jinsoo is a very curious person. he does alot of experiments with potions,elixirs, etc to find out what else he can make, same goes for when he is cooking food. this curiousity eventually leads him to a discovery of something. he is very hardworking due to his childhood life. he would always strive to do better. jinsoo is very alert and always looks around his surroundings making sure that danger isn't near. he is also very easily jumpscared when people try to scare him.
jinsoo's main problem being a brewer of potions is that he always forgets to label them. the reason being he is already able to distinguish them by color,smell,texture except for 2 potions, the healing potion and the love potion, which only have difference in taste. jinsoo can also space out of conversations or lectures which is why he was disciplined so much by his father when he was young, always asking if he was paying attention. the reason for him spacing out is also him being distracted by other things. his mind would wonder of somewhere being fully distracted.

jinsoo's father was a very well-known hunter in his old days. he wants jinsoo to continue his legacy and become the greatest hunter of all. jinsoo was told about everything in this world ever since he was 4 years old. his father wasted no time training him. he started training when he was 6 years old. jinsoo likes being a hunter but he didn't like the fact the he was always being compared to others whenever he would fail a task. his mother was also a retired huntress, she wasn't as known as jinsoo's father but she was still good. she passed on her knowledge of brewing potions to jinsoo as she wants him to learn how to make potions and maybe even discover some useful/deadly ones that he could use.
everyday until he was 18 he would be trained by his father always nagging him to do better and become the best. jinsoo was getting tired of all the nagging but he knew this was for him to. if ever he encountered a being that would be too difficult to defeat by an average hunter, he would be there to do his best due to the training he received from his father. jinsoo also worked with his mom in brewing potions and eventually he also started to learn how to cook and thats how he started mixing potions and ingredients together. he was a good cook and an even better at brewing potions. he was always tired due to training but atleast he was happy that his family was supportive.
all of that changed in a single day. he woke up to an empty house. his parent's were gone. not a single trace of them being kidnapped or leaving. this was a mysterious to jinsoo as he didn't know what to do. he thought of all the possible things that could have happened, a demon capturing them, a witch casting a spell, and everything else he could think of. he continues to find the answers to where his parents could have gone. for now he lives alone in a small apartment and works in a small coffee shop to support himself.
