appearance.  ong raejung is known to be the group's own "fairy". she fits the korean visual standards, she is one of the shortest idols with a height of 157  cm which is why she is often teased by her members, she has a small face,mouth,and hands. her hair is dyed blond it reaches to her shoulder. she has a soft pale skin without any moles any pimples, because of her small hands she has troubles with lifting heavy stuff. she has a natural double eyelids, and pinkish lips.

"do you need any help?" raejung tend to help the people around her,even strangers if she saw someone who needs help she cant seem to ignore them. she often help some of her members if they were struggiling with a certain note,or if she saw a staff that is need of help she will be the first person to aid them.
"i want to build a building so that all the homeless people can live in it." raejung lives in her own imaginary world. she dreams of a perfect,and a peacefull life that doesnt contain rasicm,war,and hatred between people. her plan of ways to help others are grand and possibly unrealisitc,she believes that all the problems can be solved and that all people can reach their full potential,baecause of that reason a lot of people view her as a naive person.
"unnie, i didnt knew that you were that talented." a lot of people thinks that raejung is just a "pretty face" because of her visuals, but actually she is very talented she just doesnt brag about her talents. she doesnt boast about the fact that she is going to debut as an idol,even tghough she feels very happy and grateful about it,but she knwos that a lot of trainees are struggiling to debut,heckif she ever ahd an another talent you will probably not know about it since she wont even mentiont uf someone didnt asked her about it. 
"i think you should take a break." out of all the members of  coalesce  raejung trains the most, she has a fear of messing up her dance moves or her singing note while performing live onstage so she tend to practice a lot until she has no energy left. she is often found at the practice room practicing their dance choreography since she has two left feet,and would feel really guilty if the group practiced more because of her.
"are you okay?" raejung might be one of the youngest members but she takes care of them as much as the older membes she often asks if they feel okay,or if they need anything. she supports her members,and is the one that they usually go to if they needed someonme to cheer them up.
"are you hurt anywhere?" out of the 7 members raejung is the clumsiest member,she trips and fall a lot it is like she has two left feet instead of one.
"umm hi?" raejung is a very shy person it will take her to open up to someone. she cant start a converstaion withou embarrassing herself. she doesnt really has a lot of idol friends who are not the same ager as her,when you will first meet her she will staay quiet and wont start a conversation she will wait for you to start it however if you didnt she wont speak. 
"what the hell are you doing?" in every kpop group wather it is a boy or a girl group their is always that weird member that the other other members questions her personality is what the people call "4d". in the case of coalesce raejung is "4d" member she does a lot of questionable things lije for example at interviews she would be sitting calmly then she will suddnely stare blankly as if she was in her own little world. at dorm she would be sitting without doung anything the she out of no where sh would start laughing without any reasons to.
"am i really good enough?" she is very insecure. she honestly doubt herself and her abilities a bit too much, even when a lot of people compliments her she still feels that she is not good enought to be part og the group.
"why are you crying?" raejung can be described as a "crybaby" because she cries easily. when they debuted and released their music video she started crying because she felt very happy,when they will win an award she will be the first member to cry,if a dog,or a person died in amovies she would start crying,because of her being a "crybaby" her members thinks that she need to be protected at all costs. 

background.  
ong reajung was born as an only child in vancouver,canada to a business man and a guitarist. being an only child her parents loved her a lot her mom would teach her guitar and her dad would  buy anything that she liked  however she wasnt a showoff or a spolied brat because her parents would always tell her to "stay humble",and to "help the people in need" they sure did raised her well.

when her mother would teach raejung the guitar she slowley started to fall in love with music that comes out of the guitar,when she was 9 years old her mother went to perform in her friend's wedding that they were invited to it was her first time to watch her mom performing moving the crownd with her voice and the way she played the guitar at that time she knew that she wanted to be a performer a singer someone who would change the people emotion,when she was 10 years old she begged her parents to enroll her into a vocal and a guitar class so that she can improve her singing and her guitar skills,when she was 13 years old her singing and guiatar skills got better she would even compose and write songs,at 12 years old she published her first korean song cover luckly for her sm entertainment contacted her on youtube after hearing her voice telling her that "we loved your voice we think that it would be great if you were to become an idol under our company contact us if you agreed." 

raejung was very excited that she got scouted however she wasnt aware of sm so she decided to check them on youtube she saw a girl group called girls generation and she fell in love with their music so she asked her parents about moving to korea and being a trainee under sm at first her parents were hesitated to send her alone in korea but after she begged and kept nagging them to send her to korea so that she could achieve her dreams they finally agreed.

raejung started training under sm entertainment when she was 12 years old. she was very shy during her trainee days and found diffeculties in training. she used to practice so hard to the point that she would start to feel sick or even worse collapse. when raejung was chosen to be a smrookie trainee she was really happy because that means that she has a close chance to debut. when she was introduced to her fellow smrookies she didnt start a converstation it was really akward at first, but thanks to yeri since she was the first one to start a conversation it wasnt awkward anymore heck she started to get close to yeri and the other female trainees. in 2015  she was in the line-up to debut as the new red velvet member but unfortunatily sm chosed yeri instead she wasnt bitter in fact she felt really happy for yeri and congratulate her however she started feeling about giving uo but she started thinking about other idols who debuted and achieved their dreams so that encourged her to continue her dream. when she was infromed that she was going to debut in a girl group called coalesce she was very happy and grateful because she finally achieved her dreams.

   Just a few questions

 What does the word 'Coalesce' mean to  you? raejung smiled and answered "coalesce is my second family and means the wolrd to me. the members usually are the one who supports me and cheered me up when i feel down."

 What makes you different compared to the other 6  girls? raejung took a moment to think before answering "every member in coalese is unique, in my case i think that my personality and my talents is different than the other girls."

How do you feel about Coalese being a one year group? "if i told you that i dont feel unhappy about it i would be lying because honestly i feel sad that there will be a time that comes when we will return back to be trainees but i really do hope that before the time comes that we will be successful and share a lot of fun memories." 

 With Coalese being a multi-race group in the  korean music industry, do you think you have thick enough skin to deal with the critism you will  recieve? raejung started playing with her hair as she answered"i feel very scared about recieving  critism,because i am already an insecure person i cant handle it when someone insults me."

This goes along with the ious question, Is there anything you are not looking forward to while being in this project group? "definitely when our the time comes for our disbanment."

 And lastly, do you have any goals you want to  achieve with the group or is there anything you want to achieve on your own? "as for the group as a  whole i hope that we will become popular and  gain a  lot of fans, for my own goal i hope that i will debute in a girlgroup after coalese and during coalesce i really want to release a solo song or album."
