APPEARANCE — Height and weight: 178 cm and 50 kg. Mostly similar to the pictures. Pale English skin (no freckles), deep black hair that has a midnight blue tint to it (in sunlight) which is rarely styled completely straight or ever gelled back. Slim pianist fingers and deep amethyst purple (somethinglike this) eyes but glows a slivery gold when actively looking across dimensional planes (thisbutalittlebitmoresilver) and ruby black (similartothis, actually think of Malekith's eyes when he first got the Aether but a little less black and more deep blood-redder) when Summoning (see Powers section). Lean, lightly muscled and wiry frame, he doesn't look strong (unlike Cap and T'Challa, more like Spiderman or Falcon) yet still able to kick without using his 'powers'.

FASHION STYLE — Conservative-ish, and very upperclass English. Hates, and flat out refuses, to wear tank tops, booty shorts, and thongs (flip flops). Has Pierced ears - wears diamond studs, and an ear cuff (chinese dragon design with Russian alexandrite stones as eyes) on the left ear.

Sleepwear: oversized superhero hoodies and pokemon themed PJ pants (explanation in trivia section).

SUPERHERO LOOK — Don't have one in the begining but probably develop one as time goes on and (if) he joined the team out on field missions. Requirements for his costume: a) something to conceal facial recognition, b) NO neon colours! plus tasteful colour scheme please, c) nothing too 'revealing/tight' however still have to be  easy to fight/move in, d) optional - would like there to be something that flaps dramatically in the wind - like a cloak or coat ir something ;)

PERSONALITY — 

 

The aura he gives off is sweet, (which by default sort-of makes him adorable, but he's actually adorkable) and friendly. Charismatic and charming, he has a honeyed mouth and a slivertongue that can convince you of anything and persuade you to do whatever he wants. He appears to be an open book - until one realises that the page they were viewing was one that he had specifically chosen. he lets himself appear to be open and easy going, revealing all in one glance. But then, on a second viewing, one catches the words between the lines; the things he was not saying - things he was keeping hidden away (only those close to him or knows him very well would be able to see this - his cousin is getting there, but not yet). 

 

He has an ingenious and devious mind hidden behind this aura of sweet innocence. Very good at reading people's body language and between the lines, he knows when people are lying and sometimes figure out what their true intentions are (if he knows or deduce most of the story). He's smart and quite innovative; if one way doesn't work he'll quickly think of another. An optimistic person, he's happier believing that things will work out rather than worring that they won't (doesn't stop him from being prepared though). He doesn't like silences much, so tends to fill them with idle chatter (chatter about anything and everything except himself, and sometimes as a byproduct of this he knows alot about the other person and yet the other person knows nothing of him). 

 

Self-reliant, organised, decisive, logical, daring and determined, his stubbornness and never-give-up attitude always helps him reach his goals efficiently and done well. He instinctively knows how to use the most of his 5 senses when gathering detailed and precise information, and can quickly piece together slivers of information to generate an accurate 'bigger' picture. He tries to be prepared for every eventuality, sometimes to the point that people thinks he's a weirdo. 

 

He's not a big fan of face-to-face direct confrontations, thus he tends to aviod them or runs away. However if he can't run away or he knows that it will just come back again and again, he'll face it in his own pace at a setting he designed (aka he schemes, plots and cheats); he has no qualms in fighting dirty. Hurt those he cares about, he will make sure that the rest of your days are hell on earth - you may beg for death but he won't let you die.

 

BACKGROUND — 

Mother married his step-father when Raziel was eight years old, and when he found out that Raziel was Loki's son he was cruel to him. Oh, he was all sweet words and smiles in front of his wife but when she turned her back or left for work, his expression changes faster than you can say Jack and would neglect, verbally abuse Raziel and make him do all the household chores. Mother at first believes Raziel but as time pass and it kept happening, slowly she got annoyed and took the side of her husband saying that Raziel has to try to get along as well and thought that Raziel was trying to destroy her marriage since he never liked the step-father and was framing him to further his cause. Since he is Loki's son (and Loki has a reputation of being great at destructive selfish manipulations). He spoke to his father in a dreamshare about it and Loki started teaching him all about poisons and potions and the art of killing someone with them knowing. 'Dad! I don't want to kill him, mum loves him... *Loki gives him a look* I'm a kid! I can't get away with killing someone, I just want him to stop being absolutely atrocious to me!' 'You're my son. People like him, they bull-headedly believes themselves right, refusing to see and won't stop until you are dead. So chose: your life or the lives of haters like him') When he was eleven his mother died in an accident, five months later his step-father tried to drown him, blaming him for his mother's death. In one terrified moment he somehow set his step-father on fire, and when he fell into the body of water the fire still burned until there was nothing left of his step-father. Raziel was washed up, unconcious, on the shore and processed into an orphanage after he was released from the hospital as a Johnnie Doe. He met his best friend Jimmy (see Relationships) there and kept in contact throughout the years through texting. Met up once when they were 16 and spent the day at the amusement park and before they seperately went home Jimmy made a cryptic remark and Raziel never heard from him again since then. Raziel tried tracking him when he haven't replied to no results.

 

A week in at the orphanage he taught himself how to hack and how to cover his tracks in cyber-space so that no one can tell, except maybe Tony Stark or Q in MI6, but he was not messing with national security so he wasn't on their radar (and he likes to kept it that way). He liquidified all his assets (familial or otherwise, though he snuck back into his house and kept the ear cuff that his father gave him) and invested it in a Swiss bank account that he made untraceable. He remembered how he accidently burnt his father to death (in nightmares) and set about training himself to control his powers since then with some intermitent help with his father. He also started to see spirits everywhere - for this he contacted a shaman, in secret of course, for mentoring help (as they would actually believe him and have useful teachings and tips). Furthermore, he also started acquiring knowledge (of things like the law, medicines, and everything else) and signing up to training  of martial arts (first Capoeira, then Aikido), parkouring, to ready himself in case anything happens and he has to go on the run. When he was thirteen he started being bounced around foster homes, during this time he started grifting and became a great con artist. By the time he was sixteen he has enough to almost buy an island and retire in luxury. However he doesn't really spend it much (to keep people from knowing that he had that much money); and if he does spend, it'll be on practical things and things that are worth it and when it is necessary - he'll never splurge a massive amount on useless things (like things he would only use once and never again, well.... unless he can sell it on and take back a fair bit of the cost...). He's a thrifty guy and doesn't like being in debt.

 

At 17 years he was found by Thor. (Why, how Thor found him? Dunno. Maybe pure luck and boredom or suposedly fate. Or perhaps Loki 'let slip' to him when he was 'dying' near the end of Thor 2.) After they meet and Thor ascertained that he is definitely Loki's progeny, he insisted in acquiring guardianship of him. This decision is not made sole because of Raziel's lineage - though it is a large factor- but is also propelled by the fact that he found out about the foster homes and their terrible treatment to Raziel, as well as the fact that Raziel didn't really protest that much. (Because hey, free travel to America, free accomodation and possibly food for the length of his Ivy League degree also with the possibility of having tuition fees all paid for by his extremely rich uncle... he is an alien prince, right? What's not to like? Especially when he was already planning to go study at one of the best Universities avaiable in America as soon as he gets out of the foster system.)

OCCUPATION OR STUDENT — Currently studying in University (Columbia? Or one of the Ivy League ones near where he lives if not viable, sorry, I don't know American universities and where they are - I only know Harvard and Columbia and NYU from tv shows) studying double degree of Law and Biomedical Engineering, with minors in psychology and mythology. Work? Of course, he has his 'illegal' part-time side job still... but rarely does it nowadays - pretty hard with StarkTech collecting information everywhere and he doesn't want the team to know about it. Still, he has a very legal job at a local coffee shop as a barista working one shift every month.

✖ — His father (Loki) left the family when Raziel was 4 years old. However unbeknownst to the mother, he kept in contact with Raziel - ableit only intermittently. This is done through dreamsharing, which is part of the seiðr training he had started teaching Raziel since he was 2 years old, as he knew Raziel was born with talents on the supernatural scale... like himself

Although he only buys sizes several times bigger so that he can lounge around in them comfortable and warm while at home, he never went out using them... He pairs them with pokemon themed PJ-like pants when sleeping. (some examples, 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8  Mostly the ones he have are styles 2, 3 and 7 - with different pokemons of course; where the background of 2 and 7 can be light brown, grey or black, and the colour of style 3 depends on the different pokemons' main colouring)

Power — 

▸ Superhuman Strength, Durability, Longevity, Dexterity | He is half Æsir/Jotun from his father's side of the family, so he would have stronger than human strength but weaker than full blooded Asgardians like Thor and the Warriors Three + Sif. He has a highly resilient body to physical trauma; high caliber bullets would bounce of him, but he will get slight bruising and the pain that comes with it depending on the amount of impact force, can withstand blasts from Iron Man's repulsors, and small explosives with minimal damage. Due to his father being a Jotun by birth, Raziel also have extreme cold tolerance, he also could possibly generate mystic cold/frost/ice like Loki but haven't really discovered that part of himself yet - currently there's slight manisfestations of it tied to his negative emotions but everyone thought it's just his spirits/dimensional powers coming in to play. Logevity: he would live longer... possibly much much longer than the average human due to his father's normal lifespan. Dexterity: Well, he is his father's son. Possessing viciously fast reflexes; fast enough to catch arrows in mid-air, deflect weapons as they are flying speedily towards him, kill a host of beings surrounding him holding gun-like things by just using his daggers, etc.

 

▸ Access to Different Dimensions | He can see and interact with the different dimensions that exist in this world; the spirit world (with ghosts, poltergists, spectres, spirits, etc.), the realm of demons and angels, and (very rarely) parallel dimensions. He sometimes get 'visions' from his alternate self's lives (in parallel dimensions) as warnings (or nightmares).

 

▸ Reverse Possession | He can 'intergrate' with spirit beings (most commonly ghosts), and by 'intergrating' he can use all their knowledge and skills that they had acquired throughout their lives. Integrate means that he allow the spirits to possess his body but he remain in control. When intergrated he may display bits of that spirit's quirks/personality.

 

▸ Summoning | There are five Elementals that he has a 'contract' with. This allows him to call them into form. He is good friends with all of them (*if you need I can elaborate on their interactions - sortof*); their personality reflect their element...mostly (*I was just basing them on fictional characters of the same name that I could associate with that particular element... do you know them?*). The five are: The Spirit of Fire - Michealis, The Spirit of Thuder - Castiel, The Spirit of Earth - Enma, The Spirit of Rain - Bartimaeus, The Spirit of Wind - Woochi.

 

--Limitations-- He can only summon one at any one time (nonetheless, he can summon one then dismiss then summon another but it's not really viable in a fast-paced battle). If the Elemental deploy their full capibilities he can only keep them on this plane of existence for approximately an hour at the very most (after the hour they will dissipate and he'll most probably be well on the way to unconciousness). Which is why he rarely summons them for a physical fight, he can summon the five of them in chibi-ed forms for chatting but they can't do anything to anything in that form.

 

[Their abilities: Fire - primary medium being the oxygen in the air allows Raziel to manifest him with incredible speed, since it is also his oldest (aka first) spirit summons Raziel can alter the nature of it into any of the five elements (fire, water, wood, metal, and earth). It can shower the enemy with magma with a temperature exceeding 1,200 °C (2,192 °F), and can also launch a large amount of fire into the air as a defensive move. Earth - this spirit gives life to plants and creates metal. It can generate gravitational forces to attract any object towards itself, which is a highly effective defensive move as protection from forces as great as large meteors. Thunder - this one can create powerful electrical charges up to 1 500 000 000 kW and 100 million volts from black clouds to strike opponents and generate magnetic fields to defend. Rain - the elemental spirit with an unlimited amount of holy water. It can create large massive icicles and by combining its power with the power of the Spirit of Wind it can even make violent freezing winds. Wind - it can create gales/tornadoes/typhoons/etcetera by slicing with its almost!invisible wings, the Spirit of Wind is incredibly swift, peaking at 120 m/s with a pressure of 900 hPa, and can destroy any debris that runs into its path. ]

 

▸ Warping | He can distort te space/time fabric of the universe. Thus allowing him to seemingly stop time or teleport from place to place (at most 3 minutes and a 7 metre radius). He can also move things towards him (but only things no heavier than he could drag, and no further than 10 metres away from him), for example bringing the enemy closer or getting his hands on dropped weapons or manipulating impact force (physics). He's not too bad at it but sometimes things ends up in a different place than that he envisioned it to be. (Like- you move there! and then it overshoots by a foot or stops 15cm before the place or somehow was a metre above the spot for some reason) Using this skill he could possibly travel to different dimensions but he has never done it before. 

 

▸ Sensing | It's like he has a Marauder's Map in his head, without the labelled names and given landscape if he haven't been to the place before. He can sense everything in about 2 miles radius from himself. However, he can't really differentiate between the living and the non-living (but he can deduce it from it's shape, any movement, etc.). He can sense breathing and heart beating only within a 10 yard radius from himself.

Weapon — 

He has his acupuncture needle set around his wrist always, and he can use it veryefficiently as both an intrument of healing and an intrument of killing, also torture (but shhhh no one knows this, except maybe his father...). He also has a mini-shurikan kit/pouch that can be strapped to his thigh, all blades are in excellent condition and he do not miss. 

Other Weapons: He can use any weaponary and technology as skilled as an expert - if a ghost of that skill level is present and agree to intergrate with him (aka Reverse Possession) and help him. He is also a very quick learner.

abilities — 

▸​ Skilled Combatant | Know martial arts (mastered Capoeira - quite flexible and know how to move his body very well, at brown belt for Aikido - knows how to use your movements and especially your joints against you very efficiently) + See Weapons (above) for wielding of weapons.  Knows and uses parkouring to get to places in the shortest amount of time possible when on foot (sometimes hitching a ride on ...transportations *cough), or to get away or to chase people. His fighting style is to inflict maximum damage with minimum effort. 

 

▸​ Master Strategist | As the son of the god of mischief and chaos, he had inherited his father's tactical brilliance, subtle cunning and deviousness that allows him to pull off the majority of his came-up-with-it-10-minutes-ago-what-are-you-talking-about-having-planned-this-for-weeks plans. 

 

▸​ Genius-level intellect | Quick thinker and planner, extremely fast learner and catching on to things (mostly due to his eidetic memory), high IQ, knows a lot of random as well as not-so-random stuff (vast amount of general knowledge about many many things)

How else can he pull off his griftings that earned him over half a million pounds in less than a 2 months - and keep anybody knowing he's extremely rich? (think Sophie Deveraux from Leverage) How else does he keep himself from being bulied in school? How else can he keep secret the fact that he keeps in contact with his father even while living with the heroes? How else can he keep his crazier (more powerful and scarier) powers on the down-low while growing up surrounded by mundanes?

▸ A new team is a good idea, since the old one could be getting old and be not as efficient in saving people, capturing the bad guys and things like that. As for the people in the new team, well, I'll just have to meet them and learn how they tick, and maybe, possibly, even befriend them...

▸ All good!~ Except... the majority of them don't trust me any further than they can throw me... most probably because of you-know-what.
 I don't know, how does a bunch of people forced to work as a team get along?! I'd probably be closer to the science-y side of the team then the brawn-y ones... hey, common interests and all right?

▸  I hope you like my character... =D (and don't think he's too OP... I hope he isn't =S) Happy to depower him if necessary lol

 

▸ For the section 'The Team' I did it as an 'interview' style where someone asked Raziel those questions and those were his answers.... and was answered as if Raziel haven't met the team yet, for a couple of the questions he was projecting, like, I think this is going to happen... ( I hope I wasn't too out of character there....)

 

▸ The background history bit was a bit long... if you want I can always TL;DR and just list the major events of his life...? 

 

Also, see where I elipsed after Raziel arrived to America (I did do some explaining there but ) just to clarify: for Raziel's aventures in the US, I'm very flexible for that, as in, I don't really mind you making up what he's been upto during those days... you know just in case of any plotholes and things... unless you don't want to ...? Then I can try and fill it in a bit...

▸ New Avengers forced team bonding time (by old avengers, SHIELD, higher ups, whatevers)

 

▸  If possible: A scene (circumstance) where Raziel has to come up with the plan (and everyone was flummoxed/mindblown that everything went exactly as planned - it wasn't simple and there was more than one high-risk gamble in it. PS It wasn't actually just one plan, it's just that his plan and contigency plans all flow like it's already mapped out on a flowchart so it sounds like a plan told on a need-to-know basis)
▸ .... An awesome EPIC battle (or battles)!

 

▸ (Do the New Avengers know each other's civilian identity AND/OR their hero identity? Like I mean do they know/link the civilian life of the superhero to their heroing life? uhm... You get what I'm saying right?

Just a few that they know personally from before or they introduced themselves with it or something; or do they know all - from like an intro packet or like notes kept, like in the avengers? (I assume Nick Fury's kid would probably know everyone's identity in any and all of these cases lol)

 

If they don't know some or they just plain don't know + if possible: I would like to see different types of finding out: a comedic-ish finding out (my fav), an angsty one (but with happy ending - like pls don't break their friendship into just collegues or good collegues to barely-able-to-work-together collegues...), and... ...ok, a sad one (but with maybe an uncertain hopefully-getting-better ending?) lols i dunno but I would really like the funny one *smiley face*
