(+) Jihyo is a charasmatic person. She is able to talk to others and bring a smile onto their faces whether they know it or not. According to her parents, she has had that effect on peopple since she was a child. It usually has people leave after talking to her in a good mood feling like they can do what they need to next. She is a hardworking and trusworthy individual. She never reveals anything about others no matter how hard he is pushed to while also making sure that she is trustworthy to herself as well. She is a trusting individual that only wants the best for others. She is hardworking in everything she does. She pushes herself to work harder until she gets things done (whether is be dance, practice or in school). She never gives up  in what she loves or wants to do even when it gets tough on her. She is also very loving and caring toward everyone. She is bright and likes to make sure everyone know that they are loved and only deserve the best. Even when things seem to be tough or bringing others down, she does her best to show others the positive outcomes. Jihyo without meaning to is humorus. She likes to make others laugh yet other times, it just comes naturally. She is happy that she is able to make her loved ones laugh and finds it to be a trait which she likes about herself. Jihyo is a very observant person. She has a hobby of people watching when she is bored since people intrige her. Whenever everyone is watchign a video, show or anyting in general, she notices the littlest things that most people don't notice at first glance. 

(-) Jihyo can be a pretty stubborn person. Her family, friends and members know this is true. She is someone whom can argue about one thing even though she knows she is wrong. She will keep saying she is right even if it's not true. She will only apoligize when it's done and has had time to cool down. It's somethign that she wants to change yet at the same time thinks she should keep this trait. Jihyo is very blunt as well. Although she is usually happy, she will speak what is on her mind, especially in practices. if something is slightly off, she will call it out and if it is about herself when she is practicing, she won't stop practicing till it's perfect. Her group mates don't like it much onlly because she is critical at practice but when it comes to everyday things in life, she is still blunt but usually does it as constructive critisism. Her group members love that she isn't afraid to say small things that will help them in the long run. Jihyo is a very childish person. Most of the time it is acceptable and cute but sometimes it can be difficult. She gets especially childish when it comes to games that she plays or if she can't get certain things she wants. It is a trait she is fixing since she can't be like that with her job.  Jihyo can be a clumsy individual. Although she did learn gymnastics and practices dance on a daily basis, she can be clumsy away from that. she has even fallen going up and down stairs before. She has tripped over her own feet as well and invisible things in front of her. Jihyo can get a bit  possessive at times when it comes to her loved ones. She wants them to have the world and more but when she sees the straying away, she wants them back and will be a bit clingy as well to hope they can stay. Usually her friends stay with her but it happens when she feels like she's going to lose them.  !

(=) Depending on the mood of the day or in the moment, Jihyo can be very outgoing or quiet. She is quiet at times because of either the situation, feeling or just by her deep in thought. She usually becomes loud and starts to get to know others but only when she feels the time is right to her. When she ends up telling others that she is usually a quiet person it shocks them because of how talkative she usually is especially in front of the camera. She has a bit of a competitive streak in her. When she is playing games or with dance, she likes to do her best, especially if it is something she loves to do. That is where the intensity also comes in. She is a person that goes all into certain things. With competition, she goes all in. Same when it comes to her crush. Although she will look from afar for awhile, she will do her best so she won't live with regrets. Although she can be all this, she is a cute person. She doesn't have alot of aegyo (since she gets embarrassed when she attempts it), but she has a cute charm that can make some aegyo come out without her knowing. Jihyo is tough when it comes to herself. She likes to make sure that although things can hard, she would have to be tougher to gain something in the end. She does that in everything she does and makes sure her emotions don't come out in the for of tears until she is with her friends or family.

Jihyo is the only child in her family. She was born to her mother and father  in 1993. Her mother noticed that as Nari started to grow up, she had a fondness of dancing and singing whatever words she knew of at the moment. She liked to copy the moves she would see on tv from idols onscreen, cartoons she'd watch or music videos that would be shown often at home. Her family found it cute and endearing that they would record it for memories. By the time she was starting to talk full sentences, she told her parents she wanted to dance. It was then that they signed her up for dance classes/school close by to home. They taught her multiple dance styles and she showcased some during the recitals they would have. At around the age of 4, (when alll this was happening), her family and her were watching the Olympics on tv. She was facinated with the gynastics portion of it and asked if she could try it out as well. Her familyasked her if she wanted to stay in dancing or gymnastics and she asked if she could do both. Although they were a bit strapped for money, they wanted Nari to be happy so agreed to it and her father in turn got a part time job to help with the payments for a bit.

Jihyo was in gymnasticsfor 4 years before she decided that she only wanted to learn dancing . Her parents were glad since they could focus on their resturant without having her father overwork himself. She didn't know about his part time job he was working to help with payments for the training but they decided it was best if Nari never knew about it. They just wanted her to be happy. As time went on, Jihyo loved all the dance styles and even won a dance competition her dance school was entered in.

It was during her middleschool life though that she wanted to join a company and fulfil her dream of becoming a dancer and in tern an idol. She learned that she loved singing as well and felt like it was a calling to her after recording herself one day and being able to envision herself on stage performing for a living. It's something she has wanted to do for awhile subconciously and now she was goign to go through with it. She told her family about it and although they were worried about it, they supported her like they always did. They took her to auditions when they were able to and if not, they would always make small dinners for whenever she got back.

It was just a few years later that Jihyo went to DSP to audition. They hadn't had an open audition in awhile so when the time came, she leaped and waited in line early for her chance. Jihyo maade it past all 3 rounds for the audition and made it into the company. She was glad since she could now be to a celebration dinner that her family planned out once she informed them on the news.

After being in a few mvs and practicing for debut soon, she ended up leaving DSP in early 2008 and began practicing on her own as she looked for auditions. She saw Exuare had an audition coming up in august and went to start practicing her routines and song she'd want to use. She practiced until the audition day which had her pumped. She made it passed the rounds and officially became part of the company where she practiced until her debut.

—flowers; she loves all types of flowers. 

— cartoons and anime; she has so many favorites but anime movie wise, it's Kiki's delivery service and howls moving castle. show wise it's yu yu hakusho as well as cardcaptors sakura and pokemon. her cartoon list is long though. She can't choose just one.

—  dad. Kim Dongho. Her father is a resturant owner of Rose Resturant | Only wants the best for his family. He is a hardworker and always will work till he is worn out. He is strong willed and hard headed as well when it comes to his goals he wishes to achieve. While his wife is the nicest person ever (he thinks at least), he is nice to his costumers and family but usually always has a stern face when it comes to anyone else.

— mother Kim Heehyun. owns the resturant along with her husband for the past 15 years.  a nice, sentimental yet strong woman. She is strong and never gives up when she has a dream for herself or a goal she wants to obtain. She is a sweetheart to everyone though. She is a gentle, caring mother.

— Lee Hyori, role model and friend. Being from DSP, she was able to meet her role model. After some time of training, she met Hyori late one day after her schedules and took the trainees whom were practicing late to a meal. She began talking to her and becoming friends. Hyori would help her with questions as well as be able to help out her problems if she ever had any and vice versa. She always supported her role model and is  a forever fan. 

— SS501 . friends. She knew the group from her time at DSP. They all were good friends that were like family for her. They would hang out or go eat together. They still all keep in touch with her since they all consider oneanother as great/close friends. 

—  Young Saeng of SS501. ex-boyfriend and friend. Although they were caught in a scandal for dating and said it wasn't true, turns out they did date. They dated until she left the company but stayed on good terms. He is now one of her closest friends and talk whenever they can. 

— an.beat. family and good friends. They became family to her after training and living together before and after debut. Although they have tiffs like family, they are close and try and help each other no matter what. They stick up for one another if anyone bad mouths anyone and have days where they talk everything out that is bothering them. It helps them have no tension in the group or with one another. .  

— Kara, friends. They all knew each other from before Kara debuted. Jihyo considered them her closest friends until she left dsp. Although they aren't in the same company anymore, they see each other on stage, mcing and irl. they like to meet up and have girl days together. Kara along with an. beat go out on hang outs with each other and support each other on sns, music shows or concerts as well a in every day life. 

— Bora of Sistar, close friends. Bora and Jihyo became good friends after they met on a music show after they saw each other multiple times and were put together to do a group dance together on a music show. They eventually took part of a tv show together called A style for you then went on to do other shows together as well. They are close to one another since they are always together. Bora has met an.beat and is friends with them too. 

the disbandment +

— She was half for and half against the disbandment. She wanted to go back to college to get a business degree to open up a resturant (which was something she wanted to do one day) as well as have a family which made her for the disbandment and yet didn't want it to end. She wanted to become more popular i nall honesty as a group or even solo.  She knew that this was what she wanted to keep on pursuing with her group mates as well with her other friends too. She felt frustrated and cried often at the thought of the disbandment happening as well as at the final party they had together. She tried to smile through it all but could only hug and have small skinship with her group mates. She didn't want to leave the company that was her home so she renewed as a actress and singer as well. She put out a few albums and became known more especially to the hoobaes but after some time, she moved back home to Jeju and opened up a small resturant that in time lead to a chain in Seoul, Busan and in various places in korea. She eventually did have a family (can put whom she had it with)

2006: in january of 2006, Jihyo was able to make her dream start becoming true by being a trainee in DSP ent. where her role model Hyori and finkl were part of. She made it her goal to be like her. She was in a mv for SS501 within her first few months at the company which surprised her but it made her have a nice feeling inside from it. It just sparked the fire in her. 

2007: this was the peak of her training. she only trained at the company for the most part. She did go out with her friends but she focused only on her training this year. 

2008: She was part of a SS501 music video before she left the company. She wanted to be able to startt new as well as show her potential more so she left DSP and auditioned for Exuare. She was able to pass the auditions and joined in August to the company and showed her dedication for wanting to become an idol by practicing nonstop. 

2009: With the company wanting to form their girl group, the preperations for the debut came up which made her work hard.  

2010: final preperations for the groups debut made her nervous yet excited. She and her group mates (whom were like her friends and family) did their best till debut and afterwards as well. 

trainee years + 4 years (2 in DSP and 2 in Exuare)

2006- she joined DSP after being scouted and began training to get ready for an upcoming girl group that would be the sister group of Fin kl. She was excited and trained hard to only be cut from the line up shortly before KARA's recording, photoshoot and debut. She stayed there until June 2008 when she felt like she needed a new start, also thinking maybe the company didn't see her potential.

2008- she joined Exuare in August of 2008 and trained with the other trainees (whom she became good friends with) and eventually made her debut in 2010. 

love story +

— Jihwan and Jihyo met on Jihwan's first day at Exuare. They were paired to dance together  for dance practice and they meshed well. they were able to dance fluidly with one another. She complimented him after practice was done and although she just recieved a thank you before leaving for his other schedules, she was happy. She wanted to befriend him so everytime they'd see one another, they'd talk about little things until they became good friends. 

To say Jihwan was charming is an understatement. He was sweet and adorable while having an aura around him that always brought people towards him. Although Jihyo would be busy, they would talk or go out with the company together and talk more. Although there was a 3 year difference between them, they were becoming best friends. Her english began improving alot because he'd help her and it became the language they would talk to one another in. because of their jobs, they didn't mind being seen together but itchanged once Jihwan debuted.

Once he debuted, they were put together to do dances together as a duo as well as do covers together as well in concerts and for the youtube page of the companies. Jihwan earned a hoard of fans both nice and ssasaengs as time went on but  some were becoming too much. they could only be seen together during company events because Jihyo started getting threats since he was close to her even when they weren't working. She eventually told the company and Jihwan about what was happening but they couldn't do much besides protect her. 

They still kept in touch out of work but had to be done in secret. Once he turned 18, they wanted to try to be more public about their friendship (although for Jihyo, it developed into a crush, even more so after filming his mv). They began dating once  filming ended for the mv and he showed his protective side when Jihwan found out the fans were harassing his girlfriend. He lost some fans from this incident but he didn't care. 

Their relationship progressed annd once the group disbanded, he became her shoulder to cry on. This is what also kept their relationship strong. He also became the main man in her mvs and vice versa.

— have each other as their phone backgrounds. they take pics of one another with cute filters as well as take pics together.

— They both have couple bracelets they wear all the time. His is the black bracelets and hers is the white.

— Their first date was cute. They went out in a group since they tried to not gain attention towards just them together. They both still have the photos from rides they took as well as photos of just them together. The next dates were in private at resturants, movies and etc. They like to get coffee together. 

—They have been in a secret relationship since a few months before Jihyo was in his mv for Bebe. They couldn't be public cause of his fans and the media in general. Once became public after Jihyo was solo and did mv's with Jihwan as the lead man. 

— nnicknames they have for each other are cute. They love cartoons and anime so they called one another names from an anime they both watched together. They call each other Kagome and Inuyasha since jihwan has similarities to Inuyasha and Jihyo has a silimarity with Kagome.
