APPEARANCE — her elvish beauty and stature prevent others from believing she is of werewolf descent and often mistook her for elf or human instead. her mortal exterior consists of tan skin, flowy dark hair that hangs down to her waist, even burnt umber round eyes, long pointy nose, and full peachy lips. her eyebrows are also lighter and less bushy than other female werewolves. her trim, short nails are polished black. she is very comfortable and confident in her body and isn't afraid to show it off. her clothes are provided for and self-made. she enjoys fox and hare fur coats the most but will wear anything she put together.

 glove and watch is one piece. tracker can lock so glove cannot be taken off without unlocking. the tracker looks like a broken watch, but it's a tracker that tells when a wendigo or werewolf is nearby [by flashing red for wendigo or orange for werewolf]. it was made for humans who travel and hunt outside human territory. this tracker cannot always read wendigo and werewolf in human form so nari doesn't always rely on it.

as a werewolf she has natural black fur and silver eyes. what make black moon members different from other werewolves is that they have larger hands and claws. they also have horn-like ears.

creative; nari frequently thinks outside of the box either to be different or stand out. for instance she'll decorate her attire by sewing on designs, stickers, and more. in spite of that she is creative in her ways when solving problems. if she is short on an item she will replace and uses something else in its stead i.e. a leaf for a cup; hairpins to pick locks or made into fish hooks; stick tied or tape to leg to help someone disabled walk. 

inventive; her creativity and inventive traits goes hand in hand. she can piece together anything with random items. this trait forces her to think more than others do. majority of her invention are items she traded for. mainly she trades for sharp and unique pieces. 

devoted; she is only faithful and committed to a selected few, the woman who raised, jongdae at one point, and yugyeom. to express her devotion toward them she would respect their beliefs, ideas, and lifestyle. she also looks after them and is prepare to back them up whenever necessary. 

decisive; nari arrives at conclusions quite quickly and whatever action she chose to make is the final result, she does not think about the 'what-ifs' or 'could-haves' after her decisions.in short, she moves on.  

independent; she has a mind of her own and rarely trust her decisions and beliefs to be made through others. if she disagrees with someone with higher authority she lets them know directly that their feelings, emotions, and thoughts are their own and same goes for hers. also a free soul in her comfort zone, she would reject help and support from anyone she cares for. all to avoid being a burden to them.

outgoing; she is socially sturdy and very confident in her speech. her voice hardly trembles even when she's nervous. she makes a strong public speaker and is the voice to everyone who can't stand up for themselves. nari is open to discussions with anyone and never loses in any argument. she's approachable but whether she follow up on their relationship depends. first impressions to and from her are first priority. 

thin skinned; she is easily pissed off if she feel the slightest offended. anything wrong in her book can easily trigger her into joining or starting a full debate and argument. she hates it the most when she's not given proper credit for her work or when she's being objectify. 

sassy; she's witty and bold on a daily. some even say she has a dark sense of humor. she normally gets the last word so this trait chases away most of her new made friends. 

mean; genetically she inherit her father's evil and mean trait, so she's naturally mean. periodically she doesn't think about the feelings of others. she can be vile to those who has offended her by talking down to them.

jealous; she doesn't show it, but in certain situation she can be very mean when jealous. when she isn't getting attention from the ones she care about or doesn't feel like she's receiving enough she is very mean to the ones not giving. 

hoarder; nari saves almost everything from sticks, leaves, and rocks she randomly finds to broken weapons and candy. she strongly believe there will be a time and place where she will need all that she has. she saves them in the parlor, underground, or in tree hollows. 

dishonest; nari can be untruthful and dishonest when she thinks it's better for the other. basically telling white lies. if nari wants to avoid confrontation and having to explain her side of the end she would lie. these lies aren't major story twist, it's only minor tweaks. 

TRIVIA — she smokes ; her shoelaces are always untie and surprisingly she hasn't tripped yet ; favorite color is black ; can go eight minutes without blinking ; has a sweet tooth ; loves to party or go to clubs but avoid bars ; though she smokes she doesn't drink, she hates not being in control of herself, the situation, and everyone else.

FAMILY — nari's mother was a member of the red cross pack who married into the black moon pack. her father is the alpha of black moon, a pack of about a thousand known for crossbreeding with wendigos and also serves one in particular that uses and casts forbidden magic. while being pregnant with her, her mother discovered that black moon members follow and live by a code: code 11-23. only members of the pack and a few outsider alpha knows the meaning behind it. though code 11-23 guarantee destruction it was not the main reason why her mother fled black moon's control and protection. her mother witnessed the violence and aggression the pack displayed to other groups and race. they were competitive in all that they do and made a lot of enemies. nari's mother did not want this for her neither did she want to bring nari up in that kind of hostile and suffocating environment so she removed them. initially she plan to raise her infant alone and away from her race but when she met the charming park taeho and his pack she became certain that he will become her new alpha, man and protector. later on she gives birth to taeho's son park taekhwan [kaihlee's app]. on taekhwan's first birthday, black moon barged in and destroyed everything. mature adults and cubs killed, adolescents taken and forced into joining their wolf army. the only children who weren't harmed were nari and taekhwan. and although her father recognized her he despised just the look of her because of what her mother had done to him. instead taekhwan was treated like the beta and raised to become alpha one day, as for nari she was pushed to omega.

 

nari [12] couldn't stand being shunned and becoming everyone's punch bag so like her mother she fled. since she was not good at covering her tracks she would be brought back by epsilons of the pack. her constantly trying to run away later caught wind of her father's attention and he arrive to the conclusion to put an end to her. he felt he needed to shut her up before she does something dumber. this forces nari to take refuge in humans' backyard, garage, dumpster and more. she soon learns that her pack was not willing to break that town because at the time werewolves were rulers of emphemerus and every wolves knew black moon were scumbs of their race. 

 

somehow at 14 she ends up being taken in by a human tattoo artist and was raised in a tattoo parlor. the woman [43] who raised her was very easygoing, wise but often talks dirty, and depise life. nari pick up smoking from this woman and shows her a lot of respect.

FRIENDS — 

kim yugyeom is her current boyfriend of four years. he is a 32 year old human who hunts "bad" rare species for a living. species like griffins, dragons, and serpents. yugyeom is an open book, confident, and pleasant. he holds no mystery whatsoever to his vibe, background, and action. though yugyeom likes to play on the safe side when finding true love he's no stranger to heartbreaks. yugyeom is kind and can never bring himself to leave a girl first. because of his kindness and non-intimidation others would take advantage of him and even though he knew they were up to no good, he still allow them to go on. he thinks that everyone 

they first met when nari was 23 during a trade-off. nari heard a hunter of rare species was in town and approach him with the intention of exchanging good stuff. he however was attracted to her good nature and friendliness. after their first, second, third, fourth, and finally fifth exchange nari ask yugyeom out as she was determined that yugyeom felt something for her. they became an official couple after nari attended one of yugyeom's hunting class, he was the teacher's assistant. a mission, involve hunting a man-eating serpent, brought them closer together. they started officially dating a year later after nari became 24 and yugyeom 27. nari's trading collection grew rapidly and vast, many went to her for a good and worthy trade.

life was going well for them. they lived in the same block and would see each other often. for the next five years they trained together some more, nari with the intention to go to battle meanwhile yugyeom was to sharpen his skills and master his way of life. when he found out about nari joining the battle he felt betrayed. battle for the crown did not guarantee safety. however if he join too then he would have no choice but to side with his own kind. in the end yugyeom was only given the option to support nari as she would not drop out. [if you want a crazy love triangle in the battle then im open to tweak yugyeom a little and go in depth with his views on the four year ruling system] yugyeom does not know jongdae is nari's ex.

it's interesting to see the difference when a race rule but if you take out of the equation, how much interesting would it be if all race rule together?

WHAT WAS YOUR PAST LIKE?
i thought i was a troubled child. every chance i got i ran away from home. i lived day to day wondering if my pack is still searching for me. i grew up in a tattoo artist's clutter and basement for a parlor. out of boredom i put together an art book because paper and color pencils were in front of me. inside it i sketched out tattoo ideas and designs of my own. when misun [the parlor's owner] came across it she started to share it with customers who didn't know what they wanted exactly. soon she has me design more books for her, repair and replace her broken furniture and instruments. i naturally invent stuff and sell them. but when i found out that they can be traded for something else, that's when i knew, i wanted to be a trader. 

WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN THE BATTLE AND COMPETE FOR THE EPHEMERAL CROWN?
to stop my father and brother from succeeding in making wendigos emphemerus' new ruler. i am hoping that by putting my life on the line, that either one of them will come to their senses. wendigos has never led for a purpose. they are not wired to lead emphemerus into greatness.

sticking together. it will be a challenge though since werewolves don't like to remain close to members from other packs. but if we want to win this, we must stick together. this means resting the pride we have for our respective packs and risk our lives to win it all for our race.

SUMMARY — the almighty and only ex of nari's. with one glance jongdae is perfect except for the tiny obvious that he lacks true emotion. he cannot and does not empathize and in return blame others for being overly-dramatic. jongdae is a proud narcissist who never keeps to himself. for instance if he gets upset then everyone within a block of him can either become a victim or a witness. he doesn't go easy on anyone who tries to challenge him and surely not someone he hates. he's competitive and never accepts his own failures. jongdae almost always leaves horrible first impressions, but once you give him a reason to like or treat you better than he can be a real charmer. he knows how to seduce a woman right there and then. he is by no means a player but he knows a beautiful woman when he sees one and like most men he does not skip out in trying to win her attention. he also takes pride in the kind of woman he is with.

jongdae chose to become a professional swimmer because water soothes and gives him a sense of invulnerability although he feels just that outside of water.

jongdae belongs to the red cross pack—a pack consists of well known medical professionals and assistants who lives among elves and humans. in the past his relatives were recognized for their medical talent despite being half critter, but because intelligent elves make competing and living off from high ranks difficult, a great number of jongdae's pack no longer have a vocation to be doctors or nurses. for those that chooses to carry on their pack's legacy becomes a form of transportation for medical supplies. regarding the four year ruling and battle, his pack firmly reckons that no one race should rule all and every race since it nurtures hate, compeition, and discrimination. 

he carries a slingshot around his nape. at first peek it looks like a doctor's stethoscope. he shoots his enemies with coin-like articles since sharp and round edges can be fatal when penetrated. these minature pieces can be found on the ground after carved from the hands of goblins to trick others as money and through trades. the slingshot is for long distance but jongdae himself is good at close and hand combat. 

jongdae join the game because he wants to stop the 'great movement' and by doing so 1.) he can't let the wendigos win 2.) werewolves should win, because then the new king can destroy this 'movement' 3.) any other race can win as long as it's not wendigos. after all his pack works well with the rest.

FIRST MEETING — nari [18] and jongdae's first meeting occured casually. they were strangers passing through a trade nari had set up behind a wooden stall. jongdae was searching, in hope to replace his broken goggles with a new one. luckily he found one that fit him perfectly from her stall. however their first meeting was not meant to be their last like many others, jongdae who is overly confident in seducing and winning women over by chance did not have any money on him. so he tried to entice her into giving it away for free, but nari was unwilling. on that same day jongdae was on his way to a swimming competition. he advised her to follow him if she truly wanted payment or something of equal value. with little to no convincing nari followed him. jongdae not only proved he was a great swimmer but a man of his words. he presented his first place trophy to her. trophies meant very little to him, in fact he was starting to get bored of seeing them staring at him from the shelves in his bedroom. jongdae had nari believing she played a part in his victory.

RELATIONSHIP — right when nari thought jongdae has forgotten about her, he re-appear at her stall three months later. this time looking for the pieces to go with his slingshot. apparently he had picked up a new hobby to give himself a reason not to participate and attend swimming contest and competitions. nari suggested the coin-like commodities and even shared the idea that she has an endless supply of them. the woman who raised nari has been accepting similar coins from goblins as a token of appreciation; money meant very little to the tattoo artist. jongdae took nari's advice however, only to return the next day and scold her for suggesting dangerous items to him. in return nari sees it as adorable and offered to 'teach' him. she was no expert in the field but thought she was at least better than him. their unofficial practices and training soon grew into playful acts as they got comfortable. jongdae soon fessed up and asked nari out. they dated for about a year and a half. nari liked jongdae because he was independent and abled to leave her speechless. 

 

before one of their practices, nari was approached by one of black moon's small hunting gang. unfortunately for her, taekhwan was present and he tried to talk her into going back home. seeing that she was surrounded, jongdae into the scene and tried to protect nari. but taekhwan disclose the fact that nari was his sister and daughter of black moon's taeho. this shattered the relationship nari and jongdae thought was impossible to break. right when jongdae was outnumbered, some of his fellow swimmers and red cross member showed up to balance the numbers out. though both side walked away unharmed, it was the last  of nari and jongdae's relationship.

jongdae could not bring himself to contact nari because her mother was a member of red cross, before marrying into black moon's pack she was adored by jongdae's alpha uncle [jongdae's uncle raised him after the death of his parents. they died after a clash with sewook's black moon pack], and when her death was found out it upset red cross. although nari's mother didn't have any noble blood in her, red cross thought by approving hers and sewook's marriage it meant instant kinship between them. sewook never considered red cross allies and even use his wife's runaway to threaten red cross on a monthly. 

 

when they met again in battle, jongdae has become extreme and more familiar with his negative side [traits]. he constantly try to rile up nari by speaking ill of black moon's group, knowing the other werewolves wasn't comfortable with them at the same time. whether nari can withstand jongdae's insult and hatred will depend on whose side she chooses to go with in the end. her brother [pack] or jongdae [race]. she has a soft spot for jongdae but is trying to remain faithful to yugyeom. 

 

- nari hears about jongdae on the news, television, and radio a lot about winning first or second places. 

- jongdae only hears about nari out on the road if he listens to gossip and rumors. which he sometimes do even when he will never admit to it.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS — sorry for the long wait. i was halfway through when my friend's laptop suddenly had to restart to complete a window update so i lost everything and had to find the motivation to restart. 

SCENE SUGGESTIONS — same as last application: with all the killings and blood spill i suggest a scene where former winners are in some kind of therapy? or perhaps instead of killing everyone you can have where the rules sort of changed and the race with the most living members after a certain time are the winners? because it would be cool to see some friendships :]
