Restricted Access

So it’s time for a blog post!

This time, invitation only stories.

Contrary to popular belief (Ha! Lies! I’m not popular) I do not like restricting my stories. Well, how hypocritical, because I do subscription only stories all the time, right? But it’s only for the rated ones. I do think they should be harder to access but... uh... is pretty easy to access nowadays, right?

...

Anyway, invite only stories is such a hasstle and they make me feel more guilty than not... on that though, why do I feel guilty about restricting access to my stories??? Nonetheless, there are times I lock some of my stories because...?

Two main reasons, really.

First, I want to reward readers for commenting and upvoting because hey, that’s a nice thing to do and, second, I want to know my readers and interact with them. Commenting isn’t all that scary and it’s important.

Do I comment on everything I read? Heck no. But I do from time to time because I’m afraid the author may just stop writing.

This post was thoroughly useless, wow.

HABI STAHP this is too much mean ness to yourself for doing something you are entitled to do. Those stories are yours and yours only, we could only be so lucky for you to share it with us. I mean, okay... it's >v>;;; but your argument is totally valid. And to know the author is something heartwarming, so why not ♡ This is encouraging appreciation to hardwork and I truly support that. We love you ♡

So is that it?! So heck no! This post is completely what we needed (mainly yunjae READERS). You were completely successful to provoke the beta inside me and you know when it happens i tend to be more talkative and critical and brutal and uncivilized and all those angry adjectives oxford dictionary can offer. First of all, why feeling guilty?! I strongly believe that the only sense of gratification and satisfaction writers can get here is through those comments and upvotes. So those silent readers should feel guilty if they feel something is nice but, they won’t even move a finger to send a simple emoji. So, “invite only” is definitely a nice way to get a mutual interaction. Secondly, you’re definitely one of the best when it comes to angst and (the first scene of alphatemine is my witness) so if they know it and they want more and they’re not willing to post a comment even to say hi, you and other writers should move those rigid fingers for them. And the only way to do that is either “invite only” or “join the found”. I myself prefer the first one. Although 1 dollar is not much for those great stories, on behalf of my friends around Asia who don’t access to any visa or master card, I prefer the first option. Now that i think more about it...why not use them both?! anyways... what i’m saying is that all of you should be more respectful towards your talents. Writing and creating characters is no joke. mostly those characters who can make us cry or laugh out loud. I’ve started to read other fictions about other couples in AFF for some time now and i can strongly declare that they’re nowhere near yunjae authors. Plots are mostly childish and repetitive and even scenes are remotely . I appreciate if other yunjae writers start doing what you and Mira did.
So there...the beta is soooo satisfied now :)
Sorry for such a long invite only declaration of support ;)
