more if yura were the one hinder their supposed to be reputation, something their family shows importance about?

 

Chapter3:

 

Along with Yura growing up, she witnessed her parents will of protecting people with more vigor and willingness. Although things are still the same these past few years (if you count the times how yura still suffers from controlling her powers, along with her brother’s aid –more like keeping a secret from their parents– to keep this hidden.) though yura would notice her parents not actually coming home, especially when her brother is a senior so often times yura is alone in the house.

 

She likes the quiet atmosphere it brings though and it’s a good way for her to finally think of everything that had happened up until now. She recalls all the things that she remembers, her parents adamant will to protect the people and also the ever so called “reputation” that they want from their children from day one. yura being the problem child as her parents so called it, they like to label her as such things so she often fights back  and want to prove them something they should have known from the beginning.

 

Perhaps, even if yura did reveal she has her powers now, she can’t, because of how much pressure her parents put on them, especially with her older brother, since they expect him to follow along their footsteps. But they were harsher to yura as time goes by, yura learned how to endure it but sometimes it can’t be helped whenever they say things that would damage her already broken heart, that’s why she learns how to block it, at least, with a straight face, never giving her parents anything to show. She’s just yura, a girl who is seen to be troublesome to the family.  The whispers, the stares, even the rumors that she has no control whatsoever, throughout her years of growing up, no amount of crying would solve anything as well, she knew she have to toughen her skin, especially with the way her parents were acting nowadays.

 

 

The thing is, these past few months, her parents are a bit obsessive with the way they like to protect everyone, losing themselves over the great wall of “justice” just because of their powers, just because they have the will to be strongest of them all. Yura would often be cast aside, she was used to that, but now, it seems like even her older brother is being ignored as well. This set an alarm inside the household yura’s living in. her parents became so aggressive every time they wouldn’t get the criminals they wanted to get. At that point of time, the young girl knew this is going to be the downfall of her parents, she doesn’t want to wish upon it, in fact, she want to avoid it, her brother was in it too as well (despite of the awkward differences they have) to stop their parents from going deeper than they would have liked.

 

They could have avoided it, but they were too late.

 

Her parents were beyond saving at that point.

the incident:

Yura was in her 3^rd year of high school when it happened. All she remembers is the sirens going off and the amount of police cars surrounding around their house. She was going home from the party in the middle of the night when she hears from far-away (mostly from the news that struck at the party) a crime involving two humans who have a special abilities. All she remembers that night is her brother’s tear-stricken face, her heart racing and her confused state only to be greeted that her parents were part of the crime.

 

News flashed that yura’s parents were part of the illegal crime of going against the “protocol” of hurting civilians. Her parents were in the middle of a high-alert pursuit of  the organization suspects who were robbing a bank, of course yura’s parents wouldn’t let this chance slip away, maybe because of greed, they got to the location at hand only to bombarded with guns and men who fight with all their will. All of this became controversial because of the two officers not allowed on the case as they were not permitted to handle it. They were out of control and was seen hurting a random civilian because of the adrenaline rush and well because of the way they want to handle “justice.” The most hurtful thing that yura heard all night was because the two officers have some powers who can definitely “destroy” a human.

 

The police were quick to cover that up as they don’t want anything to put their reputation at risk, although, despite of the mob of people protesting against the questionable and very dangerous way the police can handle this, they shut it out quickly as a lot of citizens are against (and still is, but most of them are anti-hero) the idea of a human with super abilities can “protect” them especially with someone who they deemed were heroic at that time. It was all in the evidence of two police officers, who were yura’s parents, who was seen having such capabilities beyond a human’s reach.

Months and months, her parents name’s would flash on the tv screen, but this time not because of the heroic act they once did, they were called a criminal out of the courtesy of them going in and saving their rank and their face to the public. Yura during these times were hiding out of the media’s prying eyes (of course with the help of someone in the police department and they were glad that there are still people who are willing to help them in times like this), she was confused, guilty, more importantly useless at times like these. She wanted to hate her parents, she really do, what they did is something unforgivable into yura’s eyes. Especially when she and her brother are always hiding, spouting lies, creating some reason just to avoid the topic of them being linked to a criminal like their parents. (Thankfully, their parents aren’t really open about their private life, still other media caught on them being their children so there are still people who believed that they are connected to them.)

 

Yura wanted to forget, the last time she saw her parents was when her brother visited them. It was one cold night, in a cell nonetheless. They were begging to be let out, but to yura all she saw is her parent’s greed, their words of demeaning words, the avoidance they gave to her. All of her life she came to terms that she resents her parents, she wanted to say they deserve this but at the same time blood really is thicker than water, so she couldn’t get herself to say those words other than resenting them. After that, she never looked back, but if ever she will, well it’s going to be that time where she would forgive but as of now she wouldn’t, and couldn’t, forget.

 

The case goes on for months, with her brother on her side, the court seemed to make her parents guilty. Yura didn’t bother to attend her parents court hearings (especially with the way media is on their necks.) her brother were the only one who handled everything, even up to this day (that now he is a lawyer), he visits their parents and would often update them on how yura is doing, in which the latter would hate, but she can’t really quite well control her brother.

 

Now her resolve of hiding her powers is strong as ever when the incident revolving around her parents happened. She hides it through parties, meeting friends (even though she is quite not fond of it), having a blur of a fast life just to forget everything that has happened in the past. She never wants to talk about anything relating to powers and such, she hides it by a smile and most importantly, she hides it with her fast paced life called university and basically hanging out with everyone. At the moment, nobody knows she’s one of the children of that infamous crime that happened years ago and she wants to stay it that way, as long as her powers is kept hidden, as long as she can keep this up, she’ll do it wholeheartedly, even though at the same time, she wants to be able to show what she’s really made of.

(+) everywhere you look or go, always know that yuto is there socializing around. He’s a people person and likes to hang out with everyone as much as he wants, he doesn’t distance himself away from the party and the party doesn’t want to distance themselves away from yuto, ever since then, he knows a lot of people and likes to offer up a conversation smoothly without him rambling  his way to make friends. He initiates a lot of the conversation in which people gravitates a lot since yuto doesn’t force anything and let his sociability glide in smoothly into making friends.

it’s just fun to be around the guy as he is playful and likes to entertain a lot of people, some say yuto can be an idol if he wants to, but yuto would treat this as a joke because he couldn’t, for the life of him, imagine himself on the stage performing. He likes to be in a light-hearted atmosphere since he can’t take being in a serious situation, though he can be serious when he needs to be, and most certainly will respect the atmosphere, but over-all if something along the lines of fun and party, yuto would be there to make it livelier with his playful persona.

Despite of the fun and easy-going attitude he has, one may say that yuto is a warm-hearted person, maybe because of where he grew up with, his mother being the gentle of them all, he inherit being the kindest person. He wouldn’t step away onto anything a person is, and most definitely will treat them with affection, love and respect no matter what or who you are, he doesn’t judge and would lend a hand or shoulder if needed so, never once pried into anyone’s business unless he’s being told so (although sometimes when he couldn’t take it, he’ll be in action to make you feel better, either by making himself an idiot or cheering you up.) sometimes though he’s warm-heartedness can be taken advantage of (something yura would make a fuss about as she doesn’t want anyone to use yuto’s kindness to an extreme.) but he brushes it off saying he just want and loves to help people if they are ever in need of something, he wouldn’t even complain for that.

In terms of that, you can also rely a lot on yuto, whether if you just need him to be there for comfort, for school works, or even going as far as to cheer you on, yuto is your man. Even the joke among their friends is yuto is a superhero whenever someone is in trouble, in which yuto would decline and sometimes be a little bit pissy with that running joke, however they can’t really help it as yuto is the embodiment of the term and it was dearly stuck to him among friends.

(-) along the goodness with yuto, there is bound to be something negative with him. Yuto is clumsy as hell, with words and action alike. He would sometimes stumble with words if he found himself flustered or even remotely shy, which is rare because of who he is, it usually happens when he tries his best to get the attention of someone, or if he wants to show off something which can activate his clumsy tendencies.

However, if you made him pissed off, or just downright angry, he becomes blunt. It doesn't really matter who is involved or not, when he says something about a person he will say it, 100%, a to z without limits. He hates it specifically if people are going to be jerks, better yet shut their trap and not say anything at all, Yuto doesn't have any boundaries (and doesn’t know one, especially if he’s blind with rage if someone does hurt his friends and loved ones) when it comes to saying the truth, which sometimes causes him to say something out of line which can mean he can be pretty critical of himself about his actions that he did, can be overly-critical of himself despite the easiness of his persona, he will almost think of it deeply into what he did wrong, or what things he may have done, it's one of his weakness, and he will dwell on it when alone and sometimes a little bit often when hiding it behind a smile.

part of it is his sensitve side, he has this "nice guy" complex that he simply can't break out of, so when people do tell him the phrase "you used to be nice" will trigger a lot in his well being which is gonna cause his sensitive side to show greatly.

t h e  f i r s t - m e e t i n g .
both of them first met at a school festival that includes all of the department. yura was part of the team so instinctively she obliged then, even though she doesn’t want any of it, she does it because she was forced to be part of the team. Their booth is in charge of the beverages and food with a theme based on their department, of course with a festival like this there’s gonna be consolation prizes to be won so they gave their all on doing their best to win no matter what.

Somehow, to yura’s unwillingness, the highlight of the festival is not winning or getting tired of going back and forth with serving the customers they had that day, it was adachi yuto. Yuto and Yura first met at a glance, because yuto was part of the science department he would often pass by yura’s booth. First he was busy carrying coolers back and forth, with a band on his hair he would often peek and then put a cheeky smile on yura’s way, as if trying to get her attention, in which yura did, she just doesn’t want to answer to it. moreover, all throughout the day, yura was tired yet seeing yuto’s glances, and his advances to talk to her is irritating her every second, she came here to finish her job not to see someone distracting them out of their will. Of course yuto is friendly so he talked to a few colleagues and friends he had on yura’s department. When yuto however got a chance to talk to yura, all yuto ever hears from yura is sarcastic and annoyed answers, in which the latter is quite fond of.

Yura starts to get competitive all of a sudden though, upon hearing yuto’s department is running the same booth as they are, so she does what’s best and ignored yuto, always offering her a kind smile, which in yura’s defense is kind of annoying because he’s distracting half of the female population on her department with that alone.   she doesn’t even know who he is until one of her classmates told her he’s from the engineering department, he is, after all, quite the talk of the town, so almost all of the student knew who yuto was. Yura never even heard his name until that moment on so she does her best to brush behind her.

Yuto however was curious so he does his best to go to their booth every now and then, yura never once faltered with her responsibilities, hell even on that day, she has the DUTY to even win this god damn thing just to put those smug smiles yuto seem to be giving to her. At the end of the day though, they lost to a fraction, but still they did sell quite a bit because of yuto hanging out of yura’s booth.

After a long day yura was ready to go home, she didn’t even bother to go to the after party their seniors planned for them. But out of the corner of her eyes she saw yuto catching up to her. In her mind, he’s a brat who just wouldn’t let go of her, she feels like she have to step away from him or else she’s gonna be really annoyed everytime he smiles, he just illicit something inside of her that she doesn’t quite know yet. She isn’t uncomfortable with him perse, she’s just….flustered around him. He looks like a people person as well in which areas yura is just out-going as a distraction, she doesn’t want to hang out with someone who attracts everyone’s attention so she hid away from him.

But in her heart, when yura saw the gleam in yuto’s eyes, his ever so kind smile, and his (is he blushing?) shy grin, he offered his hand and finally for the first time he uttered his name,

“Hey, you seem to be not quite fond of me, so… I would like to change that. I’m Adachi Yuto, just call me Yuto for short.”

Yura don’t wanna attract someone who is warm and opposite to her, she just doesn’t. Ignoring the pitter-pattering of her heart she stared at yuto for a long time before walking away, ignoring her guilt for someone who is kind enough to even introduce himself to her grumblings earlier.

This is the last time, nope.

Or so yura thought.

t h e  d e v e l o p m e n t .

The second time they met was on a project because both of their courses required them to do so. Yura at first was shocked and most importantly a little bit pissed that she was yet again in front of yuto, the ever shining male who just dazzles everyone with his kind smiles and attractive gentleness.

Both of them got partnered up really quickly, although it was weeks when the festival has ended, yura quite earned some rumors herself that she’s a for being like that to yuto, she was used to it anyways and would brush it off normally, but as time goes by with the project they we're working on, things start to get a little more than just project partners.

Yuto isn’t that bad, it’s yura’s reserved attitude that she’s so pissed off, in fact yuto is a playful guy, sweet even. The time they had together when they did a project is something yura would even never forget. Despite of her ty life and her plan to just party and study peacefully at the same time is going quite well. But despite of that, projects with yuto is somehow her favorite little by little.

Yuto likes to say anything what’s on his mind and yura would sometimes be embarrassed and say things that she wouldn’t dare to say out of her mind. In fact, even if yura did get pissed off from time to time yuto teases yura, her deep bright red face would betray her though as yuto just loves to tease yura.

In those times with their projects though there also came yuto slowly getting to know yura, though it was hard since yura is sometimes such a reserved person that it’s quite hard to even know what she’s thinking, also she has this big wall of defense, so overcoming that is something yuto challenges himself.

Despite the teases, the banter, the on-off hate relationship they seem to have, one day, when yura goes to her rare occasion of being down, yuto was there to help her up. Yura is a closed book still something yuto is aware of ever since the school festival, even though yura is still a little bit wary of yuto, bit by bit she seem to be opening herself up to him.

 maybe because she remembered one day, when she was on her all time low (getting an update on how her parents were doing according to her brother) yuto was the one who silently comfort yura, yura doesn't care much around the surroundings that time, but she remembers yuto's warm embrace, his reassuring words, it's just...so warm and welcoming as if she's home, back to the place she used to have, and even though yuto doesn't know half of what happened, he never once pried into it, he just waited until yura calms down.

Those little things bring quite the attention on yura as she realizes she has feelings for yuto, she just doesn’t want to admit it, moreover she isolates herself with the term as “like”, “crush”, or even “love”. She is awkward as it is when it comes to her feelings, so what more if she is liking someone, especially if it’s a guy like yuto. To yuto, however, he likes yura and he clearly shows it a lot, he just know deep inside that yura isn’t what others see, he often heard of rumors about her so he turns a blind eye until he knows the real answer from yura herself. That’s what gravitate both of them together. Yura being a hard on herself, although she doesn’t show it a lot to people, but to Yuto he knows what runs deep to yura but he doesn’t pry nor doesn’t rush her to show what she’s feeling inside.

Even after the project was over, yuto would always hang out with yura, even though yura sometimes avoid the guy, she was starting to warm up to him albeit with a lot of sarcastic teasing and a lot of banter. it seems like they both know they like each other but they are too shy to admit it (mostly yura) as they get on with this relationship.

Lunch dates (although yura would blush at the thought of a “date” and yuto would clown her for it.), even studying, just hanging out in general, yuto is there, he’s not just really a project partner and a brat who sometimes annoy yura, he’s also there as someone who is more than just that, being to yura’s side he saw a lot that he would have never thought he would see.

Out of the two, yuto was the first one to say he likes yura. Yura on the other hand, was of course, the most surprised out of the two. Yuto did say that no matter what, he’ll wait and will never judge her for it. despite of how large yura’s defense against herself, she never once felt like yuto is forcing her to answer him straight away. Yura’s feelings for yuto took a lot of time to be realized though, she did a lot of self-doubting and thinking if she’s ever deserving to be his…well she does think that she likes yuto…with awkward silences, secret glances, and sometimes her heart beating a little too fast whenever yuto is there is some of the evidences she doesn’t want to ignore.

Yuto to Yura yuto would admit, he loves teasing yura just to see her awkward blushes and stuttering. He would sometimes say cheesiest things that yura would react so defensively, teasing her height or overall how she’s so cute all the time, he just loves seeing yura flustered.

In hindsight though, whenever yura would always keep to herself, yuto would act as someone who can lean on her. Definitely the type who would instinctively protect her even out of the gentle act of offering his jacket, covering her face just so no one would see her tears if there is ever come a time when she cries, in fact yuto knows mostly how yura would act, it’s like being telepathic towards each other. If he saw yura scrunching her nose, blushing, being upset or angry, he knows what action he would do to calm yura down.

 

Often times though, yuto would silently scream inside his head whenever yura does something that makes his heart skip a beat. He doesn’t admit this a lot, but yura to him is really cool, the way she held herself, it’s just so cool to him to see someone so small be so big and confident in whatever she does. There comes a time when yura would say/do something so cool that yuto doesn’t know how to function well and ramble his way of an act of being cool, if yura is flustered well yuto is gonna be a bumbling mess inside whenever she smiles on his way, even with or without intention. He just doesn’t show it a lot because yura is gonna bring the upper hand of teasing him, or even being smug on how he looks like an idiot, something yuto is to be honest, around yura that is.

 

Yura to Yuto to Yura, Yuto is her idiot crackhead who teases her and is clumsy when it comes to keeping her attention, a brat and sometimes would often tease about her height. but underneath those teases, and sometimes yura's cold shoulder to him whenever she wants to avoid yuto, she often would unknowingly say or care for him with words she wouldn't even utter to someone. in fact, yura to yuto is someone who yuto can rely on a lot, even if it means staying quiet. yura has this sense of calmness whenever yuto is around and also can't help but be herself and open up to him little by little because of how easy-going and comfortable he is. a lot of times though, yura will end up blushing in embarassment and shyness because yuto likes to or just plainly make her flustered, something that yura is not used to do as yuto easily makes yura come out of her shell so easily like that.

 both yuto and yura are on a very friendly terms that doesn't wanna admit their feelings towards each other. yuto is very open with his feelings towards yura, but yura is still on the denying zone when it comes to her own feelings. but at the end they do end up together, it just took a lot of time for both of them because yura is a little wary and sometimes like to deny things that she doesn't and won't ever fall in love with yuto as opposed to yuto being very open with his feelings to yura, though he didn't and will not force an answer out of her, he patiently waited a lot at the end for yura to open up to him slowly.
