Thoughts and Feelings: Update
Hey Guys
I wanted to let you guys know that I'm been getting a lot better. Of course, I'm anxious again but I'm handling it better..
The reason why I feel anxious is because it's almost May and I've been feeling like I may not make it pass May. I know it is a irrational fear but it still makes me anxious. That's why I'm trying to not think about it too much because I also think I'm going to be okay. I hope you guys are doing well. Please stay home and wash your hands!
I think I might have to talk to a therapist or something about it. How are you guys doing this far?
