SM and LabelSJ are still trying to find out more about what happened with the situation, but it isn't an easy thing to do when Kangin has been missing ever since the incident and they can't get in contact with him.

The situation is a real mess, and they can't clarify what exactly happened.

1. There were no signs of assault in the bar they were in, the police stated that nothing seemed out of order by the time they arrived

2. There was no assault whatsoever, when the police arrived, Kangin and anonymous had already settled down but he was still taken to the police station for further details

3. The girl that claimed was his girlfriend, was indeed not. She simply worked there and maybe tried to fire up some rumors

4. He was not intoxicated by the alcohol, he had drunk alcohol, but not enough that would make him lose his mind completely

5. He was just having a loud arguement with one of the men he was spending time with

Fans are demanding that the current Super Junior members that are promoting, speak up about the situation. The closest we've gotten to them speaking about it is Leeteuk, Heechul and maybe Yesung speaking indirectly about the situation;

Why can't we go back to these times? When everything was great, peaceful.

We suffered enough the very first time, and we almost lost you the second time, but now the third time .. I feel like we lost you long ago. And to what? Alcohol.

As many others have said, I say this with deep respect and worry, that he needs to go to rehab and collect him life again. He may have resorted to alcohol because he had no income, job and hate consuming him from every corner. 

Personally, I think he needs to shut down his Instagram account and create a private one, stay low. That way, he doesn't need to see all the comments that are flowing in. The comments increased from 100k to 138k in one night. The likes decreased with almost 100k. 

ELF had enough with Sungmin's and Siwon's cases. What will umma Leeteuk do without appa Kangin? How will Leeteuk break the news to his kids? 

People need to understand that people were/are defending him because it was a case that was still open for investigation, and luckily they came to the conclusion of it being no criminal act, no assault and just a simple, yet loud, arguement with his companion. There is no defending him if it was true he assaulted the girl, but he didn't. The police and Label SJ already know that much, now we need to hear his side of the story .. I still cannot bring myself to forgive him yet, but I can still not hate him. People are calling him disguisting for even being at the "adult entertainment facility". He's a grown man, he could have his needs and it could've simply been for a bit of fun in his not so adventurous life because fans took away him life in Super Junior.

People cannot say he doesn't care for s, though it could seem like that for his reckless actions. Who knows what happened between them behind the cameras when no one was present? They may have cried, fought, gotten angry, disappointed, we'll never know unless they tell us (Like Heechul told us that Sungmin had cried and apologized to them) They are still a family and have been so for more than 15 years.
