LIFE_STYLE seungjae's currently live with her parents and her fraternal twin brother, nam seungjoon, in a two story house located in dongdaemun district, seoul. she spend most of her time outside of her house though, as she already went to school at such early morning before anyone else awake, and went home when her parents isn't home due to their job, and her brother is inside his own room, studying like the diligent student he is, which cause her to rarely make any interactions with her own family, except for weekends when her parents are home. but in weekends, she would only interact with her parents in the morning and night, all because she works as a part-timer clerk in a bookstore near her house. for seungjae, the bookstore she works in is the literal heaven on earth, due to all the mangas and manhwas she could find there, and secretly read for free. whenever she is at home, she would lock herself inside of her room, spending time sleeping or reading, and only went out when she is forced to do so by her parents. she doesn't have any problems with foods, as she stock so many snacks inside her room.
TRIVIAS
ONE she is a huge fan of junji ito's works. whenever the said manga artist release a new work, she would always buy it through pre-order so she could receive it faster than anyone else who buy it through bookstores.
TWO among the many characters in all the horror manhwas and mangas she read, ken kaneki is her favorite character. no reason, she just falls for him from the start.
THREE seungjae loves to read manhwas since she was a child, but discover her love for the horror genre when she was eleven. the first horror comic she ever read is gyo by junji ito, and she is immediately hooked. that's when her fanaticness over anything related to horror mangas, manhwas, or animes started.
FOUR for seungjae, manhwa is her only source of happiness in the world. whenever she reads manhwas, she would be completely absorbed to the story, and it makes her forget about her problems even only for a while.
FIVE seungjae's favorite snack is lotte's pepero, and she is never seen without one in her possession. her favorite flavors are the white chocolate cookie and strawberry.
SIX she wants to have a dog, all because dogs are said to be able to sense the presence of ghosts. but sadly, her parents are not a fan of dogs.
SEVEN the reason on why she is not close with her parents and doesn't really want to spend time with them is because they always compare seungjae with her twin brother since they were young. whenever they are together, seungjae would always be compared with seungjoon, and she hates hearing those things all over again.
EIGHT seungjae is actually a nice kid when she was young, but because of the lack of attention her parents gave her, and the fact that she has been constantly compared to her twin brother, made her became the bad tempered teenager that she is now. she tried to act nice and perfect like her brother does, but when she saw that it's not enough and her parents still favor her twin brother more, she thought that all of her efforts to act nice are useless, thus, she becomes the complete opposite.
NINE has the habit of playing with her fingers whenever she is bored, nervous, or uncomfortable.
TEN is a big softie for people who matters the most for her. it's like she could do anything for them, as long as they are happy.
ELEVEN loves to draw and it's her biggest passion. if she is not reading her manhwas, then she would probably draw. has a dream to become a manga artist like junji ito, a dream she never told anyone.

seungjae and seungjoon, despite being twins, are not close at all. they used to be close, but after seungjoon became the stand out twin with his smart brain and his nice attitude, the twins are constantly being compared which lead to their relationship now. seungjoon is trying to be as close as they used to be, he is genuinely nice afterall, but it's seungjae who doesn't want to cooperate at all. she keeps giving cold shoulder to her twin brother, blaming seungjoon for the lack of attention she gets when in fact, it's not his fault at all. seungjoon still deeply cares about his sister and always try to talk to her, especially when he could sense that something is wrong with seungjae, despite the lack of response he got. on the other hand, seungjae, despite being constantly cold and detached to her twin bro, is actually want to fix their broken relationship, because she also miss seungjoon's company, but she can't help but think about her parents whenever she looks at him. and it hurts her, to think that she would never be as good as seungjoon in her parents' eyes.
SEO DDAL / THE ONLY FRIEND / 17 / STUDENT
seungjae and seo ddal manage to know each other because they were classmate in their first year, and thus they could develop a friendship. at first, ddal and seungjae doesn't really have a good relationship and tend to clash a lot because of their stubborn-ness. they even fight and scream at each other a lot, before their homeroom teacher thought that it's enough and put them in a lot of projects together so they could develop a nicer relationship. it doesn't work at all at first, but day by day, when it becomes frequent for them to spend time together, ddal learn more about seungjae, and vice versa. in the end of the day, after apologizing at each other, they become friends. seungjae likes ddal as a friend because she is different from other girls, in the means of being not fake. ddal is also very cheerful and humorous, and it adds a rather nice color in seungjae's bland, dull life. their interactions mainly consist of playful bickering, and their diss towards each other.
HWANG NARI / THE SENIOR SHE RATHER NOT BE CLOSE WITH / 18 / STUDENT
seungjae and nari don't actually know each other that well, with how nari only knows seungjae for her bad reputation and seungjae almost doesn't know nari at all because she never really pay attention to the people at her school, if not because of the stare that nari always gave her whenever they accidentally stumble upon each other. the way nari stares at her, it's like she looks down on her, and seungjae doesn't like it at all. she knows she has bad reputation, with all the detentions and all, but she dislike it when someone looks down on her, especially a stranger like nari. that's why these days, she would always return nari's stare with the death glare of hers. they never really talk to each other, beside the constant stares. nari and seungjae actually have so many similarities within them, with their rude, fortright personality, but they just haven't realize it yet. let them know each other and become friends, and we might see the world war III. (just imagine nari and seungjae throwing insults at each other, isn't it fun.)
GO NAEUL / DETENTION BUDDY / 16 / STUDENT
seungjae's only aware of naeul's existence because they see each other at least once a week in the detention room, naeul being the second most frequent visitor of the said room after seungjae. when naeul tried to be kind and start a conversation, seungjae, who is very bad with socializing, replied to naeul's attempt of being friendly with a rude blow instead. since then, naeul always keep quiet when they spend time together in the detention room, until one particular day. it's a few days after jaehyun came to life, and seungjae is bothered by the fact that she got detention again, with naeul too, when all she wants to do is to go home and bother jaehyun more with her endless questions (she is also afraid that jaehyun might suddenly disappear). seungjae then starting to play with her fingers, her habit whenever she starts to get nervous and impatient, when naeul suddenly half-yelled, asking about what happens to seungjae because the sound of her fingers start to annoy her. seungjae gave naeul a glare, telling her that it's not her bussiness and she won't understand anyway, but then naeul snaps at her, talking in a really fast manner to the point that seungjae almost can't hear any of her words, but thankfully, she could catch it when naeul said something along the lines of manhwa guy. seungjae would usually snaps back at this situation, but she only widened her eyes, and said 'you too?' that's how they start talking. naeul often got into seungjae's nerves, all because of her sarcastic remarks about seungjae and jaehyun's relationship, especially when she constantly remind seungjae about the fact that jaehyun is unreal and that he would return to his world sooner or later. seungjae already acknowledge that, she doesn't need to be reminded about it. despite this annoying behaviour of naeul, whenever they spend time together in the detention room, naeul starts to try to talk to seungjae again, now in the topics of the manhwa boys. seungjae, who usually doesn't really like to engage in social interactions, can't help but to feel excited over the topic of manhwa boys, and thus she would talk back to naeul.
MOON BIN / THE REAL SHOUJO BOY / 18 / BEING A SECOND LEAD
when seungjae first met moon bin, it takes a lot effort for her to not go and squish his cheeks because god damn moon bin is so adorable, he is really the typical second lead boy in manga, she said out loud, which makes moon bin feel annoyed and don't want to be anywhere near her at first. but then days went by, and let's just say that moon bin has accepted his fate as the second lead, and their relationship becomes better. seungjae really loves to tease bin and ddal, saying that the two of them look great together and should just date already, or teasing on how bin is very protective and could be overly jealous over ddal when they have no special relationship at all. bin is also a decent friend, with his playful and talkative personality. bin and seungjae bickers a lot, but there are also times where seungjae is the only one who could patiently hear bin out when he couldn't stop talking for hours.

when seungjae heard that rowoon came out from an action manga, she becomes very excited on her own to the point that she approach him first, and seungjae never approach anyone first. don't blame her though, action is her second favorite genre after horror. she asks a lot of question to rowoon, from how the mafia world works to the best way to kill people. she even ask him to teach her how to use guns and knifes, which of course rowoon reject because first, he doesn't bring his guns along with him, and who in the right mind would teach a minor to use guns willingly? he still has to adapt to this new world, afterall, ain't got time to teach some highschool girl on how to use guns. but all in all, rowoon is still a nice guy he is and would always answer seungjae's question, no matter how silly her questions are.
