have you ever wondered/realized that everything and everyone are both extraordinary AND ordinary? 

 

what the verdict will be simply depends on who's giving the verdict...facts don't exist in this(infact, if you think about it deep enough you might come to realization facts don't exist in many things and what presented to us as facts can be questionable enough to not be factual but let's not get into that)...cuz it's merely perspective, opinion...and when one pushes their opinion as a factual statement that needs to be acknowledged by everyone...that's when it become major turn off...that's when i'll know better than to waste my time on it...nothing quite as revoltingly worthless as pretentiousness.

i guess this is one reason popular things repel me...because they always come with a set of these annoying 'my opinion is fact cuz look at how many of us agree on it' people/fans...they won't admit it outright...but you can't be too dumb to not read the obvious.

 

while i was going through my picture folders...i noticed it too...for example when i visit to any other places...i'd be excited to see the towers and want to take all the pics i could(i even take pics of all the flowers on the streets and so on...even just the streets)...just for memories...but when i go through my folders...i couldn't find a pic of the towers in my own hometown...there was a time when i often would stop by the twin towers bcuz it's nearby the bus stop n my work place...i'd sometimes marvel at the upclose sight...especially when it's at night, but i don't take pics...probly cuz it's always there...it becomes kinda a common sight...but for foreigners or those from other places that rarely comes to the city, surely not so common.

might seem breathtaking or extraordinary/out of the world to me...
but i imagine the people living there wouldn't think much of it...isn't it already a common everyday sight to them...
well, sometimes i do marvel over the ordinary places in my neighbourhood...but...i don't go as far as making effort to take pics(though i always tell myself to do it)...taking pics take more effort than i thought...
whenever i work at a place, i always want to take pics of the place for memories when i quit or sth...but i always end up not taking any...until i actually quit n just left...
i guess the feeling of being near and it's always there, takes away the determination n the importance of seizing the time...because no matter how pretty, they're just ordinary...they'll always be there...

Actually i have no intention to be preachy on this matter...i'm just going to write about my realization...not my lesson on what should or should not...goodness there's already enough of those you'd see from so many people around...telling you what to think...the right way...instead of guiding you to just think on your own...i don't want to join those...no thanks. there's a reason we're all given brains of our own.

 

Another thing is...

 

do you realize something can be ordinary or extraordinary depending on your existing impression on something that might be built upon unrelated thing? (wow...complicatedly vague much?)

 

Like...a song you love might not be that outstanding and just okay once you realized it's by a singer you hate with a passion...OR a song that's just ordinary becomes extraordinary bcuz it's opparunnir singing it!!!!(i think this is the more common case i've seen)....sometimes i'm impartial...and my impartiality cause rift between me and the fandom when i express that i don't think this oppar song is that great and it disappoint me...or oppar's not all that great/great looking even if i love them...oh this has caused me trouble in probly every other fandom i've loved in the past...which is why i rather stay out and i'm very hesitant to call myself part of any fandom because from all the reactions i've gotten i can only conclude fandom life makes people irrational and annoyingly blindingly overdefensive...though, with Battle...i make an exception bcuz even back then i feel they know how greatly i loved the boys to think i meant anything maliciously...but sadly...kids in other fandoms didn't feel the same way...there were many bitterness...no matter how much i did for oppar...the moment i say something not so great...i'm the enemy and my opinion is wrong. huh...

this was actually the first song that made me even heard of VAV's existence...like i always say, i don't really follow kpop's updates closely...i was forced to, when i started stanning Bulldok(whom i found because my love of the produce 101 badass girls who made 4/5 members of this group...and if any bts crazy rude stan plan to come n say something stop right there n get out...bcuz i've had enough of this fandom's jhvbhjvb shietty bullies...there's a good reason this fandom is so infamous even though not all are like that, unfortunately a lot of the loud ones are like that...)...and their debut didn't disappoint me...i wanted to root for my girls so when i found this kville chart i made a point to follow the chart and vote every week even if just to let them stay in the chart longer and get noticed by more viewers...

 

That's how i got updated on a lot of releases in kpop all at once...xD...
when this VAV song entered the chart...i didn't think much...the snippet they used were the scenes with Ace and St.Van and dices and those four rooms in one screen...the excerpt of the song didn't attract me at all even though it did sound different than the hoardes of boygroups with the same we're so badass sound...i mean even now, i like the verses more than the chorus...and even now the chorus sounded better because of the verses...so imagine in the chart, i only got to listen to the chorus...naturally i wasn't attracted...though i thought they look pretty cool n chill with those dices...but that's it...xD i was amused they stayed really long/till max time in the chart despite being a group that idk at all...and usually nugu groups don't easily last long in the chart though there's always exceptions...(MASC's debut song remained charting till the end time limit too)

 

When Flower came into the chart...i like the chorus part that i heard so much so i was tempted enough to give the full song a listen and i loved it even more...and when ABC came out...and i loved it again, naturally i feel safe enough to be a fan and start getting to know the group though i'm still unsure about calling myself part of the fandom...

 

so...now that i've listened enough to the songs i loved...i decided to give a try to their previous song, naturally this one would be priority bcuz the other older songs had different lineup...n from comments i've read, they probly weren't so great but i'll hold my judgment first until i give them a try...

 

I didn't expect i'd find myself having the song on loop...but i guess this is the second case of my example earlier...liking a song because of liking the singer...didn't this happen with ZE:A too? well...but i guess if i hate it, i'd still hate it...even ZE:A and Battle have songs that i dislike...

 

Anyway, let's talk about this song...or rather the MV....i read some comments saying they went all out for this song's promo including mv and all...and it still weren't successful...so they're out of budget or sth...leading to no promo on music shows for Flower(You) n just street perf promos...that triggered me sad but i'm glad they didn't stop n keep going on even without promo...and i'm glad they're now back promoting on music shows...T^T....okay, when they're talking abt the MV making...i think one of the members mentioned Lee Haein was in the MV? you mean...produce 101 lee haein???(and now idol school or sth) the girl in the mv looked very possible to be her...so i guess...it's her. but...what's the point if there's not a single clear shot of her face? xD...and i feel like they're trying to show a storyline there...but i just don't get it...anyone knows? there's this theme of moneyzzz....that i keep seeing(i mean how could i not? lol...)...dices, cards (casino?) then there's police, and construction workers or sth and idk...mafias/criminals/people in casino? or what...but i just don't get what's the story...but they're all in an apartment complex...and what's the deal with the gun? i don't see anyone getting shot...but when one guy go out from a room(i'm gonna assume it's cobbie)...and ace followed later with a gun...what's happening...? you can't tempt me with a plot and leave me hanging wondering without answer...but i'm so happy to see them wearing socks...i love their stylist...xD...and they all look good...as usual but...can we talk about how good Baron look when he's wearing the police uniform(i'm going to credit 50% of it to his hair)...at the start....they need to keep this hairstyle on him for good, the end! now i get why Ace suddenly want to talk about how good Baron's side profile is during the video i shared before(he had similar hair in that video-ok i've rewatched...not very similar...but...a bit?)...Ace's right!!!...but i'd have to say, St.Van looked the best as police...methinks...even though his only police scene i see was him almost completely facing back from camera...with just a slight side profile...lol. but he actually look like he could be a real police. And Ziu look good as construction worker...i didn't even notice that's him...xD...the only hair i really dislike was Ayno's but he somehow made it work...pulling off an ugly hairdo isn't something that could be done easily...props to him for owning the hair instead of letting it ruined his look. Cobbie's main role seems to be the mafia...as he's always seen holding money lol...and being construction worker?...and Lou's closeups are all too uhm..handsome? but he's a kid...his visual is going back and forth between drama chaebol hero and a kid...like how? and Ace is always holding a gun lmao...sorry Ace you don't scare me...but that split second of Cobbie lifting up Lou for a dance move i suppose and Lou looking so shocked..while others were dancing obviously...and that part Ace sleeping on Ayno...no no ...don't remind me again of Ace and his ships...bcuz i'm so confused who to ship him with...idek why the need to ship him with anyone but whatever...

i still can't get over Baron's hair in his early scenes....T^T...why so beautiful? WHYYYYY?

pretty much skipped gugudan's part...i love me girlgroups...but not really interested in this one...eh...as expected...

okay the surprise is...when they're asked who speaks english....Lou? how come i never know about this? T^T...I thought Ace would say something...but i notice he's always rather quiet...and when he had the chance to talk...he'd direct attention to other members....why so angelic...why...you can't just keep making yourself too lovable...it's not fair n it's torturing me....T^T...lol at Jacob speaking very shortly when the MC learnt he speak Chinese and asked him to speak and he just introduced himself...and that's that. lmao(this is why i'd never believe if anyone says he's trying to do anything to get attention to himself...bcuz he's the opposite of that, literally)...St.Van to the rescue though...awww....and Lou's imitation and Ayno imitating Lou's imitation and Baron imitating Ayno's imitation of Lou's imitation....but failed...poor Baron got beaten up....idk he's the mom though, you sure bout that?...he had a bit much of evil vibe for me to see him as mom...lol(not saying he's evil..just that vibe yknow...)....Ace's intro is so short too...n i was hoping to hear some english...T^T...since the show's mainly in english supposedly....but nope...even Baron spoke some english...and Ziu...who said in english that he only speaks Korean after introducing himself in english too...lol. nice Ziu, and his yodeling....lol......idk...Ziu's humor...even if often exaggerated...somehow...always worked with me...i really like this kid n i think he'd do well in variety...i hope he'd remain a good, hardworking, kid that he is.

here's the best part though...when they won the game...their prize was a box of sodas...and...i recognized the brand as the one Rainbow advertised and Jaekyung designed for the label after she won the advertisement for her group after winning 1st place for the idol art competition...some years ago...omg...isn't that so exciting?!!!(don't answer if you're gonna say no lol)...i told you...idols i love will always have a link in one way or the other....

apparently, Ayno's fans from his previous show were triggered n sad that he's reliving his memories as maknae...but idk...if this is the way maknae is treated...i'd be relieved for him to no longer be a maknae...xD...except worried that he got a hyung suddenly(who's the actual maknae)...xD...Ziu is such an opportunist creep ..."do you want to give me a kiss?" "i want to receive a kiss from my dongsaeng" when asked 'where do you want the kiss'...he answered "lips would be good but let's do on the cheek" 'how many?' "two" and after getting the kiss...he asked for a backhug...dude's crazy...hahaha....poor Ayno...i feel really bad for him...he kept fanning himself...lmao...how could the fans ship them after watching this? i grew protective of Ayno instead...you Ziu...
