Uh Is This Bad?

Hey, cupcakes!

Look, don't get me wrong - I adore and love BTS to death. I've been an ARMY ever since they first debuted and it's been such a wild journey and i can't believe how big they've become and how big the fandom has grown in the past 5 years.

But, as they keep getting popular, I find myself slowly begin to lose interest. I mean, i still keep up to date with their comebacks.

I just don't react the same way I used to. Back then, I would know everything about BTS activities and news. I was on twitter all the time just to know what they were up to and would always stay up late just to be one of the first people to watch their newest MV drop. Now, I just find it hard to keep up considering how big they've grown.

My friends have also turned into ARMYs and they talk about BTS all the time. Usually I would engage myself in these conversations but since the beginning of this year, I've just kept quiet and don't really find it interesting anymore. I hope this doesn't make it seem like I'm a bad ARMY...

I won't quit stanning BTS, i love and appreciate them so much but maybe my super hyper fangirl days for them are coming to an end. They've shown me strength, love and courage and taught me many things through their very existence. I'll always be thankful at them for that.

Omg same haha I used to love them a lot, and I still do, but keeping up with all of their activities is so hard rip. And a lot of people at my school have turned into ARMYs too but I honestly kinda don’t like it because they’re so obsessed with BTS when 3 years ago they’re were ting on kpop as a whole and Koreans as a whole. I feel like I sort of cringe at those people :-/ I still like them but they’re not everything anymore.

oh i feel u too. i was very attached to their hyyh era part 1 and 2 and rly loved all the theories and stuffs (i still believe it was jin who died while the other 6 member were alive). but as they grew more popular in western countries i somehow got detached and couldnt keep up with everytg and it just felt rly different. it feels like they're out of reach now but idk, tht's just the vibe i get. this is coming from a non-army who really enjoyed the run era

I feel exactly the same way. To be honest I thought I was the only one who feels like this ever since BTS got crazy popular. I also use to keep up to date with them but now there is so much that it's kinda overwhelming when I try to keep up to date
