lol...i'm on a streak huh...

and this place has really quieted down...i could still easily find my yesterday's post...which shows how few blogposts were posted in a day...

this brings back memories of when i was new in aff and there weren't that many people too...well, things sure have come to a circle in a way...

 

anyway...yeah...let's get these things out of the way, some new update, some old....

 

1. VAV released this today.

Even though i've been feeling less and less attached to VAV eversince Spotlight...i still am rooting for them from my corner...and these days there aren't much to look forward to....so i was skeptic about this...and well....as expected....i have nothing much to say bout it....this has same vibe as Senorita which i'm not a fan of and naturally, i had nothing much to say bout this too...but hey, anyone might like it....just for me....VAV had better stuffs so....my standard for them is higher(and i actually love Thrilla Killa so i thought, why not give this a try...)...anyway, it's good to see Cobbie's back with the team....and i kinda love that Ayno n Lou has been consistently getting singing parts aside of their rapping parts....random but i kinda wish Baron would do a cover of Focus(Kim Donghan) because i feel like the song would fit his voice soooooo much, yes even more than Donghan...haa....can't i get that? fine.

i just realized i haven't wrote here about the time i went to watch VAV live when they came here, well....maybe another day eh....

 

2. my BATTLE!!! <3

This was from few months back...but yeah...they did this for us, the loyal fans. I'm sooooo damn proud of choosing the right group to stan as my ultimate. I can't help feeling that while other fans can brag bout their groups wins popularity and whatnot....we're the winner in the end.......Battle did this for us. and as a fan of Rainbow, my girlies super strong bond long after their disbandment makes me feel like a winner too. i have quite the luck with groups i love huh? Hwichan went on the show for the team...even though he was soo bad at concealing his emotions. and even though Lio didn't make it with the team(dude loves his privacy, but he still hang out with them evidently from pics other members shared), but Kihyun came back and performed Step by Step with them for the first time...ugh....has this ever happened to your groups (okay, Yoon Kyesang who left G.O.D came back with the team too, fine...) just that, Kihyun has always been tight with the team even back then after he left...i'm sad my Ryu didn't got a part on tv...but hey, i won't be greedy. Battle gave us the closure we n them never got back then. it means so much to me, and as can be seen, they're still the dorks they were over 10 years ago....and random things that follow afterwards....Kihyun liked my comment on ig, Hwichan got married, Taehwa was in the same musical as Yeoeun(Melodyday) omgomgomg...though they didn't probly perform on same set, Chris seemed to be recording something....i'm still waiting for his album tbh...Ryu as mysteriously lowkey as usual....though definitely not as MIA as Lio....haa. from comments i see on yt....even new kpop fans are acknowledging their awesomeness.....yass, that's my boys, my kids. i remember when i first saw clips of them on this show shared on their ig....i freaked out so much n teared up a lil. haha. would it be too much to wish a Battle member to go on King of Mask Singer too? 

 

Speaking of King of Mask Singer...

Im Hanbyul finally went there...!!!! my A'ST1 feels! and i always wanted to see him here cuz i know how freaking amazing vocals he has.

and even though he's more than capable to be King....he lost on 2nd round? what?...i swear those ppl had blocked ears or sth....even though i want to spazz more about Hanbyul....but all his connections and collabs with Exo kinda made me feel a lil detached...n kinda losing interest...even when i had been rooting for his debut all these years...idk...i'm just tired of going to his videos only to see all the comments about Exo oppar....

 

I'm still hoping for Yeoeun to go back there on that mask singer show...out of all idols that have been there....her non-idol-like voice still remains superior for me...it's a shame she became King for just one episode...though better than nothing i guess....

 

3. ship?

I really did not intend to ship again....i need to retire from this.....-_-....but....look at them....they're so cute...i never imagined i'd be a Haseul fan...well, i guess it's thanks to how ty her agency treated her....i started having interest....she's so underrated n treated badly in many ways it bothers me...and Kim Lip is so popular i never thought i'd pay any attention to her too....but bcuz there's Haseul....and this little undeniable chemistry....aahhhhh.....they made me feel like KevKwang all over again...even their dynamics in popularity level difference is the same. and as a ship they're underrated too....give some love to my beautiful pairing won't you?

 

Also, if you're interested, i made vids for my fav Haseul pairing in Loona's drama....it's not with the guy she ended up with but it's the one i felt really was the best match for her.... part 1, part 2 (read the video descriptions for reasoning on why i chose to ship them when they both had diff pairing in the drama)

 

 

4. produce 48? center? i only know this center.

Your favs could never. and yeah, produce48 was dull n unmemorable for me...i just watch a bit here n there mainly due to park minji who was in season 1 was there...i wanted to see how she'd fare since she's a good singer n deserved better but as expected....who says it's anything bout talent...lol, n not tempted to watch the rest...unlike season 1 n 2...but my only worthy discovery would be Jurina! charms, charisma, personality, talents, you name it she got it. i love her...a shame a certain member's fans were sooo set on trashing Jurina everywhere but eh....my unnir still better than yours. tbh.

 

5. Rainbow!

finally getting a compilation....well deserved. 

 

6. Remember yesterday i post about this song?

well, i found this perf n just thought of sharing it....Seo In Young's always a superb performer...and singer too. and i actually love her hair here. i'm all for short hair, but i'm honestly not a fan of her mushroom hair.
