PERSONALITY :

▸ At first glance, Yara appears a very outgoing and vivacious child. However, she is no child, despite often acting like one. She is everyone's little sister and people want to protect her. Having grown up in an environment where everyone tends to take care of her, Yara grew up careless and confident, knowing she always has a safety net and that she can do whatever she wants. She likes playing, making jokes and is often seen laughing with people, sometimes total strangers as she is quick to make new friends. Yara is a social butterfly and she enjoys the attention despite the fact she dislakes being underestimated and reduced to only "a little sister character".

▸ Yara has a short attention span and easily gets distracted as well as forget what she is doing when something more interesting comes along. A slightly dim-witted person, Yara finds studying to be extremely difficult because it's just not fun and she can't concentrate. Because of her easily distracted mind, it is pretty easy to get Yara to do what you want. Make it seem fun, give her goal, just like a game and watch her clean the house in a record time, or throw the barbage out wearing flippers. She has this unexpected competiveness that most children have because winning makes a game funnier. She doesn't care for prize or recognition, she just likes to have fun.

▸ Yara hates wasting her time and waiting. She is extremely impatient and tend to get all sorts of habits like tapping her foot, rolling her eyes and playing with her nails. Those habits tend to significate her impatience as well as provide some kind of minor entertainment for her. Yara likes when things are changing and react well to surprises. This desire for excitement makes Yara afraid that she will miss out on something. She wants to be everywhere and do everything, but she knows that is not realistically possible. She gets blue when she hears people talk of exciting things she missed but also get all dreamy and happy for the person. She always attempt to live day by day but always end up with the head in the clouds, wanting to do all those things she can only dream of. A very creative person, Yara has kept the imagination of a child and can always find ways to entertain herself, stories to tell and ways to get out of any situation.

▸ Yara never lets herself be down for too long. Quite the cheerful girl, she will immediately bounce back from a failure. This includes love trouble as well. She is known to have had multiple crushes on various boys and men, including people she only met once. It is said that every boy she crushes on will become extremely lucky in love and it isn't rare for a boy she likes to start dating some other girl a week after she starts liking him. Whenever she confesses, she is told that she is only seen as a little sister figure and just doesn't seem girlfriend material. Yara gets sad for a few minute and then immediately starts pursuing a new love. She tend to like a boy until she is either rejected or until he starts dating someone. She has absolutely no interest in someone with a girlfriend and Doyeon has stated maybe she only likes to have crushes and chase after boy rather than genuinely want to date. Few people know that Yara tends to feel really hurt whenever she is rejected, because she was devoted to her crush but also has trouble dealing with rejection, and will internalize all her pain. She just puts that pain in a corner and go back to being happy because that is what she is best at but she can't help but wonder if one day the pain will be too much for even her to handle.

▸ Yara is a curious girl and quite the chatterbox. She is so quick to make friends and everyone seems to like her because she is genuinely interested in what people have to say. She is a great listener because she can never consider human interaction to be boring, in fact it's always a bit different and exciting. This makes her a popular person at her work since she will ask customers about what they are buying and for what reason. Whenever one of her friend feels down, Yara will attempt to give some sort of advice as best as she can. She doesn't have a lot of life experience and she always seem to oversimplify matters, but her simple pieces of advice are quite popular because they always ring true. It is a bit of a mystery whether Yara is wise or not. Opinions varies.

BACKGROUND :　

▸ Yara is a student in her last year of high school. She goes to a public high school and the teachers always tell her she needs to dye her hair back to black because it's not proper for a student. She always voluntarily forgets to do it. She is an average student and hates most of her classes except History. She finds it fascinating how History is literally a story. After school, she will work part-time at a flower shop 3 days a week, which she keeps a secret from the school because it is forbidden for students to work part-time.

They are both very playful together and enjoy spending time talking and laughing and even pulling prank if they can. Although Stella is older, Yara doesn't seem to have any problem communicating because Stella is pretty young in her heart.

He is Yara's favorite teacher and the only one who sincerely seem to care about her well being as well as her future. He often calls Yara to his office so they can discuss her behaviour. At first, she thought he would be telling her off for violating the dress code as well as working part-time and dyeing her hair, but he told her that kids should have fun while they are young. It's their secret and that made him the best teacher ever in Yara's eyes. He is often the one who has to scold her, asked by other teachers, but he pretends to do it and just lets her off easy. She has a small crush on him and blushes whenever he tells her something only she knows and whenever he pays her a compliment. So far, he hasn't yet been lucky in love like all the other crushes of Yara, which leads Yara and Doyeon to theorize that maybe he won't and he's The One.

Yara's best guy friend. She has never thought about going out with him and he has never thought about going out with her so they get along well in a platonic friendship. Hansol and Doyeon know the thruth about Yara being an hybrid and they promised they would never tell. Hansol jokes sometimes that Yara should crush on him so he can find himself a nice girlfriend.

Doyeon is Yara's favorite friend, her BFF. Doyeon likes to hatch plans for various things and always end un enlisting Yara and Hansol in her crazy scheme. Doyeon might be the epitome of a high school girl. She likes to gossip and has good grades without even working hard, but has a lot of pressure from her parents to do even better. Doyeon isn't allowed to go out that much and states she lives through Yara's life. They do hang out a bit during school and weekends. Doyeon was the first one Yara told about her hybrid identity, after the girls decided there would be no secret between them. Doyeon thinks Yara's hybrid form is cute and promised she would never tell anyone.

He was a senior and Yara had a big crush on him that lasted almost 6 months before she finally confessed. He has now graduated to university and rumor has it he found himself a girlfriend during the first week.

An underclassman of Yara that goes to the same school. She became infatuated with the boy when she was visiting the History club, deciding whether or not to join. He was sweet and always smiling and she thought he was very charming and for once felt older, which was nice. In the moment she decided she liked him, during the visit, a girl confessed to him and he started dating her in front of Yara's surprised eyes. She ended up not joining the club, not for that reason, but because she was already too busy with her part-time job.
