Although at first in freshman year she was loud and talkative, after the 2nd semester of freshman year started, she became cold and quiet to others. -Marshmallow: her family and those who have known her long enough (like her close friends) don't see Hyojung as a cold person. They see the real her which is a cute, loveable and cuddly person. She only acts cold in certain places and especially when she is mad at someone.

- Darling (달링): Jaehwan calls her this. It has always been what he calls her when he would be watching her from afar. the first time he called her that, it made her blush which was a surprise to him. She is seen with her hair down almost always with her hair put up in a ponytail only if it got hot or she wanted to try a new style. lee soyu and lee junghwan. Mother and Father. 58 and 59. Junghwan is a lawyer while Soyu is a secretary for a plastic surgen in seoul. Her father is pretty well known lawyer and is sent sometimes to different cities to take care of some cases. Each time though, he would bring gifts for his family. Soyu would always take hyojung to work and if she couldn't, she would get a nanny just until she came back. They both always tried to make family time and would dedicate sundays and wednesdays to just hang out and do fun things like games and such. They eventually would have it everyday since they liked to be with each other. They are a close family yet hyojung doesn't talk much about her "cold" persona from school. she just says it is from her wanting to study to get into a good school later on for college. 

Best Friends:

Yoo Minah. Same grade and age as Hyojung. They are best friends. Hyojung has known Minah since she was a child. Her family and her family were close going back to when their mothers met each other in University. Minah and Hyojung are a duo. They are always seen with one another. She is one of the only people that have seen all sides of Hyojung and will always be there for her best friend and defend her if anyone talks bad about her.. At school, Hyojung is only seen laughing and talking to her and her brother naturally..same with skinship. She is also labled as the "scary" student in the school because of a small incident that happened their freshman year. (It was mostly since she was in a bad mood and has piercing eyes as well) . She isn't like that IRL though and is usually misunderstood at school if not with her best friend.  

Yoo seonho, is in jounior . Seonho adores his sister and hyojung. She is considered the noona he adores more than anything in the eworld (he has a slight crush on her). Besides his sister minah, Seonho is one of the only people so far that can be clingy  with Hyoojung. He does know when to tone it down a bit but whenever he sees Hyojung, he because cute and always wants to be with or next to her. (kinda like how he is with minhyun irl). She lets him hug her, his aegyo works on her and she usually buys him food or small trinkets that he wants and usually is the one that hates photos but seonho always finds a way to take a photo with her or a cute photo of her when she isn't aware of it. He is like a younger brother to her though which is why she lets him do those thingsr.

personality : 

 

background :  Hyojung was the only child of her mother and father. She was born into a well off family. Her father was a lawyer while her mother was a secretary for a plastic surgen.  Although she couldn't see her father everyday unless it was after work, they always made time for family. It was something that their family emphisized.They taught her to grow up with a right mindset and always encouraged her to do anything she wanted to do. She wanted to become a scientist and her family supported that. they even got her tutors once she realized school was tougher than she thought. It helped shape her to always focus on her studies and do her best so she could become what she wanted to be. 

 

Hyojung and Minah met when they were babies since their mother's were best friends. They hoped that they would have a friendship like that as well. They enrolled them into all the same classes and schools since they were little. They complimented each other so well that they were happy that both girls were going to be there for one another when their parents couldn't be (ex: school). Once seonho, minah's little brother was born, he was automatically brought into their little group. They were always there for one another and protected each other. 

 

When elementary school started for minah and hyojung, they were excited to make new friends and be able to learn new things. That went well throught their elementary years until middle school popped up. They were thankfully in the same classes but noticed that those years, some people were bullied. they weren't luckily but they weren't happy with the new events going on around them. They still kept their happy personalities which was a plus for themselves. 

 

It wasn't till the 1st semester of freshman year that it changed. Someone was starting to begin bully her best friend. She didn't know what to do  and neither did minah that it went on for a few weeks. It got to the point that she started noticing a difference in her friend that she stood up to Minah's bully and told her a few choice words. It was when she saw the bully begin to raise her fist up that she slapped her first and glared at her before saying "If you ever come here again and bother any of my friends, esecially Minah, you will be in for a world of hurt!" With that, the bullying stopped and her reputation began. She wasn't one for violence so she immediately felt bad for having to result to it but she didn't want anyone hurting her best friend. The next day in school, (although no one talked about the bullying anymore), they all showed respect to Hyojung. Turns out that a rumor of Hyojung was going around saying how she is a cold person with a glare that can fight off others with just one glance if anyone hurt or bothered her friends. Although it wasn't what she wanted for her reputation, at least the bullying stopped and her best friend would be safe. That was around the same time that minah changed her style to compliment her friend. She ended up giving someone a sarcastic responce when she was walking by and a small glare as well and she became the "scary" person of the school. they both weren't sure how they gained those reputations (especially since the minah thing happened when she had a bad day) but they were happy with it to a point. Yes others would be hesitent to talk to them but at  least others wouldn't be picking on them. It helped seonho as well. He didn't get picked on but who would with hyojung as his friend and minah as his sister. it did help get others to try and talk to them more though seeing how they treated seonho. They weren't as scary if they had friends or close one with them so they wanted to be close to them as well. It didn't happen much though since they made their actions clear. 

 

It also intrigued others more than scare them away. Hyojung carried herself well and others noticed that. She did get a few confessions but she would reject them. She never showed emotion to her confessers either yet she still kept getting admirers. It made no sense to her since she was cold to everyone but to each their own. She people watched others to get to know them and understand her classmates better but she realized they were all the same. She hoped though to make more friends, at least before she graduated,    

hyojung's story. Being an innovent girl at a young age, it changed when she entered high school and saw the true motives of others when her friend got hurt by someone she crushed on. Since then, she has been a cold person that has become popoular by their standards and is ranked #1 in school academics and in track. She doesn't know how to make new friends but a boy comes into her life and starts to change it and her.

grades : Since she is always keeping herself busy, she has all A's. She tries to make sure her grades are always kept up since 1) she is part of the track team and 2) others don't bother her if she is always seen studying, reading and such. It has worked though and she gained a reputation of #1 in school. 

 

clubs :  She is in a few clubs in school to keep herself busy.

Track: not exactly a club but is on the track team. They meet up twice a week for 2 hours (tues. and thur) after school and the rest is individual practice done either at school or around town (they run by themselves) 

Art: Hyojung is part of the art club that meets up on Wednesdays and Fridays after school. the art club usually has a assigned topic to either sketch, draw, paint or watercolor for the day. They just paint and can listen to music while painting or just talk with others.  She usually keeps to herself unless her club mates  talk to her and include her in their conversations. The club lasts about 2-3 hours. 

Student council: Student council is considered a club to her that only a few people join. She is able to do work there as well if needed. They talk about what's happening in school or what is needed. The principle and teachers let them know as well of upcoming events that they have to let the other classes know of. Since she is the only student council member in her class, she let's her classes know of them and what to do to join in the events. They usually meet up every morning an hour before school starts. If an additional meeting is needed, they make it either during lunch or after school on mondays or on saturday morning since everyone is busy,

Jaehwan is a very eccentric person. It is one of those things where you can either love him or hate him.  (everyone usually loves him though). He is a loud person that can be clingy and childish when he is with his friends and even strangers half the time, not the clingy part though.  He is a funny guy that can attract others to him and same goes for his laugh. He is the type of person who will care for his friends and loved ones more than he cares for himself. He will always put them infront of himself. He does tease them though but doesn't everyone.  He can be sentimental. He has a shelf in his room where he keeps gifts he has recieved from his family and friends that mean the world to him. There is always a meaning hidden by every gift given and the feelings he had then.  He is flamboyant and whimsical to the point tha he has said this is me. If you don't like it we can't be friends. It's something his friends admire of him. He likes the way he is and won't change it if someone forces him to. He is a very outspoken person that says what is on his mind. Sometimes it can be something trivial to something like "i didn't know this word meant this" it's always fun to be around Jaehwan. He is also a cutiepie. He does aegyo when asked although sometimes he cna't do it well. His face is precious and he knows that. He can be absentminded as well when it comes to small trivial things like where he put something but he always remembers the important things.

ending :  Jaehwan has been wanting to confess to her for awhile since they became friends. Since Val was coming up, he decided taht it would be a perfect time to confess. He planned it all perfectly to the last detail with the help of his friends (Minah and seonho included.) Seonho finally gave him permission to date his friend but swore if he messed it up and made her cry he would go after her. He bought her roses and a giraffe plushie to give to her once he asked and confessed his feelings for her. Once she met him at the art room they usually hung out at she peeked into the room only to give a slightly confused look. 

"Jaehwan what is all this?" 

the lights were all off with only the sunlight as a sorce of light along with lights hanging around the corners and wrapping around the room. He stood in the center of a heart that he made with his friends from rose petals.

 

He went up to her to bring her to the center of the heart. "I just wanted to do something sweet for you. As you know we have only been friends for a short while but i wanted you to know that i have liked you for quite sometime. i always looked out for you and only wanted the best for you..and i still do. what i'm trying to ask is if you will be my date for val and be my girlfriend. i'll do everything to always make you happy if you say yes. You deserve all the happiness in the world. so..." he picks up the giraffe and roses "will you be my date and will you be my firlfriend"

password : division between the school happened after a competition was announced that upper and lower class had to put on the better play. the best would win a trip to an amusement park. It ended up with the upperclassmen winning but a fight happened saying they stole the idea from the under classmen. they ended up having to go to the student council to help stop the fighting going on. Instead of the winning team getting a trip, they used the money to better off the school and with the left over money, they donated it to charity.  the park (lotte world) heard about it and took the whole school to their park and let them stay for the whole day free of charge.
