FACECLAIM   laboum yulhee (ioi sejeong).
STYLE
school rules ♦  she's restricted to wearing her uniform; a white blouse and a blazer, skirt and bow of the same colour. she'll have her own touch to the template outfit, however. while other girls would be wearing their skirt as short as possible, mirae would wear hers thigh-lengthed and you'd see black tights reaching her knees. she always wears the same pair of worn-out white sneakers. her hair would be in a ponytail, fringe nearly covering her eyes and she won't be spotted without a bright-coloured watch worn on her right wrist. on her left wrist, she'd be wearing black hairbands — y'know, just in case.
out and about ♦  mirae's fashion sense is very boyfriend-like, not feminine the slightest. she'd rather choke than wear a skirt or a dress and she literally shops for clothes in the men section. she can wear any colour but she can't stand designs, especially floral and anything with ruffles. she likes wearing t-shirts and plaid shirts and when it's colder, she'll wear a plain shirt underneath a hoodie or a cardigan. she likes loose ripped jeans and cargo shorts. her favourite shoes are either her black combat boots or her white high-top converse. she doesn't go off without her jewelry too; she has a collection of black and white cord bracelets and necklaces. she also likes wearing (stealing) hoseok's pink baseball cap and his beanies.
homeland ♦  in her house, there's no such thing as fashion in mirae's dictionary. she enjoys the freedom to be ugly in her home and uses it to the max. she'll just steal one of her brothers' shirts which would be two sizes too big on her and sweatpants or cotton shorts with her favourite duck-patterned socks. she likes to sleep in as less clothes as possible, so you'd see her sprawled on her bed in a tank top and really short shorts.
 welcome to mirae's closet!
EXTRAS  mirae stands average at 165 cm and weighs 55 kg — despite her active eating habits, she's blessed with the capability to maintain a slim figure. err, excluding her chubby chipmuk cheeks, but it's cute so it's okay. she has one piercing each on both ears and changes her earrings weekly; her earrings are always black or white. she likes to doodle on her arms though, so expect a lot of marker tattoos that wash away once she showers.

PERSONALITY_TRAITS
yay me! ♦  vivacious, affectionate, fearless, optimistic, understanding
nay me... ♦  irresponsible, reckless, overdramatic, insecure, impatient
PERSONALITY
let's meet kang mirae!
first of all, mirae is a lot of energy packed into one person. she's so lovable, lively and animated; she's full of smiles and joy, someone who always tries to look at the brighter side. she's super weird and random, her mind works in the most creative of ways that even when people don't understand her, they'd be impressed by her. she smiles and laughs all the time like she doesn't have a problem in the world. she's not a tomboy, nor is she of the girly ones — she's somewhat in the middle, leaning more towards being boyish (growing up with two brothers influence her lifestyle and taste). she sits with her legs spread open, doesn't care about her appearance and gets along better with boys than girls. she's also someone with a whole lot of love in her heart; she's all for skinship and expressing her love through both words and actions. she's a reliable person, her arms are always open for a hug and she's always ready to offer you her shoulder if you need someone to talk to. she doesn't judge people and accepts everyone for who they are.
but even a human sun like mirae has her dark side too. with such a soft heart, despite being full of positivity, she's very sensitive and insecure — the smallest things people say can make her think so deeply until she reaches the bottom pit of hell. she tends to be overdramatic; she's not used to having people dislike her, so when someone doesn't reply to her hi or doesn't smile back at her, she'll immediately launch into a conspiracy theory of why the person hates her. she tends to think very lowly of herself and she has a very low self-esteem. although she's sensitive, she doesn't voice out her concerns which hurts her even more. she prefers to keep her problems to herself, not wanting to trouble others. even when someone makes her cry at night, she'll keep on treating that person normally, not wanting to have bad blood with anyone at all.
mirae's also a very reckless person; she's very messy and is super careless. she has the memory span of seven seconds and isn't good at organising herself. she has a mind of her own, too, in the sense that she only does what she wants to do. she does follow most of the school rules, but that's by choice. she may be kind and polite, but she's quite the rebel — she's not much of a rule-follower and always finds her way around to do things the way she wants to. even when she gets in trouble, she isn't scared, she knows how to charm people (even the principal) into letting her off the hook. it's hard to get mad at her after all. she's impatient as well as she's lazy, she wants the easy way out of everything and the only time she actually works hard is when she's doing something she really loves.
SCHOOL_LIFE
mirae's just your ordinary schoolgirl who's a bit popular for being friendly with everyone and making the school proud with her art competition achievements. she's a favourite person of her classmates and her teachers as she always brightens up their days with her laughable antics. as she entered senior year, she became the president of the art club and vice president for the school's track and field team. she scores slightly below average and her workbooks are full of wrong answers, so to make it up to her teachers who have taught her tirelessly, she makes sure to at least send her work on time. she also has a reputation with the discipline teacher for always making it into the school compound barely one minute before the bell rings — don't blame her, she goes to school via subway and her alarm isn't so... functional. she's the laziest when it comes to cleaning, so she usually choose the easiest work which is throwing the trash out while on her way home.
sad thing about mirae's school life is how some people treat her; many of her friends take her for granted. they make harsh jokes and bully her without the intention of hurting her, since she doesn't respond negatively. they don't know how sometimes all the joking about how weird she is or how she has a pathetic life really effects her.
LIFE_STYLE
mirae lives with her family in a three-bedroom apartment on the sixth floor in block b, somewhere in seoul. she has a small-sized room all to herself; a single bed pushed to the wall beneath the window, a two-doored closet and a cupboard taking up the wall beside the door, a study table against the wall opposing her bed. her white-painted walls are full of her drawings and paintings from when she first started into arts at the age of three. there's a small bedside table by her bed with her nighlight, a framed family picture and the current manhwa she's reading.
her weekdays are full of school and when she's free, she either spends it on art or reading comics. she helps her mother with cooking dinner and they'd watch tv together afterwards. her saturdays are spent at her art class and sundays are spent either with her brothers who go home for the weekend or minhyuk; a movie, tv or video games all day long. when her brothers are too busy to come back home or minhyuk isn't available, she'll spend her weekend crying over big bang's perfection. prior to eunwoo coming to life, she doesn't work anywhere because myungjun doesn't allow it; he gave her a loooong lecture about what ifs when she brought up the suggestion that she could start working.
on her off-days, she sleeps late and wakes up late.
...wait, scratch that, she does that even on schooldays. hehe.

TRIVIAS
♦ her favourite colour is black.
♦ she loves juices and tea, hates coffee and milk.
♦ she loves eating and most of the time, she simply eats out of boredom — she's also kinda addicted to chocopies, you'll see her munching on one whenever she has nothing to do.
♦ she loves, loves, loves big bang.
♦ she likes hot weathers but at the same time, enjoys playing in the rain.
♦ coming across one of her brothers' comics when she was two was what got mirae into art — she was so amazed by the illustrations that she started doodling on the walls and in her brothers' workbooks. doodles became drawings and a hobby became her passion.
♦ she started attending professional art lessons every saturday when she was eight.
♦ she can draw in any style; manhwa, cartoon, etc.
♦ she also enjoys painting and colouring — she has become an expert of putting colours together.
♦ she doesn't like to read books but she loves comics — she reads all genres, but her favourite is horror as she likes the thrill and is always in for a surprise. she fell in love with horror manhwas when she was nine, as she got bored of all the hand-me-downs from her brothers which were mostly fantasy and action.
♦ she doesn't get scared easily, unlike her two big brothers, they often get shocked by her drawings of ghosts and monsters (inspired by the comics she reads) when they go into her room and once, myungjun got so concerned that he asked their mother to call an exorcist.
♦ her father was involved in a multiple-vehicle collision on a rainy day when he was on his way to the supermarket when she was thirteen — he passed away on the spot and it really effected the kim family as he was a family man who loved his wife and children dearly.
♦ the last thing mirae's father said to her the last time they met was "i really hope you become an artist someday" as at the time, mirae was sketching in the living room. ever since, she became determined to make her dad's wish come true.
♦ she has never had a boyfriend before and if she ever wishes to have one, there are three stages that the guy must pass before they could start dating: level 1 — minhyuk, level 2 — hoseok, level 3 — the boss aka myungjun.
♦ she prefers reading the book comics more than webtoons; her bookshelf is full of comics.
♦ as she's a very sentimental and heartfelt person, she tends to make emotional connections with the characters in the comics she reads — she'll give them nicknames, draw various fanarts of them and talks about them like they're real humans to other people. this is where mirae's nickname for eunwoo, eungie, came from.
♦ despite having lost her father, her family's financial matters are stable; they aren't filthy rich nor are they poor. her mother owns a restaurant and her father left a lot of money in the bank for them, so they have just enough to live well.
♦ her mother's a very loving and sweet person; she's quick to accept eunwoo as a member of the family and is one of the people who approve if mirae wants to make him her boyfriend.
♦ some nights, she crawls into her mother's bed to sleep with her and makes her mother sing a lullaby to her until she falls asleep.
♦ after eunwoo expressed his guilt for being another mouth to feed, mirae persuaded myungjun to allow her to work at the 24-hour convenience store nearby. myungjun was reasonable enough to allow it with the condition she never goes to work alone (pls, it's not like eunwoo would leave her) and now she works at the store on saturday and sunday night, making just enough to support eunwoo alone.

RELATIONSHIPS
♦ prince one ♦
kang hoseok (fc jung hoseok) / twenty-two / uni. student; track and field
hoseok's the older one among the twins, making him the eldest out of the three siblings. all three of them have the same bright and cheerful personality, but out of the twins, hoseok's the calmer and more patient one. he's sweet, understanding, gentle and softspoken. mirae goes to him for advice and he's the shoulder she cries on.
he trusts mirae to the point that he believes eunwoo's a manhwa character without doubting it the slightest. he's very fond of eunwoo and totally approves if eunrae happens.
♦ prince two ♦
kang myungjun (fc kim myungjun) / twenty-two / uni. student; music
myungjun's the younger twin by twenty-eight minutes. just like his brother and sister, he's all smiles and sunshine. what makes him different from hoseok is that myungjun's the louder and ill-tempered one. he may be cheerful, but he's also confrontational and very defensive. he's playful, loves to play tricks on mirae and the two fight all the time. but at the same time, he's extremely protective of his sister and mirae can always depend on myungjun for protection.
hence, myungjun's very wary of eunwoo and thinks the manhwa-character-come-to-life story is bs. he doesn't trust eunwoo and will watch eunwoo like a hawk when the guy's around mirae.
♦ bestie for life and after ♦
park minhyuk / eighteen / high school student
minhyuk and mirae go a long way back; it all started in kindergarten when minhyuk pushed mirae off the see-saw during playtime and rather than crying about it, mirae climbed on him and nearly ripped all his hair off. their teacher had to call their parents and after they were forced to apologise to each other, they started playing in the sandbox together and all bad vibes were forgotten and they'd been inseperable ever since. minhyuk's the opposite of mirae; he's quiet, reserved and expressionless, only smiling and laughing when he's with mirae. he's a mysterious guy to most, but mirae knows him inside out.
though mirae's nearly friends with everyone, minhyuk will always be her number one, especially since they sit together in class and their families are close, too. minhyuk is pretty much the only guy myunugjun allows to be near mirae. don't think wrongly, though. these two are perfectly platonic — they consider themselves siblings and they're not exaggerrating. where there is minhyuk, there is mirae and vice versa. he's suspicious of eunwoo at first (and a little jealous that they'll be a trio from now on), but then he got along so well with the guy that they ended up becoming best friends.

♦ what am i to you? ♦
jeon jungkook / eighteen / high school student
jungkook has been whipped for mirae since the first day of high school. he's the vice president of the art club and president of the track and field team, meaning that he's as close to mirae as he could be, but he's so pathetic when it comes to her that he messes up all his chances. you see, jungkook seems to be a confident and strong guy, but he cripples into an extremely shy and timid mouse when he's around the opposite and he's especially a wreck when he's near the girl he likes, which explains his baffling behaviour when he's with mirae. he always tries to beat her in art with the intention of impressing her, but he'd end up offending her. he tries to impress her during track and field by acting manly like telling her to do this or that or scold her for not doing well, but he'd just be hurting her feelings. it doesn't help that all his friends are either playboys or boys who have never even talked to a girl, so he really doesn't know what to do and it for him.
mirae, on the other hand, is just utterly confused. some days jungkook acts like a jerk, other days he's just so shy and awkward around her that it makes her uncomfortable. she honestly doesn't know why and she's curious to know but protective minhyuk wants her to stay away from jungkook, unhappy with how jungkook has treated mirae. hence, she just treats him casually, like an acquaintance. she doesn't hate him even when he has hurt her many times because there are many times where he was kind to her; like the time he ran all the way to the infirmary when she got injured while running during track and field and the time he put chocolate on her desk on valentines' day (he doesn't know she knows, shhh).
about eunwoo... well, let's just say jungkook isn't too happy to see a guy who isn't minhyuk by mirae's side. and to make things worse, the new guy is jungkook's new deskmate.
♦ some girl i know
seo ddal / seventeen / high school student
ddal works for the short story/poem column in the school's news but there was one time during her first year that she had to be a reporter due to some issues among the members. she was assigned to interview the winner of the recent art competition that took place and that was when she met mirae. they clicked well, having similar traits in personality and kept a friendly hi-bye based friendship ever since.
♦ it's complicated... ♦
hwang nari / eighteen / high shool student
mirae herself doesn't know why she still doesn't hate nari's guts. nari has hurt mirae's feelings more than a couple of times; nari has rolled her eyes at mirae's loud laughing, made some snappy remark while she was goofing around, etc. all that and she still believes that nari could be nice if she tried.
♦ a friend for my manhwa boy ♦
moon bin / eighteen / ddal's manhwa boy
on one of the days that bin does come out of ddal's house, he spots eunwoo out on the street and shock, gasp, the eunwoo he sees looks exactly like the eunwoo in his manhwa, aka the first male lead he keeps losing to. of course, by instinct, bin approaches him and asks if he's eunwoo and what do you have that i don't?!. the paranoid eunwoo gets scared ("did a ghost follow me all the way into this world too???") and runs to mirae for help, and that's when mirae and ddal realise they're both in the same situation. eventually somehow, bin and eunwoo settle their differences and become friends and inevitably, bin and mirae become acquainted too; a hi-bye basis like how mirae is with ddal.
(yay binu <3)
♦ another manhwa boy???
kim rowoon / twenty / nari's manhwa boy
they're strangers, especially since mirae and nari don't exactly get along, but they bumped into each other once. once was enough to leave a big impact on mirae; there's just something about rowoon that makes mirae suspect him as another comic character come to life.
彼は本当の人ではないが、彼は私を悩ます。

it's so easy to love him ♦  kind-hearted, caring, polite, mature, wise
but it's hard to hate him... ♦  fearful, paranoid, dependent, high-strung, straightforward
ELABORATION
♦ from mirae's eyes!
hmm, how can i describe eunwoo? /sighswell. i think that the easiest way to describe him would be to say that he's so easy to fall for. he's a charmer. not only does he have the looks that'll make you trip, his heart is something to admire as well. /giggles/ he's such a gentleman~ he's very kind and polite to everyone. he thinks about others before himself — cute, right?
ah! also, the way he treats me is... /hides face in pillow and screams/ he makes my heart go crazy! i guess after having seen so many lost and sad spirits, it's only natural for him to be so caring and helpful. he's always there for me, ready to listen to my worries and he knows exactly what to do and say to cheer me up. he's a very serious and mature guy; he only smiles when he's with me and someday, i'll make him laugh, too.
but... /tilts head/ there are a few times that he annoys me. aish, he's such a scaredy cat! for someone who sees ghosts all the time, he's so paranoid and scared all day, all night. i can't get enough sleep sometimes because of him being so anxious! /breathes in/ but i guess it's understandable that he's so high-strung. he says that he's seen evil spirits and demons before, and he's even been to a dark world once — he lives in constant worry that he'll encounter a devil again and he's scared that this world, my world, would turn out to be a dark world.
also, he's so attached to me! he can't be alone without me, even when he's in the bathroom he wants me to wait outside the door. i'm worried he'll be too emotionally dependent on me that he won't learn to survive by himself and adapt to this world. and there's another thing about him that makes me clench my teeth sometimes; he doesn't have a filter for his mouth! he says everything like it is and aish, sometimes it's irritating.
/slowly smiles/ but, yeah. no matter how many flaws he has... to me, he's perfect. i accept him just the way he is.
FIRST_MEETING
it was three in the morning and kang mirae was sprawled all over her bed, immersed in a new horror manhwa she just bought earlier that evening. she was reaching the , when suspense was building up and just as she was about to flip to the page that would have the horrific graphic of a demon, a loud bang was heard. she sighed in frustration, ready to curse whatever it was that disturbed her reading. she glanced in her cupboard's direction where the sound came from and she instantly sat up when she saw that it was a boy, dressed in a school uniform, backfacing her.
"hooooly cheese, i really have lost it," she shook her head in disbelief.
rather than getting scared, she was amazed by how realistic her hallucination was. she knew it wasn't a real person because her front door had a passcode and her window was well, right above her head. and she knew it wasn't a ghost because she'd been living in the same room for nearly eighteen years and she'd never had any 'spottings' before.
when the boy turned around, she immediately recognised him as cha eunwoo, the main character of the stolen manhwa. she let out a laugh in disbelief, while he screamed the moment he saw her. out of curiousity, she ran up to him and poked his cheek, ignoring how he looked like he was going to pass out from fear. she expected to feel air, but skin met skin and mirae gasped dramatically.
"w-what... what are you?!" eunwoo shouted, eyes darting around frantically. "what do you want from me?"
"HEOL. you're real???????" mirae screeched and grabbed his cheeks to confirm his solidity. instead of fear, she was shrieking in excitement, scaring eunwoo even more.
and that was the start of a beautiful something.
HISTORY
on normal circumstances, the manhwa character that came to life would've been the one to convince the human that he was no hallucination. for mirae and eunwoo's case, mirae took a whole lot to explain to eunwoo that she wasn't anything paranormal, she wasn't anything close to being mythical of any sort. after she explained to him where he was ("this is the real world, where humans are the scariest ghosts you'll find,") and where he actually came from, eunwoo could finally breathe.
right then and there, she woke her mother and brothers up and told her what happened. of course, there was a little doubt from her mother and myungjun was ready to grab hoseok's tennis racket, but hoseok believed her straight away; hoseok had taken a peek at eunwoo's manhwa just the day before and it was impossible for a human being to look exactly like a comic character, right? eventually, her mother believed what happened as she knows her daughter wouldn't just bring some boy home and allowed eunwoo to stay, much to myungjun's dissatisfaction.
mirae didn't hesitate befriending eunwoo. she thought it was awesome how her eungie came to life like she wished and she didn't want him to feel any more uncomfortable than he already was, so she took really good care of him. as they didn't know how long eunwoo would stay, she even registered him to go to school, wanting him to experience living as a normal human being, not a boy stuck in a world full of ghosts and spirits. at first eunwoo was extremely awkward around mirae, but seeing her efforts to help him adjust to his new life, he opened up to her and eventually became too attached heh.
INTERACTIONS
people who don't know the real story behind eunwoo would just think that they're dating. since eunwoo follows mirae around like a lost puppy and she doesn't seem at all bothered by him, everybody thinks they're in a relationship. he's serious, she's a jokester, so cute?!?!?!
mirae wants to help eunwoo adapt to this world more than anything. she tells him everything he needs to know about the real world, including romance and all that shiz. she's always there to give him a hand and isn't afraid to be herself with eunwoo; she casually holds his hand and brushes his hair out of his eyes like it's nothing. mirae treats eunwoo like how she treats her other guy friends, only with much more care since he's indeed physically and emotionally very fragile.
eunwoo, on the other hand, is struggling with adaptnig to this world. the only person he can really trust is mirae and eventually, he learns to trust her family and minhyuk, too. he seeks her for protection when he's scared of a human being and can't bare to be apart from her as he only really feels safe when she's around. the one time where it's eunwoo taking care of mirae rather than the way around is when mirae's around; he'll stay by her side, wipe her tears and comforts her, having experience from comforting sad spirits.
soon enough, eunwoo learns getting used to the normal human life; he watches movies and dramas, he learns how to play basketball at school, he socalises more with these real people. he starts enjoying food, he begins to smile more and laugh and joke around, he has a wider variety of emotions to show rather than just the pokerface he always has on in his manhwa. he also starts feeling really weirdly around mirae; he can't seem to take his eyes off her, his heart beats faster when she touches him, he always wants her around, he gets relly angry when someone makes mirae sad... oddly enough, those symptoms are similar to this one thing that mirae talked about. what was it again? ummm...
love, wasn't it?
ENDING
at first, mirae just really liked having eunwoo around as a friend. not only was it super cool that a manhwa character came to life, but that character also made her happy. even though it was frustrating how he got scared at every little thing, she appreciated his efforts of trying to adapt. but soon, she realised that she had romantical feelings for him. she didn't care at all if he wasn't an actual human being; he cared about her, he accepted her for who she was and that was all that mattered to her. eventually, eunwoo talks to her about what he's feeling and she's glad to find out that her feelings are returned.
"it's weird... mirae, what does it mean when i can't stop thinking about you?"
"it means that you like me. and i like you, too."
of course, mirae hesitated, worrying over if eunwoo would want to stay since he isn't from this world. but he assured her that there was nothing more that he wanted than to be with her.
"are you sure you don't mind staying?"
"i'm absolutely sure. i mean... why would i wanna go back to a world full of spirits and demons when i can stay with an angel like you?"
*cue mirae's death*
so finally, with approval from mirae's family, even myungjun ("well, he makes you happy and he takes good care of you. i guess i'm fine with that."), they officially get into a relationship, breaking the hearts of the entire female population at their school and also jeon jungkook's. the more eunwoo becomes human, the more mirae forgets where he even came from in the first place — hell, even eunwoo forgets. they explore the beauty of young love together; from awkward first kisses and dates, to talks about marriage and having a beautiful family of their own. they become the school's it couple — relationship goals but without excess pda and gooey lovesickness. seeing eunwoo tie mirae's shoe for her or watching mirae hand eunwoo his water bottle at a basketball game was enough to send girls squealing and "gOD I WISH THAT WAS ME".
maybe six, seven years or so after graduation, they'll get married, mirae a well-known artist and eunwoo a private academy teacher, while myungjun cries on hoseok's shoulder throughout the entire wedding.
TRIVIAS
♦ his manhwa is about him, a senior high school student, who just woke up from a coma of three months after being involved in an schoolbus accident. the accident somehow gave him the supernatural ability to communicate with the dead; he can see and talk to spirits. there are pros and cons to this gift for him; pros being that he gets to help lost spirits get closure with their families, etc., while cons being that sometimes the things that approach him aren't exactly friendly. his manhwa mainly focuses on how a demon tries to use him so that the demon could take over a human's life and spread evil through humanity. the demon even threatens him by killing people close to him and bringing him to the dark world where souls that did wrong during their living suffered and where devils were in charge. however, he managed to fight the demon with the help of the angels who guard earth and they banished the demon from off the earth entirely.
in the manhwa, his mother passed away while giving birth to him and he was raised by a busy father. this is why he has some sort of emotional attachment to mirae's mother; he craves the affection of a mum, and mirae's mum treats him so kindly.
♦ he doesn't exactly get used to seeing ghosts all over the place since it's a fairly new thing to him so he'll get startled whenever he sees a faint figure staring at him, but he slowly learned how to differentiate a good spirit and an evil one. he's able to communicate normally with kind spirits but will be trembling in fear when around a bad one.
♦ he calls mirae 'angel' because she looks like one of the angels that helped him.
♦ as he entered mirae's school as a new student, he definitely got a lot of attention from the girls there. he didn't have a love interest in his manhwa and he barely had any interaction with female characters, so he often gets intimidated by the attention the schoolgirls give him.
♦ his character is one of the smartest kids in his high-class school; upon coming to mirae's school, he's considered a genius.
♦ he enters a different class as mirae which sends him on the brink of a panic attack but she manages to persuade him and he ends up sitting through the entire day wide-eyed and on edge; he barely even opens his mouth.
♦ somehow, he gets called in to try out for basketball (he's tall at 183 cm) and he actually began to love playing it. he makes the team and from there, he slowly learns to socialise with people and not assume they're all secretly demons.
♦ he has a big appetite — he loves snacks.
♦ he sleeps in mirae's room, while mirae sleeps in her brothers' room. though he can't part from her, he knows it'll be inappropriate for them to sleep in the same room and well, myungjun (who he really thinks is a demon) would kill him before that happens. mirae's brothers have a bunk bed, so when they come home for the weekend, mirae will conquer the top bunk and the two will share the bottom bunk.
♦ he feels bad about causing a dent in the kang family's pocket, but he's too scared to start a part-time job, so mirae takes up a job for him. he'll stay with her the entire time she's working.
♦ hoseok took eunwoo shopping for clothes and now he likes the casual, comfortable style (button-ups, big short-sleeved t-shirts, jeans, converse, etc.).
♦ as his paranoia is really tiring him, he works hard to adjust, but he can't help getting scared at everything — his jumpiness at school makes people question him and he doesn't know what to answer.
♦ speaking of school, he's getting a load of letters and notes, all containing confessions. the first time he got a love letter, he thought that spirits were trying out a different approach to mess with him, until mirae explained to him they were just 'fangirls'. now all those letters are in mirae's room, unread and untouched.
♦ after mirae, he eventually learns to trust minhyuk and vice versa. they soon become close enough for mirae and eunwoo to tell minhyuk the truth about eunwoo and minhyuk takes it surprisingly well; he says that he doesn't care what eunwoo is or where he comes from, he exists as a human now so it's not a big deal.

01. WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO STEAL THAT PARTICULAR MANHWA?   because i love horror manhwas! also, eunwoo on the cover... gAH, i died the moment i saw him. i mean ??? that face ??? with ghosts and spirits and all that shiz ??? i just knew i had to have it.

02. WHAT WAS YOUR REACTION UPON KNOWING THAT A CHARACTER FROM YOUR MANHWA HAD CAME TO LIFE?   it felt like i was imagining things, but then he was real, so i was like hOLY SHIIIITTTTT THIS IS AMAZING. i've always wanted a boyfriend who looks like a manhwa character, and now there's an actual manhwa character and well, um, i'm not sure about the boyfriend part but i'm super excited, it's so cool and the fact that i'm not hallucinating him makes it even better.

03. IS ANYONE ELSE, BESIDES THE OTHER GIRLS IN POSSESSION OF THE CURSED MANHWAS, KNOWS ABOUT THIS?   yea, duh, pfft. like it or not, i had to tell my family since i can't let eungie live in the dumpster and i don't have enough money to rent a room for him. and i told minhyukie, too, when they became friends. minhyuk's chill about it, thank god.

04. DO YOU THINK THERE ARE WAYS TO RETURN THE CHARACTERS INTO THEIR RESPECTIVE MANHWAS? IF YES, THEN HOW?   can i be honest with you? welp,, i honestly don't know and i seriously don't want to know. eungie is such great company and i'm so happy to have him around; i don't want him to go...

05. ARE YOU OKAY WITH HAVING A MANHWA CHARACTER AROUND YOU, OR DO YOU WANT THEM GONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?   um??? whY WOULD YOU WANT A LIVING MANHWA CHARACTER GONE SOON AS POSSIBLE??? well, i guess i'm a lucky one because eungie's amazing (dramatic, but amazing). besides, i don't care whether he's human or no, he has a kind heart and that's all i care about. he he he.
