PERSONALITY:

Siyoon is very observant not only to people but also to his surroundings. he knows whats up with a person and what may be bothering them. He may be too clever for his own good because it could sometimes lead him into danger instead of avoiding it. He is very social to others, not awkward when talking to people.

He is prone to making inappropriate jokes at the wrong time like times when they have to be very serious. he is always tired (a.k.a lazy) but if its time to train then he suddenly gets energized. He can be very merciless when he needs to be. He broke a a man's arm when he tried to steal from his friend.

Other things are he is very careful when it comes to staying alive. He is always aware of his surroundings and is prepared for the worst. His sarcasm is always there with him and takes place when it needs to be shown.

Minjae can be categorized as Gladfly. Meaning he often says things that make fun of or provoke people. It cam be quite amusing to watch as long as you aren't his target. Luckily he only targets people who know that he only jokes around.

Minjae can be enraged by stupidity if and only if it affects him or someone he knows in a negative way. This would trigger his berserk button causing him to start cursing. He just can't stand stupidity. If however he is the one who does something stupid, he would also get mad at himself and mentally slap himself for such stupidity.

He has the habit of dozing of anytime and anywhere making him the sleepyhead of his social circle. He would be asleep during class and his friends would spend half the time trying to wake him up so that he wouldn't get into trouble.

He is one of those people who can't stand the thought of being alone. He would start seeking out company as soon as he realizes that he is alone. He constantly tries to make friends in order for him to find someone to keep him company if ever some of his friends are busy and/or aren't present at the time.

BACKGROUND: 

Minjae grew up in Daegu. He was raised by his Grandpa Sen. His parent's were working in New York. They haven't heard from them as they don't bother to call or leave messages. They would just send money to them. Minjae grew close to his grandfather. He was fully aware that many people possessed abilities and he was one of them. His father did not inherit the abilities their lineage has but he and his grandfather did. It was called Mystic Martial arts. It was like martial arts but with added elements. His grandfather taught him everything he needed to know about using this ability, although he does end up slacking most of the time and just laying down in bed. He hasn't fully developed this ability since he still needed to learn how to master the use of each element.

He spent his days having a not-so-normal childhood as he encountered many bad guys. Some of his classmates also possessed abilties but wouldn't show them to any of the teachers. Others were complete bullies who started hurting other defenseless kids. He had to step in and fight them leading most of them unconcious and some with a bloddy nose. He would get into trouble because of this and his grandpa would be asked to come to school to have a talk with the parent's of the kids. Grandpa Sen wasn't against him using his powers for good but he had to pretend to scold him infront of the other parent's so that the issue would die down. 

He met Jisoo as she was another student in his class. They became really close as Minjae was good at making friends. He found out about her powers when he heard the explosion from one of the halls. Jisoo was taken to the China Sanctuary leaving Minjae behind. He was sad at first but didn't ponder over it too much as he knows that they would see each other again.

Grandpa sen had sent him to the sanctuary in canada as it was the most modern out of all of them. It didn't matter that it was expensive due to the amount of money that his parent's send to them. This is where he trained for the time being. This Sanctuary was not ready for the attack. Minjae managed to survive the attack and he went back to his Grandpa in Korea.He stayed back at home for a while until they heard that a Sanctuary in Incheon was opened. Minjae arrived there and was reunited with Jisoo who hade made two new friends.

They became really close friends when they were 12 years old. They would hang out in recess and eat lunch together along with some other friends but most of the time just the two of them. Ever since Jisoo was sent to the Sanctuary in China, they didn't get to talk much. They would only be able to send messages to each other online telling each other what goes on in their life.

When he arrived at the sanctuary in Incheon, Jisoo introduced him to two of her friends she made back at the China sanctuary and one of them was Wenji. She was a cool and laid-back person which made it easy for Minjae to get along with her.

They met at the Incheon Sanctuary. He didn't know at first as to why Jinyoung doesn't speak but after much explanation he finally got it. Wenji slipped on her words and told Minjae that Jinyoung likes Jisoo.
