"I'm not alone anymore. my members are my most precious friends."

Sejin's CHILDHOOD WAS RATHER LONELY, SINCE HER SISTERS DIDN'T TRY TO BE CLOSE TO HER, AND SEJIN SPENT HER TIME WORKING AS A CHILD ACTRESS, never really having the chance to make friends because of her family's travels.

However, meeting the other members of astral was fascinating, and it was sejin that ignored all awkwardness and tried to befriend everyone for the first time. Her efforts were undoubtedly clumsy, but the intention was there. As time passed and the awkwardness faded, SEJIN CAN'T HELP BUT FEEL ATTACHED TO everyone. Sure, there are some rough patches sometimes, but it's so much better than nothing at all. every time she is asked on what is most precious to her, it will always be her members, and now her greatest fear is to be separated from them.

       "Oppa, what's on the schedule today? I forgot..."

Much like all the members of Astral, sejin absolutely adores minho and looks up to him as an older brother figure, sometimes even a paternal figure. sejin is surprisingly obedient, following orders very well, and even finds his jokes kind of funny.  Ultimately, she is very grateful to minho for the opportunity to join the group despite being an actress with absolutely no training whatsoever, and the opportunity to join this little family.

                           "Unnie, saranghaeyo~!"

One would think that their natures would clash at first and they totally did, but sejin's cheerful persistence at friendship eventually won out in the end. since sejin was chosen to be the lead rapper for Astral, she ends up coming to yoonji for advice... a lot. although sejin;s childish nature can get on yoonji's nerves at times, they always manage to make up and get along really well. Sejin looks up to yoonji as a reliable unnie and always wants to team up with her in games on variety shows. Yoonji tends to spoil her a lot with subtle affection as well, with sejin finding out when taehyun points it out to her. 

                                   "Umma, umma!"

Sejin is one of the members that refer to misaki as "umma" without shame and without the sarcasm accompanying it, mostly because she does see misaki as a mother figure. Although at first, sejin's 24/7 happy-go-lucky , cheerful, and almost overly-friendly nature made misaki a bit uncomfortable. With misaki, sejin's efforts to befriend her were definitely clumsy, but once these awkward efforts became mutual, a friendship was born. many times, sejin is misaki's usual test subject for her cooking, mostly because sejin is always eager and willing. over time, theyve even grown closer with their mutual difficulty over dancing, and also sharing the same determination to improve. Sejin looks up to misaki the most.

     "Uwah... what a mess. let's get to work, unnie!"

Sejin's personality is definitely more on the intense side, causing haena to withdraw from her at times... not to mention sejin's meddlesome nature that gets on her nerves... and don't get her started on sejin's tragic lack of dance skills. nevertheless, sejin's determination to improve and persistence at friendship has allowed them to get along quite nicely. At times, haena's constant mess and reluctance to clean due to conflicting priorities does make sejin a little pouty, but the two of them work it out. sejin also tends to ask haena for help with her dancing a lot as well and has improved a lot compared to when she first started. although they don't have much in common, they still manage to get along very well.

             "unnie is the prettiest when she's happy."

Out of all the members of astral, sejin is the one who could relate to yoonhee the most. both of them had worked as an actress and model respectively before getting roped into the trainee and idol life with a lack of talent in singing, dancing, and rapping. For that, sejin reached out to yoonhee first, and they bonded over all the difficulties. Sejin's optimism helps lift yoonhee's spirits and they even get to play games together, deal with the hate together, and improve their skills together. even sejin isn't blind to how the comments and lack of talent is affecting yoonhee, since she's also going through it to an extent. sejin is yoonhee's number one fan (much like how n is Vixx lr's biggest fan) and is always cheering her on. Although they will have some bumps in the road (due to sejin's blunt and meddlesome nature), sejin feels the closest to yoonhee.

                         "my very precious friend~"

Jieun was probably the easiest to get along with due to both of their friendly natures and the fact that they're same-age chingus, making it a lot more comfortable to befriend each other. Their social natures mix well together and sejin doesn't mind jieun's dramatics, considering she's an actress after all. sometimes, they're even like partners in crime (kind of like wanna one's woojin and jihoon's pink sausage team- they could be "2moon" or something). During the rare times that haena and jieun fight, sejin becomes a very cheerful comfort and tries to help them make up again. Having no other same-age chingu, jieun is a very precious friend to sejin.

                    "Our maknae-yah is sooo cute~"

Their sociable and optimistic personalities allowed them to get along very well in the beginning. although sejin isn't used to being the elder, she tries her best to take care of kyungmi and dotes on her. although, it's a pity that the younger has a dislike of video games... and fish, which are things that sejin really enjoys. kyungmi's temper and bratty nature also makes sejin feel a bit awkward at times, and sejin's own meddlesome nature sometimes makes things worse than better despite her intentions. although they make up and they go back to their regular selves, sejin is noticeably more cautious around kyungmi.
