APPEARANCE — A rather steampunk looking outfit that is easy to move in (kinda like this). Made of dark natural color so it's easy to blend in with the nature.  She is often seen in a short skirt with a longer end at the backside. A small clutch is fastened to her belt where she stores some potion, and her notebook with formulas. She wears goggles on her head like a hairband and long gloves, which are both needed to brew something new. She also carries a small dagger just in case, but would rather not use it.

PERSONALITY —

PERSONALITY — Hyunmi is the goodie two shoes who soon learned the art of pleasing people, whether it is her family members, instructors, friends, and even her enemies. This allows her to become a loyal and helpful comrade in people's eyes, not knowing of the dark plans lurking within her mind. She is friendly by nature, witty enough to get along with others, cheesy with her compliments, and naturally liked by many. She likes to say encouraging and positive things, which is again a reason people like to keep her by their side. At times she can be very persuasive and secretly manipulative, saying something for her own benefit but making it seem ideal for everyone's sake. She grew up being scammed multiple times (she grew up with goblins, what do you expect?), which allows her to be more cautious and skeptical of others. But she has a very high sense of justice, believing that rules were made for a reason. And whoever breaks the rule of the Goblins meant they were against her. 

She can be quite controlling and bossy, asking others for their opinions, before making the final decision on her own. She later learns to submit to Woohyun after seeing her plans fail multiple times. To the ones close to her, she is very caring and protective. If anyone hurt her loved ones, she is not afraid to go completely psycho on the wrongdoers. Although she would rather not create a bloodbath and therefore works on creating poison that even the ones with high constitution can't fight against. Placed in the position of mentorship to the new players, she is much more patient, and reveals her naturally rather quiet side. 

TRIVIA —
- Despite believing money should be prioritized, she never spends her money on anything and is very very frugal
- She loves to play any kind of game. The battle for the Ephemeral Crown was a game in itself to her.
- She owns a pet baby dragon with Woohyun whom they call Mozarella
- The goggles she always wears were a present from Woohyun who got worried after she exploded way too many things
- Hates tension and conflict and would rather throw a lame joke to ease up the situation
- She plays the guitar, trying to learn how to be a bard to increase magical stats using music
- Hates numbers, and thereby memorizes her formulas based on visual colors rather than its name and chemical formula
- She let one of the other players drink poison, which led to her death, simply because the girl was crushing on Woohyun

— I  AM NOT ALONE.

FAMILY — Hyunmi's family has somewhat been close to the goblin's royal bloodline. Her parents are the duke and duchess, and have personal connections to the current king himself. Her brother Jang Dongwoo is one of the higher ranked general in command to lead the goblin troop. They have a very high sense of pride in their race, valueing it at all cost, and believing that Ephemerus should only be led by those who knows the true value of wealth. When she volunteered as a participant to the game, her family couldn't have been more proud, unwilling to accept her if she were to lose.

FRIENDS — The entire Goblin team that participated in the game and reigned victorious were her closests friends. The four of them planned to enter the game together, knowing their teamwork would be top notch. They are Nam Woohyun, Kim Kibum, Jung Nicole, and herself. They attended combat classes together since a very early age and immediately got along well which blossomed into their current tightness. They may bicker a lot, but it is only a form of affection.

ENEMIES —The other races don't really hate her, but neither do they love her. After the game, others are aware of her cunning nature behind her sweet looking exterior. Rather than hatred, they are more cautious knowing what she was capable of. She is not particularly fond of the wendigo due to the tales of their cannibalism and much rather stay away.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT EPHEMERUS' FOUR YEARS RULING SYSTEM?
It is rather weird since we keep changing the system every time a new ruler is announced. The Goblins just need to keep winning the game forever. Do you see how prosperous and wealthy our land have become after our current king took the throne? 

WHAT WAS YOUR PAST LIKE?
Since the day I learned how to talk, my parents enrolled me in combat classes. I had always known they wanted me to join the game to obtain the Ephemeral Crown someday, never letting me quit even though I suffered. But I endured since I saw many wrongs with our land while other races were ruling it. I then saw my mom working on potions since she was an alchemist too and found it more interesting. Then she started teaching me the art of alchemy, and here I am.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN THE BATTLE AND COMPETE FOR THE EPHEMERAL CROWN?
Eventhough the other races are nice and friendly people, they do not have what it takes to rule a nation. The human can keep harvesting our food, the elves can keep studying and finding new cures to diseases, the werewolves can keep training the best soldiers, and wendigos.. Why are they even here? But all this is useless if we have no funds. We need money! Only Goblins know how to get money at any cost, and invest it for a better future.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTH AND WEAKNESSES?
I can create any type of potion you need me to, which in a sense could be used to heal or inflict damage on other people. Just like during the games when I created a new poison that eliminated at least two other players. You don't see the elves creating a cure against that. Hah! I have tried to comebine magic and cast some spells on my brewing, but it hasn't been that successful, yet. Oh, my ability to create bombs was a surprise to many, including myself. it was a happy accident.

My weakness is that it would take some time to brew a potion.  I'm not that good at memorizing, so I need to carry my book with all my notes in it. I'm getting better at memorizing the formula though. Sometimes I fail and the mixture nearly exploded, which of course gives away our hideout. So one person had to stay and guard me while I was making potion.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRATEGIES IN THE BATTLE?
Act friendly and befriend people before stabbing them from the back. Some of the other players trusted me a little too much. I once got rid of all their food supplies and offered them a potion which I claimed could fill their hunger for 24 hours. It was poison, and they died soon after. After my cover was blown, I acted more as a supporter to my comrades. Woohyun was doing more of the fighting, Kibum worked on setting the trap, and Nicole channeled her inner magic. I made potions to strengthen their stats, heal their wounds, and made more bombs to aid our escape plans and so on. It worked, cause we won in the end~

SUMMARY — The charming top star among the Goblins who was known to make every girl swoon. He seems to knows just what to say at any given situation to win people's favor from different age groups whether it is a cheesy pickup line or a friendly remark. He is very protective over his loved ones, a natural born leader, and one who would rather think of others' wellbeing above his own. He is foolish like that. He likes to tease and prank people around him, Hyunmi being one of his favorite targets. Sometimes he can get quite cocky as a joke, which is just a thin line away from being serious. Can get quite insecure sometimes, needing constant attention to reassure he is loved.

He is exceptionally good at what he does, which is more towards the combat side of things. He has always been on the sneakier side, able to steal gold even from the instructors. He has done a lot of pick pocketing before to get soe extra gold. As an assassin, he has hidden blades within his gloves (much like in Assassin's Creed). He is very agile in a battle, not afraid to get his hands dirty.

— THIS IS LOVE.

FIRST MEETING — They knew each other ever since they had been kids and attended combat classes the first day. Kibum accidentally hit Hyunmi that day which resulted in her crying, and Woohyun came and defended her. Since that day, he had always been the day defending her. They always having a soft pot for the other, which they dismissed as regular friendship. But as they grew older, they started to get more drawn to each other, realizing they disliked  the other being close to others.

RELATIONSHIP — Woohyun is the only person who can control and clean up Hyunmi's mistakes, and she is the only person who can feed him the attention he craves wholeheartedly. During the times they played the games, they put their life on the line for each other, realizing their mutual feelings before they started dating. They are known to be cheesy with their affection to one another, which is an instant kill to other people. Even so, they display amazing and great teamwork which in turn benefits the players they are mentoring.
