I finally found it. Actually, I think it found me instead. 
The whole time, I told myself that I would not make it. I would not enjoy it. I might not love it. Now, it's the other way around.  I sat there, answered that call not expecting anything since I didn't really apply.  I showed up for an 8 hour hiring process and then I'm hired. 2 days into my job, I already want to give up, but after that 3rd call, I knew that I might do this for a long time.

For the first time ever... I'm actually enjoying my job, every person I talk on the phone has a different story and I think it's what inspires me to be a better person. To hear how they want to work makes me understand that not everybody is lucky and not everybody is the same. 

I understood how time is important, how listening and understanding matters. How 10 minutes can change another person's life just by saying "Congratulations". I go to work not because I just want to make money. I go to work because I want to hear those people's 10 minute stories. 

I enjoy my job and it found me.
