I can't believe it's already the end of 2018....... (I know it's still the 6th of december but the only two wips that I have are basically s so LOL)
Well let's look at how well I did in the fic writing front eh

Compared to the 31 I wrote last year, that's pretty lackluster skdjfnsd. Well I do hope I paid it off in the quality dept.

Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?
Definitely less. Like, I set a goal that I will write 2 fics per month LMAO look at that ambition, how innocent was I? 
To be fair, I was able to follow through for the first half of the year or so. But after I got my permanent job? Boi was I sapped from any will and energy to write for a good 3 months. I'm managing to bounce back tho, so I hope 2019 will be a kinder year for my hobbies. 

What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?
TBH my fandom and pairings stay relatively the same?
Maybe for pairing, I found out how enjoyable it is to write the dynamic of Haechan and Renjun.
And for genre......... Uh, I wrote my first rated M slash fic ksdjfns (for an NCTdream pairing [the legal one])
Still no stuff tho, don't worry. 

What's your own favorite story of the year? 
oh my god I can't do this -> I still can't sdkjf
I mean, "how do you think" is the freshest out of the oven so I still have a certain sentimentality over it
But I think it'll have to be "everyone's moment", because..... well because writing it was such a blast and I just love the new writing style I try out in that story.

Did you take any writing risks this year? 
Uhhh can you say starting to write mature (as in ually mature (?)) topics for slash pairing a risk? -> exactly the same thing one year after LOOOL. 
Writing rated M story for a dreamies ship is pretty risky I believe (although the rated stuff isn't even that rated but hey, the purity police is strong with that group).

My best story of this year:

I think this has to go to "stars are wormholes in the sky"
I love it, the readers seem to love it. I really do think that's one of the best feat of writing I've done this year. 

My most popular story of this year: 
Definitely "jump to kiss"
Which makes me slightly salty (though it is v understandable for why this happened skdjf) because this short 1k silly fic that I wrote in a day got more traction than the ones I put my blood, sweat, and tears to LOL. But seriously I still love this fic it's too cute to be salted upon. 

The story of mine most under-appreciated by the universe, in my opinion: 
From the stats alone, definitely "it's electrifying!" 
Maybe because it features a not-so-popular ship, but that's the problem! People need to see how amazing of a dynamic Renjun and Haechan makes.
But if it's just from my opinion, then maybe, again, "stars are wormholes in the sky"? Because I would've liked it to be a bit more....... popular LOL. Take whatever you want from this statement but I want more people to not be intimidated by the 11k words in one chapter and to go and read that story because that story means a lot to me. 

The most fun story to write: 
The easiest story to write was definitely "jump to kiss". Finished it in only a day! that was crazy.
But most fun?? UhhHHHhhHH God i don't know maybe "how do you think?" That story made for a...... really fun and awakening journey ksjdf. 

The story with the single iest moment:  
This might sound weird because the rating of this story is not even M, but no matter what, this one has to go to "everyone's moment". This story does only feature the two characters making out for the first time, but me (and a lot of readers), seem to think that it's more steamy than the rated M fic skjdf. As I quote my friend (who said this after she read the story), "not to be dramatic but after each paragraph I expect them to . I really expect them to do it at the end because this is peak level thirst."
FYI: they didn't. 

The most "holy crap, that's wrong, even for you" story:
Maybe when I wrote my first ever death fic in "foregone conclusion".
I was thinking if I should give that fic the "the hardest story to write" title but like, yes it was hard to write but there was an even harder story to write so stay tune LOL.
But yeah I needed to get that one out of my system and I'm really glad that at least the people who made it to the end of the story understood why I decided to write it, and to write it that way. 

The hardest story to write: 
HERE WE GO: "blind spot"
blind spot was pain, blind spot was torture.
But it was like a certain kind of growing pain that I needed to feel and go through because after writing this story, I felt 1000x better with my situation. And I also really love how the readers of that story could find some kind of comfort and solace from it like, that was the sweetest thing I got from the whole ordeal tbh.
Like, it's my dream and goal to write something that can resonate with strangers like, 'oh I felt that too,' or 'oh so that's what I've been feeling all this time.' And to see that I can do it feels s o  g o o d. 

The biggest disappointment: 
Can't I say that I love all of my stories????? Man, I really do. -> still exactly the same too here skjdfsd
TBH I really do not have any disappointment for anything this year, I truly??? love??? all stories that I wrote????
So yeah, this is not a cop out, this is the truth. 

The biggest surprise: 
Not necessarily a story per se, but the fact that I've seen readers go through a whole ship tag that I have and kudo-ing nearly every stories in it LOL. And people who subscribe to me as an author and reading/kudo-ing/bookmarking my new releases. I'm too used to being unseen that realising that I'm being /seen/ by the same group of people over and over is just...... wow. Thank you for all you precious readers, when i saw each and everyone of you go through 3, 4, 5 of my stories (or more) in one go, you don't know how happy I am. I promise I will write more good contents in the future no matter what ;;;;

The most unintentionally telling story: 
If you look into my stories close enough, if you comb through it really carefully, you can see that almost all of my stories reflects something about me LMAO -> I mean, I haven't really changed that much as a person, so this still applies LOL.
But I guess, again, that has to go to "blind spot" because that's just me. That's just me???? IDK tho I think ever since "stars are wormholes in the sky", I've put so much of myself on my stories it's just.... another form of diary for me at this point LOL.
