FACE CLAIM  jeon minju
BACK UP FACE CLAIM  aoa chanmi

APPEARANCE
Chaeyoung has long blondish-orange hair that goes to the middle of her back. She also has long legs and an equally long torso, standing at a tall 169 cm and a healthy weight of 58 kg. She has nicely toned leg muscles from her years of track in high school and her going out for jogs whenever she has the time. She has smooth pale skin that stays mostly blemish free, expect the occassional stress zit every once in a while. She hardly wears any makeup, despite working at a cosmetics shop, and only ever puts some on her face when she has to go to work, or is somehow dragged out of the house.

STYLE  Honestly Chaeyoung doesn't dress up unless she absolutely has to. The only time when anyone will see her in a skirt and her one pair of black heels is when she has to go to work because of the dress code. Any other time she's sprouting loose fitting tank tops, oversized sweaters, and skinny jeans with one of her many pairs of sneakers and boots. Her hair is mostly up in ponytails, braids, or in a messy bun, but every once in a while she'll style it nicely or curl it and wear it down. As for sleepwear she'll wear whatever she thinks is comfortable, which is usually more loose fitting tank tops and yoga pants. She doesn't actually own any real pajamas.

PERSONALITY
— (+) active, caring, forgiving, objective, patient
— (=) competitive, mellow, private, quiet, self-conscious
— (-)  confused, delicate, obsessive, stiff, tactless

Chaeyoung is a very active girl, it's hard not finding her doing something. Cleaning, homework, working out, honestly it doesn't matter what it is just know that she's doing it. She's not one who cares to sit around doing nothing most of her day, and can even get a little restless at times so it's normal to see her taking a break from school work to do chores around the house just to be up and moving around instead of stuck at a desk. She's also quite caring, although it's not the typical kind where she's offering to help someone with their problems, its more along the tail end where if they need something done, and she's already there she'll do it for them. Doing laundry? She'll ask everyone she passes if they need something put in there so that way it gets done quicker and they don't have to worry about it. Some cooked dinner for everyone? She'll be the first to offer to clean up the kitchen, mostly since she can't do much cooking herself. Making a run to the grocery store? She'll pick up small items that the others need. She's always quick to forgive and isn't one for holding grudges. As long as that person apologizes one way or another, or simply makes an effort to show they're sorry all will be forgiven. Life's too short to spend all that time mad at someone, especially if they're living together. It's much better to kiss and make up, metaphorically of course.

She's quite good at being objective and is usually the mediator within her small group of friends since she's not one to become biased simply based on who's invovled. If it's her best friend causing a ruckus you can bet that Chaeyoung is going to be the first one on the scene and make sure that the girl apologizes no matter how close they are to one another. But she's also extremely patient, both with people and with situations. She doesn't get worked up or impatient and is usually seen sitting there waiting like the good girl she is. Although she can get a little ansty from sitting around too long and is always looking for something to occupy her time during those situations. She isn't one to just lose her temper and will get all the facts before deciding how to react. That being said Chaeyoung can be quite the little competitor, she blames all those years of track in high school. It can be a simple game of checkers and she will get so into it that it's almost hilarious. She doesn't mind if she loses, despite the initial pout when it happens but during she will take it 100% seriously no matter how small or trivial the matter may seem. However any other time she's more mellow and enjoys going with the flow. She doesn't need a lot to be content and is very low-maitenance, so it's easy to be around her.

Chaeyoung definitely likes to keep her things and worries private, mostly because she doesn't want to bother the others with her problems, but sometimes ends up coming across as secretive and hard to trust. It's not like that of course but that's how it comes across to others when they'll tell her some confidentally but she doesn't do the same it really makes them question their friendship with her. She's most of the time fairly quiet, save for the occassional stumble down the stairs, or yelp when someone accidently scares her, and unless someone sees her, they wonder if she's even home. She really isn't one to be loud, especially if sharing with others because one never knows what the other is doing and she doesn't want to distract them. Chaeyoung is extremely self-conscious and is constantly worrying about how she comes across to others. What was with that reaction? Did she say something wrong? What would be the best way to apologize? Was her reaction too over the top? Does that person think she's weird? Questions just like this are always going through her brain, and its easy to tell since she doesn't have a poker face what so ever, and although one may think they're helping her it only makes her wonder and worry more. Due to this she's constantly confused about everything. What does she want to do with her life? She doesn't know. Will she ever be able to truly accept and believe in herself? She doesn't know that either, and it's constantly eating away at her resolve and self confidence. It's these questions that are weighing down her shoulders and she has no idea on how to make it better. This constant state of confusion is eating away at her bit by bit.

Because of all of those factors Chaeyyoung is quite delicate, and just one comment here or another there can send the poor girl into a downward spiral of self loathing and depression. She's always trying to compensate for her mental fraility by being physically strong, and why she's constantly keeping herself busy. If she doesn't have time to think about all of these things then they won't plague her right? Of course that's not true and in actuality makes it worse since she never stops to think and come up with a solution to these problems, and talking to someone is completely out of the question. She couldn't possibly worry her friends with these issues, and talking to a stranger about it would only cause more stress, so she ends up bottling everything in the back of her mind struggling with these troubles on her own. Her constant worrying has made her obsessive with trying to make sure that she's not showing through the cracks, although to just about everyone its painfully obvious. Chaeyoung just cannot stop herself from always thinking about these, despite trying to keep them locked tight, and obsesses over keeping them secret. Do they know? Did they misinterpret what I said? How could they possibly figure it out? She can be quite stiff and tactless because of all of this consistantly nagging her and forgets how to act like a normal person. Someone could simply ask her a small question like "what would you like for dinner?" and she would jump back and yell something strange like "no!" before excusing herself with an apology and slapping herself lightly for being an idiot.

THERE'S MORE TO YOU THAN MEETS THE EYE...

PAST

Chaeyoung didn't start out as this constantly worrying, and awkward girl, oh no everything was perfectly fine when she was little. She was born to an upper middle class family and has two older brothers who were always looking after her while their parents were working. She had a nice average childhood, sure there were points when she would argue with her second older brother Hyunki, who was closer to her age, but they always found a way to make up though it was usually beccause Jaehyun, their eldest sibling, was there to threaten them when it took too long. She wasn't ever one of the typical girls who enjoyed make up and frilly clothese, she blames being raised by boys for this, and actively loved sports, especially track and soccer and was always home for family night, which were just Jaehyun, Hyunki, and herself sitting around the livingroom with pizza and popcorn making bets on their favorite teams with their chore lists for the week.

No the problem didn't rear its head until Chaeyoung was in high school, and she started track. Middle school had passed with only a slight issue of her going through puberty, and Jaehyun having no idea how to deal with it and several awkward phone calls to their mother, who was always away on business trips. A memory that Chaeyoung now laughs about and Jaehyun wishes she would never bring up ever again. But when she was scouted by the track coach during her first year, she was happy as she didn't have too many friends that were girls, mostly hanging around Hyunki and his stupid friends, and was excited at the thought of making a few of her own. However soon after she joined the team she realized something wasn't quite right. She caught herself stealing glances in the locker room, admiring her teammates bodies, and it terrified her. She knew it was't right in society's eyes, and she did her best to not do anything to draw attention to it, and buried it. However that pushed her away from the friends she wanted, because she was scared of being misunderstood. She stayed on the track team, as to not worry her brother.

She spent the rest of her time in high school keeping to herself, keeping her eyes in front of her at all times never straying even in the locker room, too scared that someone would notice and then she would be found out and hated for it. She also couldn't let the news get back to her brothers scared that they would also turn on her for it. When she graduated she decided that she was going to get a roommate near the college that she was going to go to. Jaehyun was happy with this, worried that his baby sister was getting more and more secluded as the years went by, and wished her the best of luck and a hug saying that if she needed anything he was only a phone call away. College started out okay, Chaeyoung had met her now best friend Nayoung, who goes by Nana, who is always there to remind Chae that it's okay to be who she is, but of course it falls on deaf ears, becasuse of course our little Chae just can't accept it as fact.

Chaeyoung had met her roommate Eunbyul through Nayoung, who swore up and down that they were going to get along great, similar interests, and they both were rather quiet so it was supposed to be the perfect pair right? Wrong. It started out okay like most things, but a few months in things started to get a little awkward. Not so much for Eunbyul, but for Chaeyoung. She was unaware that her roommate was so comfortable with herself that she would walk around in shorts and tank tops, which wouldn't cause anyone to have a problem, but for Chaeyoung it was. She found herself looking at her roommate more than she should have, and being the tactless child that she was Eunbyul had found out, and well she had a suspicion about the other girl, and had decided to confront her about it after a few months of silence, but it was obvious that eyes were on her whenever she came out of her room, and her suspicions became bigger when Chaeyoung couldn't even keep eye contact with her.

It wasn't that she had minded all that much, honestly she felt that it was quite the compliment that she was being stared at, and well she is friends with Nayoung who swung both ways herself, but when she had decided to talk about it with her roommate, Chaeyoung freaked. She was scared of what was going to be said, what she was sure was going to be said to her, and left before hearing the whole story. She couldn't possibly face this head on and found an ad for a share house that was nearby and she applied for it the first chance she could, because there was no way she could possibly face that rejection from anyone, and if she learned the truth it was only a matter of time before the news came to her brothers.

On Mondays and Wednesdays Chaeyoung's day starts out early she wakes up promptly at 6:30am and gets herself ready for her long day at school. She'll make sandwiches for all the other girls who also have to get up early, but are running late, and since sandwiches are the only thing she can make without too much difficulty that's what she does. She spends all day at school, with breaks inbetween at her favorite cafe near the campus, where she'll do her homework.

Tuesdays and Thrusdays are a bit different. Every other Tueday she'll go to Communication Design, and Design Theory, but by 2pm she's a free girl to do what she wants, which usually means hanging around the house, doing chores, or being dragged out by Nayoung who swears up and down that she's going to get her and Eunbyul to make up if its the last thing she does. Although it's plain to see that her goal is easier said than done, and it's the main reason why Chaeyoung will spend the majority of her time at the house or is out jogging. Thrusdays are the same only during the opposite time of the day.

On Fridays Chaeyoung has work at 2pm until 8pm, so the time inbetween she spends it catching up on homework, putting some time aside to get an episode or two in of her current drama. They are her guilty pleasure after all. After that she'll go to work and come back around 8:30pm and although she could go out, much to the nagging of her friends, she mostly comes home puts on her favorite pair of sweatpants and watches another episode of her drama.

Saturdays and Sundays follow the same pattern except the time that she's working which is 12pm to 5 pm. Every once in a while she'll go out with her friend from work Sowon, who also feels that her orange sherbert friend needs to get out more.

COLLAGE & MAJOR  She's currently enrolled in Hongik University and is majoring in Visual Communication Design

   YOU'RE NEVER ALONE...
FAMILY

Oldest Brother / Kim, Jaehyun / 30 / Overly Affectionate, Worrywart, Loving, Kind Hearted
Faceclaim: CNBlue Yonghwa
Jaehyun was the main man who took care of Chaeyoung, and often refers to her as his baby, complete with pulling embarrassing pictures of her and Hyunki out of his wallet. Even though there are ten years between them they're very very close, and he often drops by during his lunch breaks to bring Chaeyoung a packed lunch made with his love infront of everyone. He's always calling and messaging her just to make sure that his baby is okay, and that no one has wronged her.

Older Brother / Kim, Hyunki / 23 / Playful, Obnoxious, Loud, Easygoing
Faceclaim: Btob Sungjae
Hyunki isn't as doting as Jaehyun, it's not his style, but he does love his sister he just shows it in a more teasing kind of way. He's always messing with her about being not as girly as she should be, in which she'll respond that he could be more manly, but it's all in good fun. He also doesn't text as often, living his own life, but the three of them make time at least once a month to go out for lunch or something.

FRIENDS

Best Friend / Moon, Nayoung (Nana) / 20 / Outgoing, Pushy, Confident, Blunt
Faceclaim: Bestie Haeryung
Nayoung, or Nana as she likes to be called, dubs herself Chaeyoung's best friend and party council. She's always the one who is dragging Chaeyoung out of her hiding hole to 'have some fun' and open up. Being biual herself Nana is always trying to show her that it doesn't matter what gender she wants to go after and that no one really cares, and if she would just freaking meet with Eunbyul this whole mess would be resolved, but no of course Chae isn't up for it. One day Nana will get them together. She'd bet her partying fund on it, and then expects a huge thank you and a cake for it.

Friend / Han, Sanghyuk / 20 / Goofy, Absentminded, Foolish, Honest
If Chaeyoung was being 100% honest she couldn't tell you how Sanghyuk and her became friends. He just kind of showed up and stuck to her like glue and they've been friends ever since. Their relationship is a strange one because no one really knows how they get along, but they do. They share the same early morning classes, and will take turns on who brings coffe, alternating each day. He also tries to get her to see that no one really cares about her private life, and is very supportive.

Friend/Co-worker / Kim, Sojung / 21 / Friendly, Positive, Forgetful, Clumsy
Sojung is Chaeyoung's best work friend, and is also a big supporter of getting Chae outside to have fun! But unlike Nana she tries to take Chae out to places that she knows she would like and for the most part it works, it also helps Chaeyoung can't say no to her after they get off work at the same time.

OTHERS

The Best Barista Ever / Lee, Sungjong / 24 / Confident, Over the Top, Sarcastic, Flamboyant
Sunjong is the main barista who works at the cafe that Chaeyoung and her friends spend their free time inbetween classes at. Sungjong tells it how it is and doesn't spare a single detail on how he feels about the situation. But she doesn't have to even bother with ordering her coffe, he'll have it ready for her so it's nice and hot when she walks in, and likes to hear about the latest gossip. Needless to say he gets extra tips.

THE SHARE HOUSE

—Their Gracious Host  / Nam Yeji / 25 / Humorous, Eccentric, Inappropiate, Needy (neutral-positve)
Chaeyoung does like Yeji (and no it's not just because she's letting her stay in this big house) and she admires how she can just be herself without difficulty and doesn't seem to have any trouble with new people. However her flirty nature does tend to push Chaeyoung away from her. She really hopes that she's not making their host upset by this but she can't seem to bring herself to get closer.

— The Scarest Eighteen Year Old / Lee Minyoung / 18 / Adapable, Aggressive, Abrasive, Blunt (neutral-negative)
Chaeyoung would be lying if she said that Minyoung didn't intimidate her just a bit. Yes it's embarrassing to admit since she's the one who's technically older but what can she do? Anything that girl says is like a stab to the chest, so to avoid any kind of confrontation she just tends to stay out of the girl's way. She hopes that they can get along since Minyoung isn't a bad person, but Chaeyoung can't bring herself to make the first move.

— The Nicest Unnie  / Jung Yeseul / 29 /  Cheerful, Emotional, Dependant, Single Minded (positive)
Chaeyoung really likes Yeseul, though it's mosty because she reminds her of her eldest brother. She appreciates all of what Yeseul will do around the house when everyone else is at school, and really likes the sweet rolls she makes. She knows that if she needed something Yeseul would help her out, and likes that she's not intrusive and is just there as the quiet support that she needs.

— The Best Friend in the House / Jeon Jiwon / 20 / Creative, Insightful, Critical, Cautious (positive)
Chaeyoung probably gets along best with Jiwon. Their similar personalities makes it easy for Chaeyoung to approach the other girl. She really apprecaites her company and enjoys being around her. She also likes that Jiwon doesn't push anything too far, so she can be at ease for the most part, and of course she does the same in return. If Chaeyoung were to have a problem and needed someone to talk to Jiwon would be the first one she would go to, and hopes that Jiwon would do the same, otherwise she'll just end up feeling worse than she usually does.

— The Cute Baby / Wu Hanli / 18 / Adventurous, Naive, Nosy, Gullible (neutral-positive)
Chaeyoung doesn't spend a lot of time with Hanli, as they're both rather busy with their own schedules, but she does like and enjoy the younger girl's presence. She really admires how adventurous the girl is and how she's rather fearless coming to a completely different country away from her family. She does worry about the girl's naive and gullible nature and is always relieved when she comes home safe and sound.

— The One Who Hits too Close to Home / Kwon Rebekah / 24 / Passionate, Sensual, Inconsistant, Sassy (negative)
Rebekah is one who Chaeyoung tries to avoid the most in the house, and it has nothing to do with Rebekah herself. In fact she really admires how freelly she lives her life, however she cannot deal with the nonchalant way she flaunts around her uality and the uncomfortable questions she'll ask her. It reminds her too much of Eunbyul and why she ended up here in the first place so whenever she sees Rebekah she'll make something up to leave the room, and makes sure she's never alone long enough to start up a conversation.

— The Suprising Aquaintance  / Moon Kyungri / 19 / Mature, Aloof, Arrogant, Aggressive (neutral-positive)
One would think that Kyungri and Chaeyoung wouldn't get along or that she would be intimidated by the other gir's strong personality, however these two have some sort of unspoken understanding of one another. Kyungri doesn't want someone who'll bother her studies, and Chaeyoung can't handle someone poking and prodding her for answers and neither one of them crosses those boundries so they get along better than anyone would have expected.

— The Playful Younger Friend  / Song Hyerim / 19 / Social, Carefee, Impatient, Impulsive (positive)
Although the two don't have too much in common they do get along with each other. Chaeyoung really enjoys the other girl's engery and is super jealous about how upbeat and carefree the other girl is. She wishes she could be more like that, there are times when she needs to back away from the other girl, the engery just being too much for her but does have a good relationship with her.

— The Roomate who Notices Everything  / Jung Hyeonju / 25 / Modest, Observant, Bad Tempered, Unambitious (neutral-positive later positive)
Hyeonju was someone who at first Chaeyoung didn't know how to react and act around. She was always so nervous that she was going to say something wrong and upset the older girl, something that she really didn't want to do considering they were roommates, but later on afterliving together for a while Chaeyoung came to see that although she was bad tempered she was easy to talk to. However the fact that the other girl is so observant still freaks Chaeyoung out as she feels those eyes noticing everything, and is terrified that she will be the one to call her out.

— The Unnie Not to Bother  / Hong Jihyun / 23 / Charasmatic, Passionate, Arrogant, Blunt (neutral-negative)
If there was someone who Chaeyoung would apologize to just for walking into the same room as them it would be Jihyun. For some reason she feels that the other girl doesn't like her presence and does her best not to get in her way or annoy her in any sense of the word, although she does feel like shes doing exactly that when she apologizes for something stupid like walking into the livingroom that she's sitting in, but Chaeyoung can't help herself.

— The One Who's Hard to Understand  / Seomun Jihae / 21 / Relaxed, Decisive, Childish, Greedy (neutral-negative)
Chaeyoung can't understand how Jihae is the way she is, not that she's judging of course, but she still cannot find a way to find any common ground with the other girl, and thus usually ends up putting her foot in from the babbling and word vomit that comes out and then apologizing and worrying for the enxt several days that she upset the other girl though Jihae definitely doesn't care too busy living her own life so Chaeyoung, much like she does with Jihyun and Minyoung, avoids Jihae to avoid any kind of situation like that from happening.

— The One Who's Easiest to Understand   / Han Jimin / 25 / Honest, Soft-Spoken, Naive, Insecure (neutral-positive later positive)
Jimin would be the second person in the house, the first being Jiwon, who Chaeyoung would get along wtih the most. At first it was definitely awkard since the both of them are awkward humans in their own special ways and it took a bit for them toget over it to talk to one another and find that they actually aget along pretty well and became each others support during times where the other needed it, still of course in their own awkward way.

PERSONALIY

— (+) Decisive, Genuine, Open, Vivacious
— (=) Casual, Cute, Stubborn, Whimsical
— (-)  Childish, Compulsive, Impatient, Petty

Eunbyul is a very descisive girl, and she knows what she wants and will do what it takes to make sure she gets it. She hardly often changes her mind once it's made up and is quite strong willed and isn't strayed from her path easily, no matter how difficult it may be because you have to work for what you want, and she's prepared to do just that. She's also genuine and sincere. If she says something you can bet that she means every word and isn't just saying it to look good. She's not the kind of girl to beat around the bush and will be 100% straigth with you, whether you wanted it or not. Eunbyul has nothing to hide, and will answer everything openly, even if it's some stranger on the street. She keeps an open mind about a lot of things, since one never knows what's good and bad until they experience it. Never judge a book by it's cover right? This girl is like the sun she's so vivacious. Stick her in a room with a bunch of random people and she can make friends with all of them. It's hard not to smile when she's around because of her happy and bubbly nature.

She's very much outgoing and enjoys being around people. Eunbyul is very laidback and casual. She'll sometimes get in trouble for being too informal if she's not careful since she doesn't care much for the whole age/senority thing and thinks everyone should be on the same playing field. Some are a little turned off by this but honestly she doesn't care that much and will usually brush it off with a hair flip and a smile. Honestly speaking she's very cute, both with her actions and her facial expressions. She expresses herself not just with words but her body, jumping around, pouting, shaking her head quickly, and making odd noises, it's hard not to find her both adorable and annoying.

Eunbyul is beyond stubborn. Once her mind is set on something nothing and I mean nothing will get her to change it. Someone could tell her if she kept going the world was going to end and she would still follow through with it. If she doesn't get her way she becomes a child and will pout and annoy you with it until there's nothing left to do but give in and just let her have her way, and she'll immediately turn back into the happy and bubbly girl she is on the outside. She's aslo emmensely petty, and will throw a fit over the dumbest things. Take a bite of her donut without permission? She'll ignore you for a week and then expects you to replace it in full and apologize for wronging her. Yes it's ridiculious but that's Eunbyul, and her friends have learned to live with it.

She's definitely an act first and think later kind of girl. If something gets stuck in her mind and it sounds good at the time she's going to do it, and them regret it immediately afterwards. Her conpulsive behavior knows no bounds, and no she doesn't learn after each lesson, but she also thinks of each one as an experience that she possibly couldn't have had if she didn't do it right then. So it's not hard to believe that Eunbyul is about as impatient as they come. Waiting in lines? They drive her crazy and she'll be pouting the whole time. Don't even try to tell her to wait because it won't happen. She will follow asking questions the entire time. Despite all of this she's still fun to be around and her whimsical and playful attitude is hard not to enjoy. She's definitely the life of the party and knows how to lighten the mood and have everyone smiling and having a good time.

NICKNAMES

— byulie / nana calls her this because she makes up nicknames for everyone and will later be adopted by chaeyoung and sanghyuk.
— pouty / chaeyoung will start calling her this when they get closer because Eunbyul pouts way too much, mostly when she doesn't get her way.

SUMMARY

Eunbyul was born on March 1, 1995 to a very open family. Seriously she talked to her parents about everything under the sun. As long as she was responsible she could go out and do what she wanted, unless her grades slipped then she had to be reeled back in. But other than that she didn't have a bad upbringing. She was defiinitely spoiled, and it shows even now. She became friends with Nana while still in high school, and they dated for a while experimenting, but soon realized they were too alike and it wasn't going to work out so they went back to being close friends just like that. It was after that she knew 100% that she liked both guys and girls, and simply accepted it with a happy smile and and says "Now I can have the best of both worlds."

FIRST MEETING

Eunbyul's and Chaeyoung's first meeting was awkward. Well it was awkward for Chaeyoung, Eunbyul just thought the other girl was adorable. They met through Nayoung, who's plan wasn't just to get Chae to meet new people it was definitely to get her to accept herself and well she figured her outspoken high school friend would be the perfect person to do just that. Only Chaeyoung was in the dark about the 'main reason' she was just grateful that she could have a roommate and the rent was cheap enough and the walk wouldn't be so bad. Nayoung decided that it would be better if they met at their usual cafe and like always Chaeyoung showed up way earilier than she needed to. Sungjong was there to tell her to calm down it's really not that big of a deal, and gave her a muffin on the house, a rare but greatly appreciated gesture. Nayoung showed up a while later, apologizing about being late and immediately went into talking abut why she was late. Apparrently there was this really hot guy who was crossing the street or something, Chaeyoung wasn't exactly sure she knew how they went, and has learned to only listen half heartedly to the stoires.

It was in the middle of the oh so intersting story that Eunbyul finally showed up, and with a grand entrance. She walked in as if she owned the place, and gained everyone's attention. Chaeyoung could only stare as the girl strut right on over to their table and gave Nayoung a hug, but quickly turned her attention to her coffee and muffin, worried that she was staring too much. Eunbyul noticed of coure but didn't say anything finding the nervousness amusing. She had heard about the girl who would soon be sharing her apartment, and was intrigued by her. Thorought the enitre meeting Chaeyoung didn't say much and only answered the questionos that she was asked. It was obvious that she was uncomfortable, and that she wasn't sure how well this was going to work out, but she needed a place and this was her best option right now. Also it was Nayoung who set this up and she wouldn't do anything that terrible right? She was her best friend after all and no matter how pushy and demanding she can be she wouldn't to her, well that's what Chaeyoung had hoped when she agreed to move in with a complete stranger Nayoung could visit and Eunbyul seemed nice so nothing bad could possibly happen.

RELATIONSHIP

Everything seemed alright at first, Eunbyul didn't bother her, despite her coming in at all hours of the evening, but Chaeyoung could deal with that, she had plenty of practice with Hyunki sneaking out when they were kids. For the most part they got along and accepted one another's boundries. Except Chaeyoung didn't know that her new roommate was so comfortable with herself that she would walk around in nothing but shorts and tank tops, and that was a problem. It was the high school locker room all over again, and she couldn't stop herself from looking, especially when the other girl literally crossed her path several times in a course of an hour. It started out with glances here and there without even thinking about it, which then turned into longer stares. But of course that wasn't the main problem no the problem at hand was that she was slowly starting to look beyond the nice body that her roommate had, and was quickly developing feelings for her. That was the problem.

There was no way she could possibly have feelings for a girl, and she was going to make sure that it didn't happen. It wasn't that she thought it was wrong, she was more she was scared of how her family, mostly her brothers would react if they found out the truth. She couldn't possibly deal with that rejection and so after just about seven months of living together, Chaeyoung moved out and away as quickly as she could without a goodbye but left her half of the rent for that month and the next as an apology. She moved into the share house, and though living with even more girls was difficult, but because she was now more preoccupied with keeping her crush a secret, and focused on school and work it was a nice distraction. However she still had both Nayoung and Eunbyul to explain to and honeslty she wasn't ready for that.

Eunbyul was at first confused when she came home to an empty apartment, and then after she found the note she was insulted and concerned. Did she go too far? Sure teasing the girl was fun, and she was completely adorable but she didn't think she had gone too far with it. She was also upset that Chaeyoung didn't just tell her straight up, she didn't have to move out if her teasing was the problem. They could have worked something out without all of this unnecessary drama. She planned on getting an answer out of the other girl but couldn't seem to find her, which only pissed her off and although Nayoung tried to help her many many times there was just no getting to Chaeyoung, so she had to devise a new plan. There were three places that she could meet up with the younger girl. Work, but even Eunbyul wasn't that terrible and knew that if she did that it would only end in disaster, the cafe, which she already tried doing but the blonde barista wasn't much help and she knows he was doing it on purpose the jerk, and then that left her new home. Only problem she didn't have the slightest idea where that could be.

Chaeyoung did everything she possibly could to avoid running into Eunbyul, which soon turned into having to avoid her best friend who was still trying to get them togehter and work out the argument that they had, but there wasn't one so there's nothing to work out. Yes she knew she was being a coward, and that she was being a child, but she couldn't help it. So when Jaehyun popped up out of the blue at the share house one day she was confused, and even more worried since he never shows up uninvited. They went out for lunch and that's when he asked her waht was going on. He could tell something was wrong through the phone calls and wanted to help. The concern only made Chaeyoung feel worse but with all the built up stress she couldn't contain it anymore and spilled the beans about everything, why she changed in high school, how she figured out she prefered girls, how she ran away from a perfectly good roommate because of a crush, and most importantly how she had been scared that he would find out and hate her for it. Imagine her surprise when all she got was a big hug, and her hair completely messed up from Jaehyun ruffling it. She was even more shocked that he wasn't surpised and reacted so casually to it all. Chaeyoung was a lot of things subtle and discreet however she is not, and he noticed it quickly but waited for her to tell him. He felt terrible that his baby was so beat up over it but was here now to tell her that its okay and whatever makes her happy makes him happy.

He did though tell her that she had to go and explain to Eunbyul what really made her leave, and whatever she wanted to do after that Jaehyun would be there to support her all the way. Chaeyoung knew he was right but honestly she really didn't want to do it. After all this time of ignoring her how could she possibly react well at all? When she had gotten back to the house some of the girls were there smiling, since they all knew one way or another and offered her pats on the back and vague encouraging words, making Chaeyoung wonder if they had all talked to her brother when she wasn't around, which wouldn't suprirse her, but it helped her make up her mind and resovle for once to tell her.

CONCLUSION

The only question was to how was she possibly going to explain herself in a way that was easily understood, which for Chaeyoung is easier said than done. She didn't even know where to begin but that's where her trusty best friend Nayoung comes in of course. She was more than happy to be of assistance and even set up the meeting at the park near their university. Much like their first meeting Chaeyoung showed up early and ended up pacing around waiting for Eunbyul, half worried that she wouldn't show, and was surprised when she suddenly in front of her with the same confident smirk as their first meeting as well.
"So are you finally going to ask me out?"
Chaeyoung blinks at the question and shakes her head. "Huh what?"
Eunbyul's smirk widens and she twirls a strand of hair nonchanlantly. "Was I too quiet? That's why you're here right to ask me out and apologize for ditching with nothing but a note and some cash. Then ignoring me for months, it's not every nice you know."
"I-I did come to apologize but I don't know an-nything about asking you out."
"Oh? Guess I'll just have to do it myself. Apology accepted. Meet me here tomorrow at noon and we'll meet up for lunch. See ya and don't be late~" Eunbyul calls out blowing a kiss at Chaeyoung and laughs at the blush that was on the other girl's cheeks.

That meeting wasn't exactly how Chaeyoung had planned it would go and Eunbyul's reaction only left her more confused, but for the first time she wasn't worrying about it to the max, and was actually a little excited at the thought. She definitely wasn't as tense anymore and relaxed more. Their first date was still an awkward affair, but it wouldn't be right if it wasn't. Eunbyul is the one pulling the relationship along, but Chaeyoung, though she has no clue on what she should be doing, she's having a lot more fun and is looking forward to the new things that each day has to offer. She chose to stay at the share house however, because although she does enjoy exploring the new relationship she's in, Chaeyoung would be lying if she said she didn't need a break from Byul every once in a while because she can be a bit too much to take in all at once.

IF YOU HAVE A PET, PLEASE SEND ME A PICTURE, THEIR NAME, THEIR PERSONALITY, AND EXACT INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CARE FOR THEM IN THE EVENT THAT YOU WOULD BE AWAY FROM THE HOUSE.  I pout a little and shake my head again. HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN AND COOK? WHAT TYPES OF FOOD DO YOU COOK?  "I don't cook often. I can make a mean pot of ramen noodles, I'm pretty hopeless in the kitchen honestly." I scratch the back of my neck laughing a little embarrassed. "I do like to keep my area clean though so if you ever need any help with that I'm your girl!
