okay...seriously though...'second time's the charm' is a new mindset i'd adopt for idol stanning? maybe...

since i started following some random kpop chart on yt...i was forced to be exposed to 3855904865695 song releases in mainsteam kpop...better way than just checking on my own...

but VAV didn't caught my attention until Flower(You)...i really liked that song...so much that i decided to check this one out when i saw they have this new release...even though i've stopped bothering that boring chart for now n thus didn't get forced to be updated anymore...but i want to see how they'd be charting so maybe i'll have to drag myself back there...

when i first heard this new song...it was okay. i liked it. but i liked Flower better.

But just awhile after first listen...i find myself wanting to listen to it another time...and i kinda knew dismissing the song(not entirely tho) wasn't the wise choice....after second listen...i want to keep listening...lol. i guess this style of music really fits them...especially when kpop is oversaturated with swaggy hiphop wannabes n badass tryhards...we need more chill stuffs...both songs are cute but with the right amount to not be cringy cutesy...

even though i'm a little suspicious by some parts of the mv as always...i mean, being the illuminati n evil symbol conscious that i am, i can't help being suspicious at everything...especially when it's obvious kpop is one of the many mediums...and basically any other popular cultures n mainstream stuffs...at least this doesn't disturb me as blatantly as red velvet(completely turned off) or...dreamcatcher(despite me liking horror stuffs)...and maybe even stellar to an extent though i really like stellar's music...sadly. heck even my fav girls Rainbow had some really disturbing mvs. (and i just randomly clicked a vid of Favorite...seemed that this group have produce 101 girl too...and as usual the MV's a lil questionable...but what is not in kpop nowadays...they don't even be subtle most times...a shame i don't even like the song...this is like the case with A.de i guess...talented girls wasted...)

sorry for all the girlgroup references...nothing against them...in fact, maybe it's cuz i really bothered checking out girlgroups voluntarily more than boygroups...which surprised me at how many boygroups are winning my nods lately...not just bcuz of produce 101...but even before that...there's like...MASC...who i decided to keep an eye on after i liked two of their songs back to back...and now there's VAV...who seem to have debuted longer and had more releases...but i only seriously noticed n paid attention starting from Flower n now, ABC.

besides, i'm still fascinated they have this member who remind me of ZE:A's heecheol so much...ok so maybe he's not arrogant rapper or grumpy or has shrilly laugh or crazy for coke n ramyeon n girlgroups...but...his vibe is very heecheol like...not just looks wise(ok, his looks are the least resemblance to heecheol...heecheol is far more vampirish though with the right styling, he does look kinda like heecheol too), but his voice colour/characteristics reminds me of heecheol too when heecheol sings, n his mannerism,...n just his overall vibe yknow...and...omg...upon stalking...he's the only member who always translate/have english portion for his instagram posts' captions...bias material detected lol. i would never have guessed...seeing most other members have english-er stage names than his which was more of a generic/common stagename...xD - i know, how stupid it is to estimate one's skill/ability based on name...lmao. i just can't help it...with their fancy stagenames. lol.

now that there's already two songs i love from them...you can bet i'd be checking out their next release for sure...even though i still haven't done putting names to faces with them...i mean their hairs are always changing too fast for me to learn who's who but wait up...

here's to shook you real hard. kpop idol with natural haircolour!!!!! no blond, no brown, red, orange, pink, green, blue, purple, silver, grey, rainbow, just plain ol black!!!!! this is so FREAKING REVOLUTIONARY!!!!! i'm not even being sarcastic...not towards them at least...but seriously...i got heartattacked!!!

i love that despite lack of popularity n glam...they use their budget to keep releasing songs...even though i was so sad Flower wasn't promoted on any music show...tragic waste...at least it looks like they're going to promote this...even though the stage outfits/style came out more cutesy than i thought the style for the song would be....who cares outfits n style....just use the money to release more good stuffs/songs n i'm good....in fact, even without mv...as long as there's good stuffs to listen to...i'm more than happy rather than fancy mv, ty song.

another boygroup...lol, i'm excited bcuz i've just became a fan since produce 101(Hadon n Chanyul yall)...while everyone discover nuest, hotshot from the show...me : jjcc, pureboy, x10, offroad...i can't help being a little unconventional that i am...haa.

i'm excited though having already being so enthralled by E.co's beauty...lol...i can't help feeling sad to see him not being here for the comeback...but hopefully he'd complete his service without any scandal and come back more fabulous n gorgeous than ever...

/goes back to watch 'where you at' mv and performances bcuz e.co's visual there overperfection though i don't really like the song T^T/

i guess in the meantime...i'll enjoy Yul's superawkwardness...

PUREBOY SERIES

another group i came to love bcuz of produce 101....and might i add...love too strongly...that i succeeded to start something i was always scared n holding back with other groups...like..i remembered wanting to start a ZE:A one, in story section and advertise it...but...so many things held me back...i ended up not doing it....now, i'm not sure if i'd ever advertise this or not...but i'm finally doing a series outside of blog section...whew....tough decision...because their situations and everything about them are ultraconfusing...i mean, half of the group aren't even in the group anymore...but i keep hold onto them...for me, they're forever part of pureboy...though i can't say the same about naughty boys members bcuz i just don't feel connected to them even though they're the original pureboy members...

but something even more confusing n bothering is happening with their youtube channel deleting so many of the videos...T^T...i'm worried of what this means n if it's the right thing to promote them amidst the mystery of their current state of existence ...but i'm stubborn...when i love something, i just love it. 

i'm trying to reupload some of their deleted videos...xD...and some other fans are doing the same...i love groups that are so obsolete...yet have a few fans...who are strong despite being small in number...it reminds me of Battle fandom...Battle Destiny...seriously the fandom n group that warms my heart the most in kpop...have you seen any other supernugu group who went on hiatus for like...8-9 years and the fans could still do chanting n rapped for the song when one of the members do a show in a cafe singing their old song, and attended by other members?

back to PUREBOY...this is a group that...the longer n more things i watch about them...the more it feels impossible to have a bias...i mean, everytime i find one member so adorable...in came  a swarm more to snatch my attention and the cycle goes on forever...

oh...random...but the other day Seokyu posted on his instagram pic of him with needles on hospital bed...with weirdo pokemon nerd captions...apparently he went blood donating...i guess...though he didn't directly imply it...but that's what i got from the fans...and seemed that he either went on his bday or the day after...like...his way of celebrating? this kid is just too adorable....though...from his posts...i can tell he's kinda a weirdo too....well, if i must say it....

1. i heard kimi of bulldok is coming out with solo...and i seriously dunno what the hell was up with their agency...i mean...unlike many new girlgroups...bulldok's debut was received rather nicely for a non-overrated agency that could get free hype of nothing...but instead of making a comeback fast...they keep dragging until a member hit in controversy for 'disrespecting' aka not worshipping some oppar with crazy hypersensitive annoying fans that kept coming rudely at her n the group...n made her left the group(i dont trust the health reason bullshiet sorry)...and now...instead of a proper comeback...to remind people of their existence...a solo debut already? seriously....

2. kard's debut. idk why...i don't feel very much hyped...maybe kard has made themselves to be stuck in a very specific/limited cultural context that i feel unwelcomed as someone from a region totally unrelated to the ones they keep associating with...idk if you get me right or not but yeah...i like their music to an extent...but i won't get overly attached to them....and it's weird....when celebs go do Japan promo i don't feel as excluded as this...

3. i watched yongjin's live instagram(okay so this is boy but whatever)...he was so nice that he tried fulfilling every other requests to sing n rap to whatever song ppl ask for...but it annoyed me how some nuest fans keep pushing him to talk bout nuest...well, some other trainees were brought up too, but not as many n persistent as those nuest fans...just cuz he's friendly with choi minki...seriously their constant pushing him to talk bout oppars make me wanna slap someone...

4. lately my mood to write is very unstable...sometimes when i see advertisements of novels/books etc...i wondered ...how could those things i see got so many fans...if i set my mind...i could do the same...or better....i wonder why i still haven't pursued it...then i thought...maybe i just enjoy writing so much i don't want writing to ever feel like a chore...a responsibility...a burden...and if i am to pursue it seriously...it definitely gonna be one of those three or all. you can't get everything. even here...lately i don't feel like writing at all...except for these random craps...maybe music makes me happier than writing lately...idk...

actually i'm sure i had more things to blabber about here...but seemed i had forgotten them while collecting the things i wanted to say to be lumped in one post...
