Hey Guys

I'm in so much pain right now and my hormones are spiraling...you know what I mean.😒

I'm very tired and I can't take any of my iron pills because I just took my GERD pills. I  can't even take advil or anything for the pain. I feel miserable and now I have to work..fantastic.
