but...i do think i'm pretty good at making super longgg couple videos....because when i make the videos...i try my best to infuse them with the feelings i get from the couples i use for the material..or rather, the couples i ship...haha..

note: sadly, the video is blocked in South Korea...i was hoping to capture interest of some Korean fans/PDnims thru fanvideo to see what a beautiful pair they make and someone need to do sth about it. And i set such target because demographic of my overall youtube channel views are majority from South Korea(i guess, cuz i didn't upload those usual popular idols/current stuffs n only Korean are interested in most of my unpopular n outdated contents i'm very proud of, though i do have viewcounts from other countries when it comes to videos featuring the more known/current celebrities/idols.)

now you can see for yourselves why i'm kinda...crazy bout this unlikely ship/otp...(other than the obvious reason they look too pretty and together the prettiness just umm...combust? my personal fav part though would be : @7:42-12:02 see how the whole chunk are different scenes linked together/correspond to each other? xD...wait...how shameless i am to have fav part of my own edited vid? T^T)

and what they say to each other in different scenes during last episode...

Taegu referring to Kwonjoo to be as special as himself while talking crap on Jinhyuk during the scene at his lakehouse...when Taegu praise someone to the same level as even himself....in his twisted way of thinking....isn't that like a love confession already? lmao. Even in the scene he wanted to kill her, he confessed how he was being generous n gave her chances but she's the one who kept going overboard n so he has no choice but to punish her(wait, but wouldn't he have killed her already if she didn't go after him n try to catch him?)...wow, has Taegu ever been so generous to anyone?? Even during the scene at lakehouse when he was pointing his rifle towards her n Jinhyuk...he could've easily kill her since she's next to him while Jinhyuk's on the other side...but he did nothing other than pointing the rifle at her everytime she started nagging/calling him psycho. omg...how could he be so generous? hahah...it seem obvious he wanted to keep her alive even for his amusement...and that's FREAKING GENEROUS....xD and also, he asked her why she keep coming back to her own house, and if she's waiting for him? I find that...well...it's like he's testing her bravery by letting her know he broke into her house and later bring out the traumatizing recording n 'gift' for her to her front door...to see if she'd run away(though a comment left in my previous post left me thinking maybe he DID genuinely think she would like the gift...i mean...this is not your average guy...this is Taegu n his special mind, maybe bcuz she has special hearing ability, he thinks she'd enjoy hearing that recording of her father's death n his nasty gift...)...n after she did the interview...he expected her to leave her house knowing he would hunt her? Yet, he knows she will come back to her house since he still waited there even though he thinks she shouldn't since he questioned her decision coming back to the house. well, he knows her as well as she knows him. and he regards her very, highly. To be honest though, what's so weird about her going back to her own house? why did he have to assume it's all bout him? But because this is Taegu...and he has seen how she had so much 'interest' about him from her wall of investigation(i still remember that split second he even looked touched at the attention given after jumping up n down)...so he insisted that everything she does has to be about him...Taegu to me, seems like he just want attention but wouldn't admit it or ask for it...so when someone readily gives him what he never showed he wanted(to be hunted? to be chased after? to be captured?)...he felt special, and felt the connection bcuz this person understand or rather, give him what he secretly wanted without him showing himself to ask for it.

And then there's Kwonjoo wishing for Taegu to choose to walk the path of love with his loved ones in his next life instead of being a monster...saying she wanted to catch him but she felt sorry for him(referring to his background n how he grew up as a psychopath that wasnt treated cuz daddy didn't want to have his son grew up in mental hospital)...during the time he was about to kill her...she seem so sincerely feeling sad n sympathy for him(despite him killing her dad and now about to kill her...and i think Taegu find it interesting to see she n her dad are both cops, much like him n his dad are both murderers...i guess seeing the parallel makes him find her interesting as he had said to her during the first time they interacted during the time he killed her dad, that it made him remember and anticipated meeting her even after three years) she seemed so sincere that even Taegu was momentarily affected n wavered for like a split second before he ask if she's finished-and even when he's asking that, you could see he's battling himself n struggling to keep to his goal of killing her. And did you see him did some blinking...blinking off tears? Let's admit it...he always keep delaying killing her cuz he really didn't want to kill her-what even was the purpose of charging at her with that claw when he still kept her alive for small-talks-before-death, even until that last chance he had to kill her...even then he couldn't seem to be able to just strike that claw thing at her, cmon Taegu let's just admit you weren't even planning to kill her...n as good as a human can be...i'm impressed at Kwonjoo's ability to feel/show genuine sympathy for dude who killed her dad n made her life hell for years, and to even be kind at him, even though she didn't try stop Jinhyuk from shooting at Taegu over n over(but not killing him)...she didn't do anything on her own to harm Taegu even for self defense purpose which is more than legit in her circumstances. And we've seen her did some fighting moves for self defense in earlier episode towards some other criminals. Also, Kwonjoo is a gloomy character who probly break a smile less than 10 times in whole series? or less than 15? But of that little number, two was towards Taegu...even if those weren't really friendly kind of smile...but more towards cynical...still....that counts for something...even Taegu looked perplexed/caught offguard both times...he really is such an interesting specimen of psychology/character studies/observation methinks...haa.

They certainly have this curious kind of love, or rather, connection if that makes anyone feel less disturbed. And let's face it...if it's not because this is OCN...and it's any other tv channel productions...this curious relationship will definitely go into forbidden romance/loveline department...lol. And though i'm usually not really crazy bout a need for 'romance' in dramas...i think this one is a missed opportunity for a great one since the chemistry/dynamics between characters and actors ....it can be portrayed very subtly...doesn't need to be grand angst n sappy cheesy. Afterall, think about it...if Taegu is ever going to search for a bride for himself...can you think of any other human being he'd consider other than Kwonjoo who he sees as equally special as himself unlike the lowly other human beings as how he referred to Jinhyuk? The drama tried to make it seem like Taegu sees Jinhyuk n Kwonjoo as the same(since he keep declaring both as his enemies and even had two hair plastic bags readied for both) ...but the little things in that final episode revealed that indeed, he didn't see those two as equals since he said it himself, how he regarded only Kwonjoo as his equal. (my ship be sailing lol) Or maybe...if we make it into romance angle, he could have seen Jinhyuk as his rival since dude is always with Kwonjoo. haha....Also, if this is any other tv channel, Kwonjoo would definitely have bonded with Jinhyuk's son that will be the link to their romance...lmao...but since this is OCN....Kwonjoo didn't even have a scene with Jinhyuk's son...which is good bcuz i like Kwonjoo to be something more than just a replacement mom/wife role to the bleeding angsty hero with lonely sad son like we've seen in lots of kdramas...that's too lame a role, and as Taegu said it in the drama Kwonjoo is different(read:special).

Ahhhhh....why am i suddenly sad to think he's dead now...i guess...after watching the final conversation he had with Kwonjoo with subtitles...and seeing the possibility of him being guided/lured back to sanity n perhaps...repentance?...i feel sad about his missed chance. it seems...Kwonjoo's preachiness has the ability to crack his steely strong crazy exterior, she could've been his bearing to get back to the right path, without even the need of romance, just as a guiding figure he needed to get cured/controlled himself since he grew up not given one despite his mental state since born...bcuz frankly...his character is very much like he's still a child (maybe on the inside, he's still twelve years old since she mentioned about his mom died at that age and it was after that he became uncontrollable...despite already having personality disorder since born) and also, since she's the only one who bothered feeling sorry for him after all he has done, n seems she had even find forgiveness for him after learning his mental background. Sure he still earned such death as punishment since he had mercilessly killed too many poor souls n enjoyed each one...but still...when they made that scene...n he seemed so shaken by what she said...i want him to live, he can be tortured for life...but i want him to live and get the opportunity to..idk...recover his sanity even if partially...

That's what good acting do to you....T^T...actually....crazy, powerful, good acting. If the actor didn't get endless casting offers after this................idk what to say...really.

Okay so everyone of the cast appeared bright n sunny after the bloody drama...this was probly an event commemorating the end of their drama n looking at Lee Hana's instagram post(the hunt scene at the seaside...and her caption was talking bout how happy she's to go to the sea...lol)...they're shooting up until the day of the final episode....crazy. or maybe the day before...idk...doesn't matter...it's still crazy...so...yeah...everyone appeared bright and smiley...and...can we take a moment first to appreciate how adorable it is seeing Jang Hyuk appearing with Baek Sunghyun? aaa....Jinhyuk n Daeshik bromance is real!!! or are they just happen to be from same agency so they go together?? T^T...but it was adorable when Janghyuk wanted to take the pic with Baek Sunghyun but the boring photogtraphers had to ruin the bromance moment by asking them to take pic individually....ugh...cmon Jinhyuk is always with Daeshik and it's Daeshik that gives him the most emotion/human side, aside of his wife and son. when it comes to Kim Jae Wook though....i'm confused....is he really creepy in person or is that Taegu in disguise...T^T? no out of character smiley like the rest...but that Taegu force n seriousness...no comment session like the rest of the cast....just ushered to go in like the VIP Mo Taegu...><...he's so good that it makes me so confused between drama n reality and cause me to ship them even more for that contrasting charm haha....excuses...,...i mean i love how Lee Hana has such kind n friendly yet reserved vibe to her...now for your analyzation purpose...see the difference of vibe they carry in their instagram accounts: Kang Kwonjoo VS Mo Taegu (even their display pics already show the contrasting vibes and look at him seeming like he enjoyed his role so much...i hope not too much to the point of...yknow...T^T)

Let's talk a little about the song choice...Roller Coaster's Can't Hide It

....sigh....it's the song that brought me to Roller Coaster...one day in the distant past when i was looking for new songs to listen to....randomly trying music at a couple youtube channels dedicated to older Korean rock/indie artistes. i stumbled upon this song n it's definitely love at first sound. So, cool!!!! ><...for this video...i actually wanted to use a lesser known song that doesn't have music videos...but the vibe of this song...strongly fits the vibe i'm looking for, it has this stylish, suspenseful, haunting, thrilling sound/feel to it....and after i look up the lyrics...i definitely know i need to use this song. it's about a thrilling feelings of mysterious secret love that can't be hidden anymore with the repeat questioning of whether it's a secret between the two.

I'm on the verge of translating for this song though...so if you're interested...feel free to stalk my youtube a few more days maybe.

trivia: for those who don't know...this is the band of Lee Hyori's husband, and he composed this song together with the singer who also penned the lyrics.

This is the first time i use the same song for a video 17 minutes...although recently i did sth close enough...using only two songs for vid of 24 mins.

Oh well...hoped you weren't too bored by the looping same song four times in a row...xD

ps: i see an article title saying bout they're considering second season(not confirmed)...but....how can there be a second season without Taegu? when the drama logics keep going south...it's Mo Taegu that keep things interesting...if there's a second season, they better bring him back to life or something...even if Kwonjoo narrated that he already died in mental institution....it's not that hard for him to make them get wrong information rite?....maybe that scene was what our hero n heroin imagined but the truth is...Taegu has strike a deal with all his new violent crazy friends in that hospital to collaborate in the future after creating some fake information like his death...idk...something like that? lol...
