style » For housewear, she's good with regular shirts and athletic shorts. For sleepwear, she wears matching top and bottom silk pajamas. Her daily outfit would consist of shorts or skirts, and a comfortable top. During warmer weather, she would wear sleeveless shirts, topped with a crop top if she feels like it. The type to choose skirts over jeans, her general attire gives out a ladylike vibe. Surprisingly, she is more of a sneaker type of girl than heels, but doesn't mind wearing the latter either. personality » Seoyun grew up in a strict family; She was raised to be prim and proper at all times. She likes things neat and organized, and the worst thing you can possibly call her is a rule breaker. To people she is not close to, she may appear cold. Her smiles are calm, and rarely reaches her eyes. She is quiet, likes keeping things to herself, and knows when to hold her tongue in situations needed. She knows the basics of respect when it comes to elders and higher authority, and absolutely hates the idea of disappointing anyone. To people she has opened up to more, she relaxes a little. She is still careful with what she does, but she also often teaches her friends on what to do. She tells them how to do this, or say that, properly, but not in a bossy way. They call her stuff like Queen, or Your Highness, because of this.  She is the same on stage and off stage, always maintaining an air of grace and maturity, often acting much older than her age. She can't stand people who act immature though, so she'll appear colder and more criticizing to such people. She's competitive in a way that she would much rather win than lose, but not to the point that she would go to extreme lenghts just to win. Making new friends is a bit hard for her due to her generally reserved nature, but she does get along with girls easier than boys, since she finds most boys to be rather childish. She's a bit of a romantic at heart though, but she expects a fairytale romance with a prince charming character to sweep her off her feet, and nobody else.

background » Seoyun was born to an Korean father and a Chinese mother. While her father was a kind man, she could not say the same for her mother. You can call her mother a perfectionist - she already instiled manners and discipline in Seoyun at a very young age. Seoyun was the child who  never ate unless told she could, always kept quiet unless spoken to, and the most important thing to her mother - she always got perfect grades. Of course, growing up, it's not certain to always get perfect grades. Whenever she would get a score even just 1 point less than perfect, her mother would scold her. She would tell her that she is a disappointment, that she didn't raise her up to be so stupid. Seoyun grew up more mature than kids her age, even it terms of speaking, so it was difficult for her to make friends. When she wanted to be an idol, it was the first time she ever fought against her mother. Since then, the two have become a bit closer than before, with Seoyun opening up more of herself.

TRAINEE BACKGROUND » Being a trainee was extremely difficult for Seoyun at first, since it was the first instance where she wanted to stray away from her mother's wishes of making her become a doctor. Since she took up musical lessons from a young age, she would always claim it was a matter of time before her true passion became music. As a Pledis trainee, it was difficult for her since the company went through hardships and also, her debut date was hardly ever set. During this period, she would fight often with her mother, but in the end all was well when they debuted as Pristin.

IDOL BACKGROUND » At least, she thought it would go well once she was an idol. Sure, Pristin received attention and their debut was pretty good, but it was clear that Pledis favoured Seventeen and their promotions more. Nonetheless, Seoyun does enjoy being an idol, since she's pretty much still herself. She does have a hard time getting to know other idols better due to her demeanour, but she's working on it! When Pledis decided to get Pristin to join Idol House, she was more than happy at the chance to showcase their group and considered it a way to work hard to get their names out there with the little Pledis is doing for them.

DATING BAN? » YES / NO » Dating ban of at least two years after debut, so she still has quite a long way to go before it'll be lifted. Strictly no dating within the entertainment company.

personality » Wen Junhui is a feast for the eyes; he's gorgeous, talented, and everything a prince should be. Basically, he would have been the perfect man for Seoyun except for one small thing: he's absolutely childish and random, everything Seoyun doesn't like in a guy. Junhui is the type to smile and laugh at anything, great at entertaining himself through random means, and is overall a carefree yet caring sort of guy. He loves making other people happy and loves people in general, but he can sometimes be an awkward little bean when it comes to showing his affections. He's not that good with words, often making jokes about his good looks and what not to cover up how shy he actually gets, which includes flirting to hide any real feelings. Although he may come off as flirty and egotistic, he is none of those things, which is apparent the more you get to know him. He's a positive ball of energy! Admittedly a bit childish, though, but he considers this his charm (although he tried really hard to keep the Quiet Handsome Man persona.)

RELATIONSHIP » They've known each other since they were trainees, back when Seoyun had the nickname of Ice Queen and Junhui wasn't the Handsome Boy he has grown to be. Although they communicated well due to the lack of a language barrier, that same reason was also why Junhui ended up attaching himself onto Seoyun, asking her for help with the language and life in general. It would have been okay, except Seoyun grew up with the mentality that men should be more capable rather than dependent. She's a year older than Junhui, so she often views him as a child. This wasn't a problem at first, until Junhui ended up realizing that he actually likes her. He's a lot more awkward and clingy now that feelings are involved, often hiding the honesty of the situation behind playful words and childish gesture, which do nothing but make Seoyun wonder just how could such a good looking boy act in such a way? However, her perfectionist nature gets to her, and who's there to comfort her in the end? Carefree, positive Junhui! He helps her see the fun side of life and she finds herself falling for him slowly.

SCENES » A game where they have to team up; Seoyun doesn't normally get flustered about losing, but she's on the edge because she's partnered with Junhui and she just wants to get it over it. Junhui's his relaxed self as always, and allowed Seoyun to lead them through the game since his ideas and suggestions would get shut down. In the end, it turns out that his answer or strategy to the game would be the one that worked, but rather than rub it in Seoyun's face he says that he's looking forward to more missions with her, making her see a glimpse of his maturity.
